Adore Me's site makes me excited to shop. The models look actually happy and like they're having fun, allowing me to picture myself wearing these pieces (vs. Other sites catering too much to the male gaze so it throws me off). I appreciate all the fun designs, the basics are really comfortable and good quality, and the more intricate pieces feel great. The search/filter experience isn't the best, but no website really nails this. I was a bit thrown off on how to find underwear packs (vs. Individual pieces) but once I found them I was successful. So all around, all good!
Awful awful company. Signed me up without my clear approval for a 'VIP Membership' that was not reflected anywhere in my order confirmation, and started charging my credit card $40 a month without my knowledge. Products are cheap quality. Customer service was able To resolve and refund me, but it's very clearly designed to get you to get stuck paying far more than you thought.
Every single purchase I have made has taken 3-4 weeks to arrive. Which is contradictory to what the posted shipping schedule on the website and/or app states. So don't buy anything for a special occasion unless you don't need it for a month. Also - there are some very cute styles, however the fabrics they use are mostly mesh and not overly soft.
Order was not processed for 1+ weeks. No proactive communication other than boiler plate statement after repeated attempts to have information provided. Never received an explanation other than a spike in orders. Oh they did provide $5 credit.

Excellent products and good prices when on sale. Their shipping infrastructure however was horrendous. Any time I ordered more than 9 items, the system would "delay" the order until inevitably the order was automatically cancelled over a week later. Customer service could not tell me why this kept happening. I had to break my main order into several smaller orders to get them to go through. Even after they went through, the orders took several WEEKS to ship and arrive. Their third party logistics companies were sending the packages all over the country in the least logical route I've ever seen. Customer service was always canned responses and never a direct answer to my questions. If you can tolerate the risk of not seeing your items for weeks and the frustration of micro-managing your own order, then their products are quality and fit pretty well. The wife has been enjoying them thus far.

I'm always worried about how lingerie (especially bottoms) is going to fit me, because I'm quite curvy. I also sometimes worry that the material will be cheap feeling and uncomfortable. But everything I've bought from Adore Me has been super comfortable, well fitting, and amazing quality. This piece is so soft and stretchy, but doesn't look flimsy. Had great experience with them until this year. It has been taking over a month to have things shipped. They've also cancelled orders of mine and sent me wrong items because they ran out of what I have ordered. I'm still waiting on an order that I placed 6 weeks ago with no idea how long it will be before it ships.
I have been with Adore Me for over 7 years because their selection, convenience, and prices are amazing. Shopping does sometime take a while, I've had packages get lost or things sell out, but their customer service to resolve issues makes it worth it.
Same problem as others are saying about the VIP membership. Rather sneaky way of getting more money. Poor business plan. A better one would have been to make a free membership that offered discounts. Go with what successful businesses do and you will be successful yourselves. Adore me is a rip off that wont let you cancel your membership by email. They might say they will but you'll get a typical BS run around and no response. You must call. Just avoid a man named Dan. He is a real flaming prick

That's it. Beyond that, it's been a nightmare. We've called many many times to deal with this scam. They give you information about what they're doing with this first time VIP Membership--if you look hard enough. They know they're being misleading too. Otherwise, no one would buy these products at all. Customer Service on the phone must be busy nonstop with people just like me------they can't seem to answer the phone after 10 calls from me. Just a $#*!ty thing that has happened here. Seriously, I will give Victoria's Secret my money in person as opposed to dealing with this $#*! again.

Lots of stuff does not fit ~ Either way too big or too small and same size marked. Some of the quality is horrible, I have had things fall apart after washing with no exchange or return available. When I say don't charge me and I get charged anyways, really messes up my account! More then half the time I get notified you have something new and when I go its gone. Then every now and then I get this great bra ~ Rare but it happens. Never wear the under-ware because Cotton is never an option just that silky crap! So that's a huge waste! My money and your supplies! Not sure Im love Adore me! I keep cancelling my months due to a lot of the issues above
This is my first month with Adore Me and I'm very pleased! Not only were prices great plus first timer discounts, but if something didn't fit I could get immediate credit to buy something else or another size. Such great service!
What a scam - beware at all cost. Stay away, they are interested in making money, even when they are not providing goods or services. Customer service is terrible. They have STOLEN $400 from me. I would never recommend this site to anyone.

I will echo what many say about this site. I am getting married in April, so of course they started advertising to me on Facebook. I stupidly took the bait. I ordered quite a few sets, mostly because when I ordered one thing, they would say "oops our fault, it's not in stock, here's more money to spend on the site" So I would. I just talked with customer service and I told them the way they did thing was not right, by showing VIP prices without really announcing to you that buying at the price meant you would have the $39.95 monthly fee on it. The sales rep explained that "It was marketing, like when you walk in a store and the sign says "$5.99 and up" Well, honey, the difference is, all items still have individual price tags. So now, I must wait 45 days to cancel so they can charge me again, if I don't want to pay back the difference of "sale prices". I am beyond frustrated, and will not fall for their stupid scams again. Do no waste your money here.

Lingerie is of mediocre quality and customer service is terrible. When calling, I've always had to wait 45+ minutes no matter the time of day, and when e-mailing you receive a template/canned response. When speaking to a customer service representative, they sound monotone and act like your call is an inconvenience.
Additionally, if you forget to skip the month, they charge you $40 and store it as "store credit" they refuse to refund this past 90 days. Basically, their business model relies on people forgetting to "skip the month" so they can steal their money. I find it hard to believe that their system does not allow them to override that policy.
Stick with reputable companies who care more about their customers than money. I own a few pieces from this company, but they're not of high enough quality for me to want to deal with the terrible customer service.
Be careful! I had my credit card hacked on this site and purchases were made every month. What's more, my daughter downloaded the application and ended up with a subscription (with monthly payments, of course) that she didn't want.
