I have bought 2 tickets for coldplay in Cardiff 2017 from Viagogo. But on my bank transactions it says the ticket money has been taken by Theatrical Producers (except motion pictures) ticket agencies

Geneva. I have googled this company and have heard they are fraudulent. Also when ever I try to contact Viagogo I cant speak to an actual person. I am very scared! does anybody have any advice for me?
