Adore Me's site makes me excited to shop. The models look actually happy and like they're having fun, allowing me to picture myself wearing these pieces (vs. Other sites catering too much to the male gaze so it throws me off). I appreciate all the fun designs, the basics are really comfortable and good quality, and the more intricate pieces feel great. The search/filter experience isn't the best, but no website really nails this. I was a bit thrown off on how to find underwear packs (vs. Individual pieces) but once I found them I was successful. So all around, all good!
Awful awful company. Signed me up without my clear approval for a 'VIP Membership' that was not reflected anywhere in my order confirmation, and started charging my credit card $40 a month without my knowledge. Products are cheap quality. Customer service was able To resolve and refund me, but it's very clearly designed to get you to get stuck paying far more than you thought.
Adore me goes above and beyond for their customers. They respect anything that happens and work out the best possible solution to any situation that may arise. They also custom tailor things to for you or your significant other. They make a strong durable product from strong reliable materials that last. Highly recommend these guys for their products and for their customer service.

I have been using this site for at least two years now, redoing all of my bras, panties, lounge wear, work out clothing, and night wear (sexy and casual.) Their return policy is so easy and they have so many different styles, so if what you ordered doesnt work, you can exchange it. That allowed me to find out what I like and dislike with ease. Ive found some of the most comfortable and well made items. I recommend this to every single woman! Why? Simply because they cater to all shapes and sizes too. They seem to be a very mindful company.
I needed to redo all if my undergarments and lounge/sleep wear.
They are well made and super cute.
I chose this one because I wanted to be able to wear it out as a top for a fallen Angel Halloween look and it hit the mark perfectly! Just the right amount of cleavage for me as a D cup and kept all of my tummy in, even with my long torso!

Don't buy from here. They charged me for a VIP I never signed up for. They also tried to charge me for item they didn't have in stock then gave me "store" credit. When I reached out to them and they told me I had contacted the wrong department. In a good business they would have forwarded my email to the correct department. When I emailed the right department they didn't contact me until I disputed the transaction with my bank. I ordered in July and contacted them with my issues in August. Then Sept 1st all the sudden I'm getting texts that I'm a VIP and next thing I know I see $40 charges to my card. POS company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
The sizes were all over the place. The merchandise pig for me was sketchy at best. The prices of the items are so far out and delusional. I couldn't believe it I was charged twice. I don't like anything that I received except for the bras.

The bra is cute as could be but fits a little too snug. Other brands i wear closer to a 34DD and was told they are snug so i ordered a 36DD and it's still rather snug. The wires in the middle between the breast stabs inward making it not very comfortable to wear

The Adore Me tags on the bras are super duper itchy and annoying. Everything is cute and as it's pictured though, doesn't feel super thin or anything. Some sets came with an unpleasant smell though. Also things like bows on the bras are glued on in a way that is also, itchy and stabby. They also sent me an addition item in the wrong size and shape, which isn't a big deal to me.

True to size, great support (40 DDD), great materials. I usually have to return alot of items because they don't fit or support me. I kept everything and have already worn them and they passed the test.
Beautiful designs
They were having a buy one get one sale. So I spent around $200 (saving a bunch of money). This order included lingerie and also some active gear which was a black jumper, black cargo leggings, and black biker shorties. I was sent grey leggings and shorties. I was also sent 2 bralettes instead of the panties going with it -_- and it was a set. I have never had that much trouble with Adore Me.
There products fit me the best and they are good quality.

Overall experience was nice. Being able to pick and choose your pieces. However most sizes for plus size were out of stock and limited choices were available.
I called adore me to be sure it wasn't user error. To my surprise a style exchange required full payment of the new size. It's not my fault they carry a product whose measurements do not match the other products received in my box.
Styling credit was not applied for a size exchange.

I love the fit. The cups are nice and perky. However I wish there are more solid colors to pick from. Like more skin tone so it'll with any blouse. The Flower print colors tends to show through my blouses.

I have ordered several bra and panty sets, panties and a few nighties. All beautiful but the quality is lacking. In my opinion it's all overpriced for what you are actually getting

I want my dress to look sexy in her clothes, and the all things I have bought I have not been disappointed.
When purchasing my bathing suit for the summer, I thought there would be no problems and it was like a regular one time purchase. The suit was on sale and I thought I got lucky. I did not know that during the purchase they unknowingly signed me up for a membership where I would have to pay 40 dollars in order to keep the store credit I had received from my purchase. To make it make sense I had earned 40 dollars in store credit from the bathing suit I had bought and to keep that store credit and get that money off my next purchase I either had to use the credit or pay them 40 dollars to keep it. They would send me emails to use it but they never said I'd have to pay or gave me any kind of warning they'd take the money, they just took it. While having the membership it is refundable but I didn't know that at the time due to my sense of panic and haste to unsubscribe so they wouldn't take out anything else from my bank account. I could not get it back and now just have store credit I never planned on using but now feel like I have to since it is my money. Never buying from here again and it was definitely not worth it.

Recently bought the Prisma Contour bra. I love it because it enhances a smaller/average bustline. Just bought a second one in the only other choice of color. Please offer more colors/selections.
Very easy to order from Adore Me. Customer service is always helpful. But I wish that the process to skip a month was easier to find. I never know where to look.
What caught my eye was how the model's bustline was displayed while wearing the bra. I knew it was the style for me.
The package had been cut open and the panties were used and had a white streak in the crotch. Called customer service and they hung up on me. Will never order from there again. Left a 1 star review and they changed it to a fake 5 star review. Will never trust this company again. It is a shame since I loved buying from them.

The fit is spot on. The bras and panties are beautiful and make me feel sexy in my imperfect body! The only thing that would make them better is being tagless.
I wanted to give them a try and fell in love. Adore Me is a better quality than any other! I have never had a more comfortable, sexy & long lasting bra & panty drawer ever!

If i have ton of options, it makes it though to decide. I like the fact that there are pieces curated to my style and that my stylist is also open to changes that i might want
I’ve only had one other issue and it was handled quickly. This time it had to do with the date i needed to make a section and pay for the articles of clothing. I needed a few more days because the Elite box arrive early and i didnt have the funds to pay it. I ended up making some outside arrangements on my own since I didn’t get a response within 48 hours

I was previously on the month to month subscription where the amount charged becomes a credit toward whatever you choose. The problem, i had trouble deciding what to choose to purchase. I liked a handful of bra and underwear sets but then i would toggle over to the sleepwear and think to myself "i have enough bras and more than enough underwear, maybe i should get this nice 2-piece pj" and then vise versa. The Elite box makes it easier because it curated on my likes. The only thing i would recommend for this program is maybe having an option of selecting more basic options. As of today i have tons of cute colorful sets and my basics need an upgrade but i have as of yet to see a more basic everyday set included on my box
I recent had an issue over a charge for an elite box that i returned. I’ve always returned the boxes with the 7 days with the exception of the month before last. That time i asked for an extension on days due to me not having money to pay for my selection within those 7 initial days. I was charged for the contents if the box entirely even though i had returned it. When i spoke to an agent on the phone he tried blaming me saying that next time return it sooner so i wont get charged. I did receive my refund and in a timely manner but i am not going to accept something i did not do. If it was my fault for whatever reason, i’ll accept responsibility. I also think some sort of notification where in the app or email would be considerate instead of being hit with a large charge without any notice
