Has anyone managed to get a refund for faulty equipment?
All I get is the run around.

The company will avoid refunds at all cost. They will procrastinate giving you help, then claim you are out of the 14 day window to request a refund, or they will just plain ignore you if you request a refund, then claim you are out of the 14 day refund request period. They do not honor their warranty for faulty products; what good is a replacement after your trip is over and don't need the product any more? This is a fraudulent company and should be put out of business. Stay away!

I haven't tried for a refund, but I get the run around with other issues.

I did get a refund for the SIM card that came out this year after proving it did not perform as expected. In the past I received a replacement phone and SIM card instead of refunds, but they proved to be useless as well.
