Adore Me's site makes me excited to shop. The models look actually happy and like they're having fun, allowing me to picture myself wearing these pieces (vs. Other sites catering too much to the male gaze so it throws me off). I appreciate all the fun designs, the basics are really comfortable and good quality, and the more intricate pieces feel great. The search/filter experience isn't the best, but no website really nails this. I was a bit thrown off on how to find underwear packs (vs. Individual pieces) but once I found them I was successful. So all around, all good!
Awful awful company. Signed me up without my clear approval for a 'VIP Membership' that was not reflected anywhere in my order confirmation, and started charging my credit card $40 a month without my knowledge. Products are cheap quality. Customer service was able To resolve and refund me, but it's very clearly designed to get you to get stuck paying far more than you thought.
My husband ordered me a baby doll nightie and a red w/black lace corset. The corset is beautiful and fits beautifully! I have bought corsets before that were about the same price and they didn't fit well or hold their shape. This one does both! I love it!
Adore Me regularly charges customers for,"Damaged" merchandise upon arrival of these returned items. They refuse to provide proof of said damages and automatically make withdrawals from your account to charge you for them. Beware-if you do much as try a bra on-they will charge you for, "damaging" it.
Beyond just being annoyed with the fact that I had to get the matching panties for every set even if I didn't want them, I was a VIP but there was nothing on the site eligible for earning rewards points. If you buy enough, you're supposed to get free sets, but they put almost everything on sale so that you never accumulate rewards points. The most annoying thing was that the sizing on the clothes were so inconsistent. I bought the same size in two different styles on the same day, and one medium fit more like an extra small, and the other medium was perfectly sized. When it's an expensive online boutique, especially for underwear which is something you don't want to return, the sizing just really needs to be consistent because there's not ability to go into a store and try it on. Overall, just not the biggest fan, so I've removed my membership.
Tip for consumers:
Just don't fall for the subscription service. It was easy to quit, but it's just not worth it.

Do not buy anything from here! You get put on a subscription automatically, you can't call anyone to get it removed, you can't delete your credit card, they email you constantly and text! It's an absurd use of private information that they abuse and won't correct. This is no way to create forever customers. Worst experience ever. Put them out of business.

Adore Me lingerie company is great all around, I really like the personalized quiz that matches the perfect lingerie to you. You have multiple sets to choose from, like bra's and panties to hosiery and even baby dolls and slips. They are really cute and make you feel very sexy! If you don't find a set that you absolutely love, then you can request a new showroom. A very clever idea for lingerie. Priced reasonably as well. The items are shipped in a nice little box instead of just clear plastic like some other sites. Shipping was fast as well. Adore Me has really nice, sexy lingerie at a price I can afford! Shipping is always seems quick (I've ordered twice now) and the selections are beautiful. I like that there's so many styles to choose from that go from comfy to sexy or both at the same time! The choices really cater to any type of personality. The packaging is also always careful and neat. I also like that you can skip 2 months in a row for the VIP subscription so you don't have to keep remembering every month if you don't think it's in your budget at the moment. I have been an Adore Me customer since 2019, but I'm close to ending this relationship and looking elsewhere due to the horrible shipping delays. My last four orders have taken nearly three weeks to arrive if not longer. It has been a major disappointment to not have the items that I wanted on time. This company seriously needs to do better about the timeliness of shipping orders, offer various shipping tiers, or use a different carrier because this is awful customer service!

It's gorgeous and comfortable. I decided to try out Adore Me in an attempt to nurture my feminine side a bit. I didn't have high hopes as I often find that bras & panties are either comfortable or pretty. I've only found two brands that fits both descriptions, and this is one. I was surprised at the quality and plan to buy this set in at least one more color. Going to enjoy this subscription box, I think!

