It is impossible to get an answer or speak to a representative. I ordered 6 expensive tickets for the Tattoo in Edinburgh. Received one ticket immediately but no word about the others and it's been over a month. We will be travelling this summer and don't have solid addresses except for our home address which I already supplied. I need the tickets by the end of June and am tired of waiting with no response.
