One of my 3 items never arrived. And paypal refunded my money for the whole thing because the other two items were so horribly different from what they pictured. Run. Run far away. It's not worth the cheap prices, because you're just throwing that money away.

No. Been waiting on 3 things since September. Their response has been to give it until November 17th... somehow this seems more than 25 days I was first told. Had I been a better shopper, instead of a just looking for cute clothes shopper, I would have realized I was ordering from CHINA... never again and now I research before ordering. No matter how cute the item is!

No... the sizing is all wrong... items are super thin and the faux leather smells really really bad. Customer service is also a sham... they write polite responses and asK for your order number then offer a $25 discount because they require you to ship back with tracking and they know tracking is expensive... they don't ship tracked either tho... smh. Best just to save yourself a headache and stay away from this rip off company.

They definitely are not reliable, the are reliable in taking your money and not delivering. The is the worst company ever, please fellow shoppers don't waste your time or money, better quality items can be purchased from the dollar store and they have a return policy that don't require you to take pictures. I have told all my friends to stay clear of ZAFUL, unless you are feeling charitable and just want to give away some money. Still Mad as H*LL.

Awful - the products are nothing like the photographs and they make it impossible to get a full refund unless there is a major fault with the clothes. You have to pay shipping to and from China if you are just unhappy with them in general!

Definitely not. I ordered a dress 2 sept 2015, money was taken out of my acct the very same day but up to now 8th of November, I still do not receive the dress. Zaful is a scam. I am not sure how they can get away with this corruption. I would not order from Zaful ever again. The company is there to rob peoples money who gets con on their website. Just like me! I'm so stupid to get con by their website. So beware if you do not want to be their victims too.

Do not waste your money. As everyone else has posted, the clothing is very low quality and are sized small. I usually wear a medium but could barely fir into the "dress" that was more like a blouse. I just tried to exchange it for a large and they are making me jump through a bunch of hoops and will not just do the exchange. I gave up and will donate the "dress" to Salvation Army. I don't like wearing synthetic material anyway. I thought it would be cotton. AND it did not look like the picture...

The clothes are nothing like what they advertise. They charge your card for the entire amount even if items are "on back order". Their return policy is absurd - it involves sending pictures of clothing next to a ruler and then waiting for your request to be reviewed

Do not waste your money, the items I got were in poor quality & size so off that I can't even wear them, plus they are totally off from the picture you seen, what a $#*!ty business they are. No return address either. When I complain they ask me to send them a correct measurement to the size I want? Hello what kind of business is this? They don't take returns!

No. I'm still waiting for my refund that they have promised me. I was really skeptical aswell and only ordered 1 item. So glad I didn't order more than that.

I have ordered three times with them. I have gotten my items each time in under two weeks. I did purchase insurance and tracking for my items, which was a little over a dollar for each to the USA, and all items I got were very much like the items pictured.

No. I ordered for almost 200 dollars. Since July I received 3 dresses that doesn't look like the pictures. I'm still waiting for the 6 others.

This is a scam site! You will NOT receive your merchandise. Please fellow reviews and make your own decision. I only ordered one item (being skeptical), thank goodness I was only out 22.00. If you pay with Ameeican Express or Paypal you will be able to disputes and get you money returned. Pain in the butt though, I would choose a mOre reputable online ahop!