Love the idea of being able to try on lingerie in private at your own home! It's even really easy to return items if they don't fit your style.
But everything is very expensive. I've always thought that women's clothing was way overpriced, especially because of how cheaply most of it is made. Adore Me has mostly good quality products, but I don't think we should be paying close to $50 on a bra and underwear with some pretty design on them. At cheaper stores I can get 3 shirts and 2 pairs of pants for that same price but for way more fabric. Even at more name brand and expensive stores I can still get at least 1 shirt for that same price and still more fabric. I understand that these clothes are more delicately made and need more time than just a shirt and pants, but I don't think they're delicately made enough to charge almost $50... More like $25. But that's just my opinion on the women's clothing industry. Thanks for listening to my rant!

I inquired about my missing return item that had been sent but not received by Adore Me. They reviewed their information and located the package in their facility which removed the charge from my account and was timely reimbursed.
Love adore me! They have great products and some of my favorite pieces. Very easy returns as well! I love their loyalty program, and its easy to skip the month or get your money back if you forgot to.

Can't exchange or return items that are on special. Not even clearance or sale so they still have the items and i cannot even exchange for the correct size so they are $10 panties that I can do nothing with.
Next month, another issue with order "processing " for 5 days and no one will answer phone call or emails...
Never even earned up to my free set and I'm cancelling. Feels like a waste of money. Disappointed.
I've only been using this site recently, and so far I love it. The one thing I'd complain about is customer service via email; it's a bit slow. However, everything else feels great so far. The products look gorgeous, and I am so thankful they can be affordable! I always have a hard time finding an middle ground for affordability and great quality. It's hard enough finding my size in stores and it's so expensive at Victoria Secret. Thank you for having Adore Me be the answer to my problems!

Accidentally stumbled across this site... And I am SO glad I did. Looking to buy lingerie for a shower gift and the products on this website are fantastic! Unbelievable prices! I will say that I was skeptical bc prices were so reasonable that the quality would not be good. However, I chanced it and bought a few items. They arrived within 3 days! And I can not tell you enough how PLEASED I am with this company! Packing was great, but the quality exceed my expectations! I have since done 3 more transactions with this company! Everything is wonderful!
I really love all the sets I've received so far but hate that it's a monthly service. Honestly, I'll wear a bra and panties until they are hanging on by a thread, so the monthly option is great until I'm buried in panties.
Every design is lovely, the materials are… no worse or better than anywhere else. But the price is right, and keeps me from buying cute bras and wearing them with generic Hanes, so it's well worth it.
I received a very damaged, empty box after waiting nearly a month for shipping. I have contacted customer service serveral times and can't even get a reply back. They don't seem to care at all. I'm just the idiot that spent $40 on a box. I'm going to have to contact my bank and file a claim for fraud and hope I can get my money back. Their stuff looks cute, but don't order from them. There are tons of other websites with much better customer service.
Really enjoy the monthly subscription box and the variety it provides! Exchanging items or changing sizes is super easy too. The only thing I wish was better was the tracking, which may not be their fault. Often the tracking information never updates until the day it arrives, and often it switches from ups to USPS on the day it's supposed to arrive, adding several more days. Again, this isn't necessarily on adore me, but it is an opportunity for improvement.
I seem to be stop figuring out the size on the underwear. After a 30 pound weight loss, I keep ordering sizes that are too big and not so flattering. But once I figured out my new bra size they have been a great fit, and are so pretty. My only complaint though is the one I preferred I feel like it doesn't look so good under most of the clothes I wear due to the design that can show through my shirt and look a little weird! I guess I will just have to order some t-shirt bras or smooth ones.

So far I have ordered a set of underwear and matching bra that fit perfectly, as well as three of the sexiest sets of lingerie I have ever seen, also perfect. I wore one of them for 10 hours with soft and enjoyable results. If you are thinking about ordering you should just pull the trigger. You wil not regret it. Of course the husband loved all of them but he is an easy critic.

Don't order a big order or you'll never get your product. I spent $367.83 on their outfits and I still haven't received my lingerie. It's been 4 weeks. Last week I placed another order for ONE item and I got it 4 days later. I called customer service and they gave me the same BS they give everybody... "We are making sure your items are properly packaged to give you the best experience with us" Really?
Moral of the story... if you want to buy alot of outfits, do it in separate orders. Not in one order or you'll never get it.
