I will start by saying that this is the only review I have EVER been compelled to write. I decided to try 1800Get Lense instead of my usual 1800contacts. Big mistake. Saved $13 vs 1800 Contacts. I placed my order on 8/16 and recieved my order on 9/11. I was supposed to be 5 to 8 day shipping. There was zero communication about the delay until I called customer service. The representative just kept telling me that the contacts were coming from the factory so they will be "fresh"... as if this is some kind of compensation for the delay. This company should really learn the importance of communicating the reasons for delayed shipping. Would not recommend to anyone.
Took almost 4 weeks to receive, they told me being made at manufacturing?

The experience was fine. In my contacts. I guess are more rare so they were not in stock and I had to wait longer than I really wanted but, everything arrived and now I have contacts! My only complaint would be how very many 1-800 contacts ads I get on every single platform! I really need them to stop.
My prescription is pretty bad and unique so they had to get mine specially made before they could ship it out. I was kind of disappointed because they advertise that they get their lens shipped out really quickly but it can't be helped. I do think there are probably cheaper options out there for people like me who have to wait regardless.
I ordered 30 CT boxes and I got 6 CT boxes. For an outrageous price. Never again
It should be more clear that the processing time may take up to 10 days, not the shipping time

I was a little pissed off when you advertised lenses for $14 a box after the rebate, but then you tack on a $100 "fee".

Delivery was longer then listed took longer to receive but no other issues good condition for container and boxes inside undamaged easy to order just order way ahead of time.
