You will not receive a response to Customer Service emails or phone calls - they shut down Customer Service weeks ago and hired an offshore answering service to keep taking orders that will never be fulfilled - I placed an order on April 4, still waiting for any response to the order, multiple emails and multiple phone calls, more than 3 weeks later. DON'T order from this company!
Good luck, terrible company and not responsive. I am trying to find a phone number for their corporate office but have had no luck, yet. Their call center is in the Philippines so it's not easy to understand anyone that answers the phone.
