Adore Me's site makes me excited to shop. The models look actually happy and like they're having fun, allowing me to picture myself wearing these pieces (vs. Other sites catering too much to the male gaze so it throws me off). I appreciate all the fun designs, the basics are really comfortable and good quality, and the more intricate pieces feel great. The search/filter experience isn't the best, but no website really nails this. I was a bit thrown off on how to find underwear packs (vs. Individual pieces) but once I found them I was successful. So all around, all good!
Awful awful company. Signed me up without my clear approval for a 'VIP Membership' that was not reflected anywhere in my order confirmation, and started charging my credit card $40 a month without my knowledge. Products are cheap quality. Customer service was able To resolve and refund me, but it's very clearly designed to get you to get stuck paying far more than you thought.
I'm surprised by all the positive reviews because almost everything I ordered from here turned out to be a waste of time and money. I guess their focus is plus-sized women (though it's not advertised as such) because their small sizes are useless. I could not be a more standard size (5'6", 33-26-35, C-D cup) and I've never once found anything that actually fits me well. On top of that, the material is extremely poor quality and usually tears after wearing 2-3 times. Shop here if you want the pricing of Victoria's Secret, product quality of Forever 21, and size selection of Target.
Oh, and if you sign up for their "membership," they'll never remove your credit card number from file even if you jump through all the hoops to cancel. I had to get a new card.
I made one purchase with VIP before understanding the terms. They refunded my money and were kind so I was happy. Since then I have been charged non stop each month after cancelling and calling multiple times this caused me to overdraft my bank account. They also won't let you speak to a supervisor. I would put order number or proof of purchase but there simply isn't one. I will never buy from this site again I suggest you don't as well unless you want to be charged 40$ for nothing.

I have been ordering items since 2015, up until 6 months or so ago this would be a 5 star review however this company has slipped a lot regarding the time between when an order is placed and an order is shipped and even then when they do ship something it seems like they ship it using the slowest possible option. Customer service online is not helpful and they seem to have canned responses without the power to actually 'fix" a situation.
I have had three orders delayed well beyond expectations (which by the way are based on prior purchases) and I am seriously considering cancelling my account for a company that has their shipping (or stocking) problems figured out.

Appearance: I love this piece! Its in style and different than most others Ive seen. The straps over the breast set off a trendy aspect while still remaining somewhat classy with the lace running down the center. Your bottom is fully covered in sheer black fabric, which was a conservative change to the cheeky or thong-like bottoms.
Size and fit: Im generally a medium/large on the bottom read curves, and medium up top. I had to size up to a large because of my hips and thighs, but then the middle strap across the waist was way too loose. I can work with the middle strap being to big if thats the only flaw though.

Everything i bought was very high-quality, comfortable, and looked great on me. I'd say the shipping took an average time- not fast, not slow, just in the middle. Honestly, even if it were slow, i'd still buy again because i loved my set so much lol. I would definitely recommend this brand to others (actually, i've already told like two people to buy from them).
Didn't come in when expected but they had clear communication regarding that so I do not fault them. I work with online retail as well so I feel like I understand how these things go and oftentimes it's out of the brand's control. Products were excellent and good quality so far. Fit is great, too.
This took over 4 weeks to receive my bras. And they never responded until AFTER I got them! They are make with cheap stuff. And to return it cost $5 restocking fee. Why is it my fault if the products were made poorly. Worst company ever! Don't waste your money!

I will echo what many say about this site. I am getting married in April, so of course they started advertising to me on Facebook. I stupidly took the bait. I ordered quite a few sets, mostly because when I ordered one thing, they would say "oops our fault, it's not in stock, here's more money to spend on the site" So I would. I just talked with customer service and I told them the way they did thing was not right, by showing VIP prices without really announcing to you that buying at the price meant you would have the $39.95 monthly fee on it. The sales rep explained that "It was marketing, like when you walk in a store and the sign says "$5.99 and up" Well, honey, the difference is, all items still have individual price tags. So now, I must wait 45 days to cancel so they can charge me again, if I don't want to pay back the difference of "sale prices". I am beyond frustrated, and will not fall for their stupid scams again. Do no waste your money here.

The VIP Membership is one of two payment options (the other is Pay As You Go, our one-time purchase option) you select during checkout with your first order. It is an active but flexible membership, meaning that you are not obligated to make a purchase each month, but that between the first and fifth of each month our VIP Members visit the site and either make a purchase or skip the month. It's a button in your showroom, and you may skip as many months as you'd like.

