I paid extra for expedited shipping. It did not show up when it was supposed to and the company blamed the shipping company and Noone wanted to take responsibility. I was very upset especiallysince I thought I was out a few hundred bucks. They eventually showed up 3 days (only reason I gave any stars) after they were supposedly delivered. I might as well just did regular shipping. I would have responded sooner but I was giving myself time to cool down.
