Adore Me's site makes me excited to shop. The models look actually happy and like they're having fun, allowing me to picture myself wearing these pieces (vs. Other sites catering too much to the male gaze so it throws me off). I appreciate all the fun designs, the basics are really comfortable and good quality, and the more intricate pieces feel great. The search/filter experience isn't the best, but no website really nails this. I was a bit thrown off on how to find underwear packs (vs. Individual pieces) but once I found them I was successful. So all around, all good!
Awful awful company. Signed me up without my clear approval for a 'VIP Membership' that was not reflected anywhere in my order confirmation, and started charging my credit card $40 a month without my knowledge. Products are cheap quality. Customer service was able To resolve and refund me, but it's very clearly designed to get you to get stuck paying far more than you thought.
This company is run by a bunch of crooks. Truly a deplorable business model.
They ambiguously sign you up for their VIP service and withdraw money from your account monthly. The customer service person was happy to argue that, in her honest opinion, everyone was aware of this. Complete and utter bull$#*!.
If you click on their deals posted to various sites it takes you right to putting in your bank card, you skip the "opt-out" of the VIP membership page.
This is done with the intent to confuse and scam customers. Of course, they refuse to return the store credit and are happy to blame the customer who didn't check their e-mail.
Will never visit their site again.
Tip for consumers:
Crappy products. Crappy customer service. Don't even waste your time.
I ordered my wife a nightgown for Christmas after not finding what she wanted on several other sites.
She loved it so much that we ordered panties during the 5/$25 sale and she already has some new bras picked out, too.
The products are great quality and the site experience made it very easy to find what we wanted.
I like doing the quiz but use it as inspiration for an outfit…. Not send me that outfit.
I wish y'all had an option for every 2/3 months. I would be more apt to buy with a break. I only have 2 boobs and 30 days yet I have 20 bras… yeah seems a little much!
Loved buying a new set knowing that it will fit my DD breasts and doesn't make my back look like something is coming out. The bra or what ever is purchase d will make you feel better about trying to purchase an item that doesn't appear to the naked eye but until looking on this website.

The concept is good and something that is being done today. But other similar services offer much quicker turnaround for delivery, previews of the pieces to have a say in what I prefer and a feedback option for me to describe my reason for return. I think some of those enhancements would help make this service much more desirable.

My order took around 10 days to arrive. When I emailed customer service and politely inquired about my order and also suggested that, in this climate where there are more options for customers they should have better customer service, I was basically told it is what it is. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

I love everything I buy from Adore Me. It is really good quality and ships quickly. The only thing I don't like is having to check my account every month, because I don't get reminder emails even though I am signed up for them. I also wish they sold garter belts to match bras and panties.
Yes, they have a very nice items at reasonable prices, but for me, that's where it ends. I don't want to be bothered to login every month and decline to not have order automatically shipped to me (non-refundable, you would receive an account credit only if you returned it). I have found their sizing to very off compared and items to be of poor quality - but you do get what you pay for. The selection seems like very few different styles but in a wide variety of colours. I wanted to cancel my so-called VIP membership. To do that, I had to email customer service and wait for a reply. They sent me a link where I answer a 5 question true/false quiz to make sure I fully "understand the benefits of the membership". Then you are again repeatedly asked (about 5 more times) "are you sure you wish to cancel your membership" while they keep reminding you about other monthly pay as you go options. I finally made it through that and got it cancelled. Just a needless headache.
I love this bra, though I could go down a size which is unusual for me. It gives excellent support and I feel sexy wearing it. The way my body is shaped, I should have gone up a size with the underwear but they're still very comfortable. I'm considering buying another set in a different color.

This service is a total scam. They take money out of your account every month without your consent and claim that it will be store credit... so I wonder why I have 0.00 dollars in store credit after they took money out of my account four months in a row? Also, they don't let you cancel your account without calling their customer service line. Even then, you sit for 20 minutes waiting for them to pick up and they never do. Really, really displeased with Adore Me and will never sign up for something like that again.

Do not purchase with Adore Me, the bra quality is mediocre at best and the "VIP" payment plan is such a scam.
I ordered a set with them and they charged my credit card 40 dollars every following month as "store credit". Unless you request a refund of the 40 dollars under 30 days, they eat your money. And requesting a refund doesn't stop it from happening again every month. I wish I had never given them any business. Such a $#*!ty company.

I ordered 5 sets on February 5th and it was saying if you order within so many hours (don't remember the exact amount) that it would be there in time for valentines day. Unfortunately it didn't arrive and it won't even tell me where it currently is. I'm leaving for a week on the 17th to go to Pennsylvania and I don't want my items sitting at the hotel front desk for a week. I love the bras and panties I've received already and I am kinda hoping that the others arrive before the 17th. If there's any way that you could tell me when they will arrive that would be great

I absolutely love the service. Everything fit perfectly! It's beautiful and my favorite new thing to wear to feel good in my own skin. The material is really nice. Their clothes are by far the most comfortable lounge wear I have ever worn and affordable! It was a great experience. What I purchased fit perfectly! I'm def going to be a frequent shopper! Placed an order and it took 6 weeks to come. When it finally arrived then it had over $50 in customs. Which at this point I was upset. I am a VIP member and not about to pay duty like this for every single order! I could shop at Victoria's Secret prices at this point. So I called and asked to return. They told me I'd lose part of my refund if I did return for restocking fees. The guy on the phone was rude and not helpful. He said when they received my order they'd process my return right away. I returned and 5 weeks later, no refund! I called again and the girl said there was not any orders that she could find. I gave her my order number and she just hung up on me. Still fighting to get this refund …. What a nightmare. Don't order if you live in Canada.
