Adore Me's site makes me excited to shop. The models look actually happy and like they're having fun, allowing me to picture myself wearing these pieces (vs. Other sites catering too much to the male gaze so it throws me off). I appreciate all the fun designs, the basics are really comfortable and good quality, and the more intricate pieces feel great. The search/filter experience isn't the best, but no website really nails this. I was a bit thrown off on how to find underwear packs (vs. Individual pieces) but once I found them I was successful. So all around, all good!
Awful awful company. Signed me up without my clear approval for a 'VIP Membership' that was not reflected anywhere in my order confirmation, and started charging my credit card $40 a month without my knowledge. Products are cheap quality. Customer service was able To resolve and refund me, but it's very clearly designed to get you to get stuck paying far more than you thought.
Love being able to purchase monthly lingerie for my wife! It always fits great and looks amazing. It's so fun to see her feel confident and sexy in her new lingerie, swim wear, or athletic wear. Wish there was more variety but overall happy with the selection.
First of all, anyone with a brain can see most if not all of these 5 start reviews are fake. This company steals designs and calls them their own, secretly charges your account month after month, won't refund your money, and if you try to cancel they hang up on you. Not only that, the products are cheap and delivery takes way longer than they say. Never shop here

My package came within a week as expected. Loved both sets that I got. The fabric was surprisingly super soft even though it's lace. I have already worn the bras several times. Definitely a new favorite.

I really enjoy the products I've purchased, but I absolutely do not want to download an app simply to shop or track my package. Repeated text messages were also extremely annoying (and if you're buying something as a surprise for your SO... way to not be discreet?). Honestly, I'll shop elsewhere in the future... the product quality isn't enough to warrant the rest.

I receive multiple boxes from excercise wear to shoe's. I listed my preference's and placed my first order with adore me. Huge mistake! I received my first box with everything that was not on my preference list. Then to top it off I already paid a stylist fee which should go to the "stylist" and I use this term very loosely. Basically I just threw $20 out the window for a person to rummage around shelves pick out cheap quality undergarments and put them in the mail.
I requested to cancel my subscription and do Not recommend this company to anyone who would like good customer service along with good quality lingerie.

I love my Adore Me orders but there was a pair of shorts missing from a pajama set in my last order. I have sent 2 messages asking for the shorts to be sent and no one has responded. Im pretty unhappy with customer service right now

I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic, but that does not change the fact that their shipping practices are bad. They ship through a ‘USPS partner' named Pitney Bowes. It must be cheaper, because it seems worse in every regard. Tracking is unreliable and barely ever updates. I placed my order at least ten days ago. I'm now 3 days past the "arrival date" and the package hasn't even gotten to my state. This is my first order with AdoreMe, and it will probably be my last unless the lingerie is absolutely amazing. The shipping is inexcusable for items that are so expensive. And it makes the company seem unprofessional.

The status of a B Corp is very difficult to attain and the companies that attain this are the only companies we will do business with. I've always had problems finding bras, panties, lingerie, all intimates really, that fit correctly. Adore Me has one of the widest selections of styles and sizes that you can't NOT find something that's absolutely perfect for you. They always have sales and specials so the prices make me very happy, especially considering the quality of the products. Highly recommend the VIP subscription. You'll save more money and get more promotions/discounts. I received coupons with every one of my orders too!
This company is working very hard to right a situation that resulted in a severely delayed package for me. If you look at the interaction on my first review, they went above and beyond! I still haven't received the order in question and the item is sold out so if it is lost I can never get lol. But they offered me a credit for replacement. I would say if you are a Canadian or overseas shopper give yourself plenty of time and oder more than 30 days ahead, and glitches do happen but the quality of items is great and customer service will work with you! I'm impressed that Adore Me worked this hard for me to make it right.

I have been an online shopper for YEARS and know this is not okay. This company has great lingerie and swimwear but consistently ships me packages that either get tied up in customs for nearly two weeks or cost a heavy duties charge upon arrival after a long wait. I ordered 2 items on June 30th, one arrived within reasonable time but it is now almost 30 days since I ordered and my 2nd item is apparently being held by customs. When I inquired I was told they have no bearing on customs, but how is it no other company has this problem? This NEVER happens anywhere else I order, and I am tired of not receiving items in a reasonable timeframe that they estimate themselves. I had to buy a new swimsuit to replace the late one (which was an exchange) which means the whole point of shopping there (saving money and getting decent quality) is wasted because I am paying double. I like the lingerie and swimwear generally, but will probably have to cancel my account if the shipping process isn't improved for Canadian customers. I have now paid shipping 3 times, and only have one item! We want you to have our money Adore Me, can you please step it up? It is 11 days after the expected delivery date, this is not good business.
It was like nothing I'd ever felt before. It fit perfectly with my body and made me feel comfortable being in my own skin. I felt sexy, excited, but most of all I felt adored. What more can a girl ask from her first time? ;)

I love Adore Me products, but I wish there was more support for sizing, especially across product lines. I've ordered several bras, all fitting differently. I also have needed to go down a size in the band and am unclear how Adore Me adjusts for that. I can't find anything on the app about that. The size chart doesn't mention comparisons or steps. I'll have to return these, as neither fit.

They had sent me the wrong items and made me jump through hoops with the post office to get it corrected. When I sent in an email about how I felt from this experience it was never responded to or addressed, yet, all my other emails have always been responded to.The cloths are cute but don't last long for how pricey they are. I have purchased 10 sets from this company. Some set are worth the money some look like they come from Target. The customer service is horrid! I have never receive any items as stated on the website. It usually takes two weeks not 3 days. They ship to the wrong address, sometimes the billing address sometimes to the shipping address. This of course creates all kinds of problems. I get mixed answers every time I talk to them about an issue. Over all it's middle of the line. Some products good, some not. But if you have a problem, and there always seems to be one, getting it taken care of is a nightmare.

Concerning delivery, our warehouse is typically able to process and ship within two days from when the order was placed. Any orders to the U.S. may be expected within five to 10 business days of the shipping date if you select our free shipping option with USPS during checkout.
In regards to choosing the shipping address, on the checkout page, if you uncheck the Billing same as Shipping address option, you will see that you are able to ship to a different address.
