The money you spent on their platform. Booked a 3 week reservation, and the parking attendant told me they don't have space for my size vehicle (standard SUV- kia telluride). Called and emailed WAY for a refund. They asked for proof I didn't park there. I told them I parked in the street nearby because I was late for the airport. They asked for my Uber receipt and I provided it ( to prove I didn't use the parking lot shuttle). I also provided a screenshot of my Kia gps to show it was parked down the street from the parking lot. My Kia app also lets me take remote pictures from the vehicle's multiple cameras. I did that to show it was really parked in the street and not a parking lot.
Emma from customer service politely told me that they are not issuing a refund for my $336. You can expect this company to vanish within a year after they steal enough.

The interface has undergone significant improvements over the past year or so. It's now much more pleasant to use! Great app, it took seconds to set up my parking. The slide gauge for time is incredibly convenient.

The parking meter shows expired even after I pay through my phone. However, my phone reflects the correct time. I just want to ensure I'm not getting cited. Additionally, I appreciate the feature that eliminates the need to search for change in my purse.

Got an e-mail saying my "Way Sapphire Subscription" which I never agreed to, becomes a paid subscription tomorrow. There is no cancellation link, the website provides no subscription info, and they say to contact "customer care" without any link or explanation.
I don't care about my personal outcome; this is an unacceptable business practice and this one star review will remain a one star review. It's obvious from the other similar 1 star reviews that Way does not care about operating ethically.

The live chat answered all my questions quickly. Discovered that Way. Way offers shuttle to the cruise port. I was advised that if the cruise got cancelled, Way would provide me with a refund for the parking booked.
Additionally, the overflow lot, although functional, was a dirt lot situated far away and lacked clear markings or security measures. It seems that the rental car business on the lot takes precedence over the parking operation, resulting in limited staffing and attention to detail in this area.
Easy park. Truly great service, for you can add parking time remotely too. It's easy and simple. It is nice to reduce the need to touch the older payment machines

Despite initially struggling to locate the lot, I remained optimistic and reached out persistently to resolve the issue regarding my refund. Although it took some time and effort, I eventually received a satisfactory resolution.
When I pay with the app, I can prepay for tons more time than I need and when I'm done parking, I stop the payment and only pay for what I've actually used. It's fast and it's easy to use and set up.
App is great and i use it a lot. So easy and so convenient. Best thing. As far as experience is concerned. I travel frequently and this App is one of the best I have ever seen.
I called the Way Parking customer service before booking online. A customer service representative answered right away. She is very helpful, courteous and answered all of my questions satisfactorily. Amazing parking service.
We left our car at Way parking. On arrival we followed the instructions left by the driver who brought us from the parking to the terminal. The weather was terrible - very cold and pouring. The location for pick-up has absolutely no markings to indicate that it is the right one. Thank you.

There were available spots at my home airport. It would be beneficial for the company to improve their system for handling reservation changes or cancellations, perhaps by offering credits for future use in situations like mine.

Super convenient and well worth it. The shuttles were waiting and we only had to wait less than 5 mins after the cruise returned even though it was a madhouse. Will use again.
I've been a loyal user of Way Parking airport for over a year, and my experience has generally been positive. Recently, however, I encountered a situation where I needed to adjust my reservation due to changes in my travel plans caused by weather conditions.

Very easy to navigate the Way airport parking app. Prices are fair and reasonable. I will be using this service in the future, Hopefully the actual parking and return will go as planned.
Picked up on time very friendly staff. Been using company for a year now and it just gets better with time. I've used two of the sites so far but I'm preferred the parking lot right next to the airport

I booked parking then had to cancel 15 minutes later and less than 24 hours before. The reviews scared me when I had to cancel and had to install the app on my phone to actually cancel. The customer service was actually ok and would have given 5 stars for support, but they tacked on 25% on advertised rate at check out. The woman said the refund would be 7 to 10 business days but its already being processed - decent customer service, bad advertised rates.
I did and regretted it. The parking lot did not accepted my reservation and I had a hard time finding another on a holiday weekend. I ended up paying almost double and almost missed my flight. I sent a complaint to Way.com and asked for a refund of the higher price I ended up paying but I only got refunded what Way.com charged.
Will never try these guys again
