Adore Me

2/7/17: Like many of the reviewers, I am highly dissatisfied with the service. I placed an order on 1/15/17, and 23 days later, my order is STILL "processing." I have emailed twice now asking for an update on the status, when it will be shipped, etc. and haven't received a response. I also called the customer service line and it rings repeatedly and eventually hangs up.

2/10/17: My status FINALLY changed to "shipped" on February 9 but there is no information available in regards to tracking yet. I am hopeful I will receive the sets by 2/15/17, a full month after my purchase... The company slightly redeemed themselves by refunding half of my purchase price after I posted here. I'll be back with another update if/when I receive my order.

This one set is not only gorgeous and sexy, I want to wear it every day! I sure hope they decide to make this in many colors. There is something about these that just fit better and are really comfortable. I can hardly wait for someone special to see them on his birthday tomorrow!

To be fair, I've always had a hard time sizing online lingerie sets and was nervous about this purchase. So, I do have some previous bias, but this set blew me away with how it fit and how much I loved this! I am 5'7", 127 pounds, pretty flat chested with a bigger butt and thighs. If I were to move around enough my boobs would pop out of the two lace strips, but it's easy enough to keep on looks amazing! The shape it cuts is so flattering and makes me feel so good about myself. I would use the sizing guide, and if it's your first time here this would be a great purchase!

You are so close to being a store that fits my needs…but the shipping times are too long. I've even attempted to pay for faster shipping but my items came late. This is super frustrating especially being a new customer. I had much difficulty figuring out what size would suit my chest. Measurements were close but hard to determine…so I had many exchanges. Exchanging is tedious due to having to do each one individually. Tracking of your orders is complicated as you have to check each one. I guess now that I have an idea of how things fit, it will be easier.

I've bought many outfits for my wife from adore me over the last few years and have been nothing but saddened with the product with my wife agreeing. I don't like returning items as I just see the company failing to meet it standards. I purchased 2 sets for my wife for Christmas. One set fit and the other did not which was to be expected. I will probably finally send a final set back and have disconnected the vip which was also garbage because the designer has completely went opposite of attractive lingerie for curvy women. Sorry to say goodbye to a once good company.

The prices are great as well as their products and there's always good deals unlike other places. I will only shop here from now on. Shipping was fast and got here on time when they said it would. I loved it so much that I recommended adore me to a friend who is also going to be making a purchase soon.

After receiving my first cheap, poorly-sized lingerie, I decided to cancel my subscription. The customer service rep did so, then laughed and hung up on me. Almost a week later and no response to multiple posts and FB messages, emails, etc. and they have ignored each and every single one.

Items I have gotten so far have had a massively varied quality and most are significantly over priced for what they are.
First box the return label didn't work, customer service was very frustrating with repeating my name at least five times to get a new label.
Second box also didn't immediately work but luckily with typing in the number it worked.
I will continue for now as I'm bad at shopping for clothes in general but at this point my opinion is neutral to negative.

The tracking of these shipments are lacking...and by lacking I mean non existent. These ship from California, but the tracking doesn't even work until AFTER I confirm with Adore Me that I have received my shipment. Then magically its able to be tracked? I work in transportation and know quite well there are much better tracking providers out there (regardless of the parcel carrier). I personally like to track all of my deliveries to ensure I'm home or home shortly after the delivery so porch pirates don't steal from us. Did I like the product, eh, they were okay. It was more of the convenience of the home delivery and something new that I enjoyed.

Clothes are not true to size, poor quality, they ravel, or develop loose threads after washing them. Slow delivery. Website often will sell clothes that are out of stock. I would not recommend this vendor.

Easy to order and products are top notch quality and such a wide array of options including styles and colors.My wife loves the way it looks on her and so do I!Much better than Victoria Secret and lasts longer

Wrong size

First time ordering from this site, and I am totally pleased. The set fits perfect!... Bad the material and design are beautiful!... Very comfortable also!... this will not be my last order that's for sure!

I have nothing but good things to say about Adore Me! Gorgeous bra's, panties, and lingerie. Simple website, great app! Free shipping! My only complaint is sometimes I don't make it home before my husband and he see's the tell tale black box/bag, and my surprise is no longer a surprise. ( not that he would ever complain!)

Adore Me items usually run true to size or somewhat close. The items are great quality at very reasonable prices. If you are not satisfied with the items received, free returns/exchanges with no questions asked. Definitely worth every penny spent! I am a lifetime member!

I am in love with my newest bras! I've always struggled to find bras I like that fit my budget. I've tried Walmart, Victoria's Secret, JCPenney, thrift stores and more. I'm just always upset by how they fit! I felt doomed to accept what I could get for my size. However- a friend recommended Adore Me and I have been so hooked! They fit me well and they are comfortable and sexy both- esp the latest one I ordered. It is my absolute favorite! Happy customer- def recommend this site to anyone!

I was a little worried the sizing might be off, but everything fit perfectly! It's beautiful and my favorite new thing to wear to feel good in my own skin. I've never seen my boyfriend's eyes pop out of his head as much as they did when I came around the corner wearing my new lingerie set!

This fit perfectly. So soft and amazing. Perfect for summer too. I wish they were in every color. It literally is the softest thing I have ever worn. Hubs loved it. It's not clingy like some things are. Get it while they are still here.

My last order was disappointing. I didn't bother doing a return or exchange because there was already limited options for my size and bad previous return experience. I feel like the price and quality isn't worth it anymore compared to when this brand first started.

The experience was just okay. The processing and actual time it took to ship my product was longer than I like. I had the pleasure of dealing with their customer service dept twice due to tracking information incorrect. Overall very helpful and knowledgeable staff. This was my first time using the company. I usually order lingerie through another site that I really like. Adore Me's quality was way better. The item that I received was nicely packaged and high end material. I will definitely order from them again. But when I need something fast and maybe not as nice and cost effective I will use the company that I am used to.

I bought a couple of sets for my wife from them. She usually doesn't like my taste in gifts, but every time I gave her an Adore Me set she was very pleased. We have nothing but good things to say about this website.
I admit I bought her some cheap looking lingerie in the past from local stores, but now that I shop here, these problems are long gone.
Thank God I don't have to worry about anniversary and birthday gifts anymore.

Everything looks great on my wife! Sizes are accurate, quality products and most of all the prices are outstanding. This is not a waste of time subscription like so many others. They always have new looks and as a husband that loves to see my wife smile, i haven't been let down yet!

I was hesitant to order a bra online because I've never bought a bra without trying it on first. But the no hassle return policy made me feel like I could try it.
When my items arrived they were very nice and fit perfect.
I definitely plan to order from your company again.

Arrived in a timely fashion, the lingerie were the correct sizes, and all very comfortable. I've yet to have any problems, so I've not dealt with customer service yet, but I'm definitely going to be ordering from Adore Me again!