Lingerie is of mediocre quality and customer service is terrible. When calling, I've always had to wait 45+ minutes no matter the time of day, and when e-mailing you receive a template/canned response. When speaking to a customer service representative, they sound monotone and act like your call is an inconvenience.
Additionally, if you forget to skip the month, they charge you $40 and store it as "store credit" they refuse to refund this past 90 days. Basically, their business model relies on people forgetting to "skip the month" so they can steal their money. I find it hard to believe that their system does not allow them to override that policy.
Stick with reputable companies who care more about their customers than money. I own a few pieces from this company, but they're not of high enough quality for me to want to deal with the terrible customer service.
Ordered 4 sets of pj's for my wife for x-mas. They are very nice quality and she loved them. There are no washing instructions so we emailed customer service and have not heard back. I will probably order again.

I love adore me! All of their clothing I've received so far has all been so so soft. It truly is the best lounge wear out there. You can't go wrong with whatever you may chose.
The shipping is very quick too which is nice. The anticipation doesn't last long I'd recommend this company to anyone, even if your looking as a gift for someone else.
I was skeptical to buy this after my size (L) not being available and reading many reviews that suggested sizing down but I went ahead and purchased a Medium and it fit just right. My significant other loved it, including the buttons between the legs. Perfect if you have a little extra tummy because all the emphasis falls on your breasts, butt, and back. Super flattering!

Last week I left a very critical but honest review of Adore Me on this page. In the interest of fairness, I feel like should add an addendum. While their actual shipping times and insistence on leading customers to believe that they can fulfill their orders within a week are beyond ridiculous, their products are fantastic. I have an extremely large bust and this is the first time I have actually gotten reasonably priced, well made, supportive and sexy bras from an online store. I still don't want to shop with them again but I would recommend them to someone more patient than myself.

It's been 9 days and my order is still in "processing". I needed it for an event, which has now come and gone without my Oder even being shipped yet. Called customer service, the string of reps they strung me through were all hard to understand and not helpful whatsoever, I was put on hold multiple times for 10+ minutes all for them to say "they are having warehouse issues". They refused to let me cancel as I don't even need my order anymore. Unhelpful, unprofessional, and definitely not worth it. I will be cancelling my membership and never ordering again.

Be wary of this site! They may have cute braziers and undergarments but they also have a vulnerable network that allowed for my account to get hacked resulting in the fraudulent, unauthorized charge of $150. Their network is weak and in the countless times I've called them for resolution, no steps have been made to resolve this. Their customer service representatives informed me that they believed the order to be fraudulent then went ahead and shipped anyway to some hacker in Florida who just spent a portion of my rent money on leggings. While the first representative I spoke to was helpful and apologetic, I found myself speaking to progressively more vapid and misinformed sales girls unable to help me in my time of stress. Do not trust this site. Their network is weak and you may suffer my same fate. Save yourself (and your wallet) some heartache and shop somewhere better.

I was nervous about sizing but it only took 1 returned order to figure out my perfect fit. After that 3 different bras later I can order any style and it is perfect. I am a D cup (according to VS a DDD) I could never find my size in anything cute and even the old lady styles fit weird. These actually lifted n separated my boobs without tons of padding I don't need. The material are soft and wider straps make it comfy. I'm finally excited about lingerie again!

Don't waste your time! Poor quality products, like really poor! The leg holes of my bathing suit were so baggy and uneven I could see my butt crack. Extremely rude customer service. Unable to communicate with a manger. Wanted to charge me a restocking fee for something "broken". Two different agents hung up on me. Cannot cancel membership over the phone. Must get email, go to website and cancel (which is overly complicated to find the location). Was told I could contact a manage through the email sent and never was able to contact one. Total Scam!

I had a really good experience here. The deals are totally worth it if you are a member, and with any good subscription, you get better deals the more money you spend. Funny how that works! But it's already reasonably priced so I'm not terribly sad about spending a lot of money here.
My girlfriend has loved everything that I bought her, but a couple times the sizes were a little off. I'm pretty sure they will swap out poor fitting clothes, but I never actually used the service because I bought sets and she just kept one thing and put the ill-fitting item in the back of her dresser. That's on me, obviously that I didn't get the right size.
Anyway, the customer service was usually pretty good and helpful when I did use it. And everything I've bought she's worn several times without it losing any quality, whether it be color or fit or loose threads. Quality stuff.
