I've been in touch with NAB previously and they assured me it would stop (years ago) but it hasn't!
Hi Sheree, Normally they get to you through your credit card in which case you must contact your card hotline and cancel any deductions they may continue to make. Plus if you go back through your records you can make a claim against them through your card provider who in my case refunded me all monies they had claimed. Somewhere over the last 3 years you may have bought a logo from them for. 99 cents using your credit card, and then the B+#T*@ds activate your card which I didn't notice at first, but then they got greedy.
