This is the first time I ordered through this company. Other companies that I have ordered through, shipped immediately. I had to wait longer than expected to receive my contacts.
I should have just ordered from my doctor's office like I usually do. Contacts cost pennies to make! This was no cheaper and certainly not faster shipping.

It took forever to get my contacts delivered to me. Starting in May I placed my order for contacts, 2 weeks later it got canceled and I wasn't notified. I found out because I called to find out about my contacts and I haven't heard anything and they told me that was because my prescription was over a year old and has expired. So 2 weeks later at the end of May, I went to the eye doctor to get my prescription updated and I uploaded my new prescription to the website and got an email saying that my prescription was updated and I paid for my contacts. After a couple of weeks of not hearing anything, I called again this is where things really started to get messy and out of control, I talked to 5 different representatives, speaking broken English, put on hold multiple times, and then had to get 2 supervisors involved. Finally on August 23th I got my contacts with threats of not using them ever again over and over and over and over. This is completely unacceptable, 4 months, ALMOST 5 months!
From uploading the prescription to getting the contacts delivered was smooth and simple. Will use again.
