on 4/20/20They are a bait and switch company! Truly what's on the internet is not always true! If it seems to good to be true? Probably to good to be true!
I personally believe it is because they did a bad job running things with their customer service during COVID. I just bought a car here and it was a great experience. I started buying on 9/29 and it was delivered 10/11. It is exactly like the pictures & I am happy. I would say give it a try. They do have a return period if you don't like the car.
There isn't a problem with the buying process. It's really easy and painless compared to traditional dealerships. The problems start when you receive your vehicle and the temp tags are about to expire. You can't get in touch with a support member easily. My tags expired today and no one from Vroom has contacted me yet about new ones or my hard tags.
I felt the same way- just bought a 2017 jeep grand cherokee but did not read reviews until after I put my $500 deposit down. Stressful 7 days for it to arrive but I was very pleasantly surprised- also the warranty through them was WAY cheaper than the other quotes I had already gotten for jeeps. It worked out well for me - hopefully for you also
