Adore Me's site makes me excited to shop. The models look actually happy and like they're having fun, allowing me to picture myself wearing these pieces (vs. Other sites catering too much to the male gaze so it throws me off). I appreciate all the fun designs, the basics are really comfortable and good quality, and the more intricate pieces feel great. The search/filter experience isn't the best, but no website really nails this. I was a bit thrown off on how to find underwear packs (vs. Individual pieces) but once I found them I was successful. So all around, all good!
Awful awful company. Signed me up without my clear approval for a 'VIP Membership' that was not reflected anywhere in my order confirmation, and started charging my credit card $40 a month without my knowledge. Products are cheap quality. Customer service was able To resolve and refund me, but it's very clearly designed to get you to get stuck paying far more than you thought.
This company is a scam. They charged me for shipping 3 times! $10 upon ordering (even though it was supposed to be free but I live in Canada so I thought 'oh well'). Shipping was a nightmare, tracking didn't work and the parcel came weeks late. I had to pay another $15 at the post office - customer shipping charge.
I find the quality of the items very poor and nothing really fits properly. Now I learn, I have to pay $6 for every returned set (for 3 sets that's another $18).
I already paid $43 extra and I'm still worried they're not going to give me the rest of my money back. Customer service is useless.
I don't know how it works in the US but if you're thinking of ordering from another country - don't do it!
Cute products, relevant survey to set up your own store, a live chat support which I used to clear up questions around joining the VIP membership and quick free shipping. The product quality was very good as well.
Have gotten three sets and fell in love with them all. Perfect fit, perfect shape. Absolutely flawless and the material is wonderfully comfy. Plus shipping doesn't take long at all! I've been bragging about this site to everyone!

This website is the biggest scam ever! They have taken almost $500 from me without my consent. They don't want to offer up any help in resolving the problem and customer services is horrible. They are making money off of you even if you do not purchase anything! What sense does that make?! This business needs to be shut down! I was told the $40 taken out each month was not a membership fee, but a credit "in case" you want to purchase more of their products. That's the stupidest nonsense I've heard! If someone wants to purchase something else they will purchase it the NORMAL way!

The membership is one of two payment options (the other is Pay as You Go - our one-time purchase option) you select during checkout with your first order. Members are not obligated to order each month, instead, they visit the site between the first and fifth and decide to either shop or skip that month.
If you do not take action between the first and the fifth, you’ll see a $39.95 charge on the card. This amount turns to store credit you can use at any time within 12 months! We send reminder emails, but also offer a no-questions-asked 30 day refund policy for your convenience.
In order to be eligible for a refund of store credit beyond 30 days, you must write a letter or send an email to our claims department at claims@adoreme.com explaining the case and why you were not able to call within our 30 day limit to request a refund.

I have had this subscription service for years ( mainly because they were one of the few to offer a huge range of sizes including plus a few years back)
I can tell you the quality is all over the place- but at least has become more consistent in recent years. They sell out often ( maybe not enough supply?)- which sucks when your sitting on credits but cant get the colors of the sets you want because they're always out of sizes. Warning: They do not meet any shipping dates even if you pay extra for rushed. I've had orders where I have waited over a month and even cancelled. It takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks to receive something.

Everyone should avoid! I paid for one set at about £49, in March. It's now almost July and I still haven't received it. In fairness, they sent me another set as a peace offering, but I had to pay over £25 in shipping and customs charges for the pleasure! When it arrived, it was ok. But I could have bought a better quality set from the high street for much less!
THEN they charge my card ANOTHER £40 without my knowledge, as I had apparently subscribed to be a member?
Absolute disappointment is an understatement. I cannot believe how awful my experience has been. I of course understand that the pandemic might have played a part in this, but I'm just beyond angry.

First off... obviously all of the reviews are from the scam artist that creates Adore Me because none of them review anything else but... and From my personal experience there is no timely shipping. I ordered something over a month ago and never received anything. The site won't give me a tracking number and every time I call it says there's a 15 minute or more wait to speak with someone.

The bra set that I bought was great quality. I'm a large chested girl and it's hard finding pretty bra sets for affordable prices. Shipping was super fast as well. Adore Me gained themselves a lifelong customer.

I've been waiting for a response via email for over 2 weeks now for a simple exchange order. They've ready received the order I sent back just won't credit my account with the money for that item or give me a voucher code. Every time I call I am holding for over 25 minutes and don't have time to wait around for someone to pick up. Need to hear something back - l was ordering way before I needed it on 8/19. Not sure if that'll be possible anymore.

It came quickly and on time as promised, the people were lovely, and I didn't feel like I would have to spend half a paycheck to get a decent set. I love that the sets come together, and when your order arrives it comes all wrapped in tissue paper and in its own little box. Ordered in November, package has yet to arrive. Emailed numerous amount of times, no response. Called customer service, wait times were ridiculous. Stayed on hold upwards of 20 minutes, still no answer. I just want my money back at this point. I will continue to patron Victoria's Secret for my lingerie needs
Adore me is a scam of a business especially their online shopping takes 2 months to get refunds and then they keep $6 of each set for a "restocking" fee and customer service line rings with someone picking up hours later only to hang up on you. They barely get back to emails and when they do it's just some generic copy and paste and it's not about any issue that you had. Extremely frustrated with this company and I warn people to not buy with them there are so many other Better companies that will treat you respectfully.

Even so, the packages sent back to our warehouse do have to process through a severe quality control system and once this is completed we receive the confirmation, and only then we can issue the refund.
Moreover, upon processing your return, it is stated that all sets returned for a refund are subject to a $5.95 restocking fee per set. This means your refund will be the total paid per set minus $5.95 per set refunded to you. You may avoid restocking fees by processing an exchange instead of a return. Exchanges are free of charge (and we even cover the shipping back to us!)

Adore me is so easy to navigate and every style fits true to size! I'm a ddd and it's so difficult to find high quality bras that are both sexy and supportive. And everything I want is available in my size... very much unlike anywhere else where I would be restricted to "full coverage" bras or be spilling out. The price is unbeatable! The stylists pay attention to even the most specific of requests (ex I need a fully adjustable bra strap because I'm petite). Their undies fit nicely too although sometimes you need to shuffle sizes depending on the style

I used to love this company but every single time I try and order some thing every size is out, I can wear two different sizes both of them always gone. Not entirely sure why they can't keep up with the demand but clearly other people wanna purchase things to unfortunately I am not able to buy anything even if I wanted to. It's such a disappointment.

Depending on what size you are and what product you are trying to buy I would not get your hopes up because they don’t have a lot of inventory for all of their sizes.
