Very efficient, as soon as I sent my prescription they only took about a week to get here.
I had to reorder and there so no email sent to notify me that reordering was nessary I just happened to check in on it. Also once that was taken care of my contacts weren't in stock so they took a long time to receive. Just happy to finally have my contacts now

I spent 134 dollars to be told that my contacts would ship in 5 days, they ended up shipping in 10, I ordered one box of Toric lenses for my right eye that I never received, and when the company continued to give me seemingly randomized estimates of my delivery, I would try to look within the next few hours and they would quite literally have unsent the email. I'm only sticking with this company because there is genuinely no cheaper option.
