I have bought 2 tickets for coldplay in cardiff 2017 from viagogo. but on my bank transactions it says the ticket money has been taken by theatrical producers (except motion pictures) ticket agencies retailer location: geneva. i have googled this company and have heard they are fraudulent. also when ever i try to contact viagogo i cant speak to an actual person. i am very scared! does anybody have any advice for me?
