We ensure you that Way is a legit business that operates services for vehicles including: Parking, Car Washes, Insurance and more! We see that there have been a few recent and past experiences we would like to address and we are so sorry to hear about these occurrences. Please keep in mind, Way.com does not own or operate any facility on our platform and only operate as the third-party booking agent. If you have encountered parking issues, we apologize and ask that you email support@way.com so our team can reach out to our partner and make them aware of the operation at their facility. Way Partners with multiple parking companies to ensure you have the best rates when traveling with friends and family. All of our Partners are required to update their rates, shuttle operation, and hours of operation.
Booking Issues:
1. Double Booking: If you experiences a double or duplicate charge we ask that you email our team so we can assist you with your concern directly.
2. Refund Policy: Our Refund Policy is flexible, and you can cancel any booking for a full refund before the day of Check-In. If you request for a refund after the date and time of Check-In, our team will need additional information to process. We understand that during travel it is extremely important to have the best experience and less stress.
3. Shuttle Policy: Shuttle services are complementary to all bookings. Shuttles are not charged to any service on our platform, and refunds cannot be processed for a complementary service.
4. Third-Party Fees: Since Way does not own or operate any of the facilities on our platform we cannot be held liable for operational issues at the partners parking location or ride-share expenses.
5. Facility Issues: We ask customers to email support@way.com for concerns at the lot regarding, rates, QR Code issues etc. so we can address the concerns with the lot operator management directly.

Total scam. Their reviews everywhere are horrible. They double charged me for one overpriced booking.
It is as legit as craigslist posts. Mostly scams, maybe once in a blue moon there is a legit vendor.
Very shady refund policy. They changed in 2/21 to not refund cancellations and they don't "guarantee" the parking reserved will be available.
Legit company with shady business practices. You'd be better off going with another app.
It seems to be a scam. First, they do not honor their posted refund policy and second, this disclaimer is included in their confirmation email which suggests you may not have parking available when you arrive regardless of having paid in advance: "Airportlax and Way are not responsible if our partner parking lot sells out and can't accept our customers."
I believe it is a scam company. Even if they occasionally deliver the order, it appears their model is to sell indiscriminately and refuse to service customer complains or refund requests.
Scam. We purchased parking and was informed lot was attended and to show bar code on app to attendant. Lot was NOT attended and had to purchase a ticket from kiosk. No answer from company either by phone or email
100% scam. They charged me twice and wouldn't refund my money. Buyer beware on this one.
WAS TOLD WHEN I ARRIVED TO PARK THAT WAY CONSTENTLY OVER BOOKS. HAD TO LOCATE PARKING ELSEWHERE. STILL WAITING FOR REFFUND, NOT HOPEFUL BASED ON OTHERS EXPERIENCES.

I reserved parking and the lot attendant said it's a scam and they do not honor any reservations made through Way.com
A company with zero integrity. Offers credits for future service in lieu of refunds, when the service is terrible.
Scam. They are a middle man. Cheaper to book directly. Their cancellation policy is NOT customer centric. They will keep your $ even if THEY caused the problem. They don't even have a customer service to call, and email responses can take hours. In my case 12 hours, which was too late for the issue to be resolved and I had to book another spot. Yet, this compensation would NOT reimburse me. Take your money and run. I will never book with them again.
Legit but they will bombard you with adds and parking is one of the many things they do. Legit but pathetic service and self park is not true.
Legit company that SCAMS. Advertised price is a baited price...then they switch and you do not know actual price until they charge.
It's a Scam stay away. If you did try to use I would cancel any cards used
