Adore Me's site makes me excited to shop. The models look actually happy and like they're having fun, allowing me to picture myself wearing these pieces (vs. Other sites catering too much to the male gaze so it throws me off). I appreciate all the fun designs, the basics are really comfortable and good quality, and the more intricate pieces feel great. The search/filter experience isn't the best, but no website really nails this. I was a bit thrown off on how to find underwear packs (vs. Individual pieces) but once I found them I was successful. So all around, all good!
Awful awful company. Signed me up without my clear approval for a 'VIP Membership' that was not reflected anywhere in my order confirmation, and started charging my credit card $40 a month without my knowledge. Products are cheap quality. Customer service was able To resolve and refund me, but it's very clearly designed to get you to get stuck paying far more than you thought.
Everything came in a timely fashion and had everything in the box that I ordered. I am very pleased with the way it looks on my girlfriend and she always likes getting presents. I'll be buying from here again for sure!
Great customer service, and willing to work with you. I recently purchased an item that was too small, and they took back the item and gave me a code to buy a new one for free. Their clothes are always comfortable.

Love the site and most of the bras. They are constantly expanding their selection. Only a couple of suggestions for change. I would love an option for chatting with customer service. Also, I've bought quite a few sets and haven't qualified for the free 5th set. Wish they were a little clearer about what purchases go towards that total of 5. Still a great site though.

I wish i could write a proper review but since it has been 3 weeks going on 4 and i have yet to see any movement regarding my package or response back from customer service after my second time writing them... i'm going to have to say i'm not happy at all at this point.
I placed one order and was dissatisfied with the products. I never placed another order or received anything from them although they continued to charge my credit card 39.95 a month. Beware they will try to rip you off. I'm told they will refund me I'll wait and see. Better Business Bureau graded them F

I really enjoy the products I have ordered from Adore me and have recommended to so many people. Now that its a B corp it makes me feel even better about ordering from there. Keep it up - you all are awesome!
Adore me does not care about their customers. The customer service representatives are friendly this is strictly about their policies. Our first issue with them is every time we shipped sets to our daughter in Puerto Rico delayed a month to get them and the last time she didn't even receive them. They did issue a credit for that. We canceled and stopped buying. My husband just ordered me 2 sets. 1 set was right size the other set the bra was wrong. You are not allowed to return or exchange just the bra and if you return they charge you a restocking fee of $5.95. They have lost a customer for good. I will not be back. I need a company that not only has good products but cares about the customers instead of taking there money everywhere possible.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t use it they don’t care about the consumer only their money. If you return a set they charge you a restocking fee and if you want to only exchange 1 piece of the set you can’t. If you live in Puerto Rico you will wait a month or more.
Products used:
Only 1 set cause you have to send the bra and panty back if only 1 item of it don’t fit.

My order arrived almost two weeks late although I paid for expedited shipping. That fee should have been automatically credited back to my account once Adore Me notified me that the order would be late. Instead, I had to contact customer service multiple times and request the refund. Before my order arrived, I was notified that items that I purchased were no longer in stock. I was given a credit instead of being offered a refund. Both options should have been made available to me. Product selection is extremely limited. Most of the items I want are always out of stock.

I was so happy with this purchase. There was a review on this product where the woman described this as kind of a mesh biker-chick kind of style and that's actually what swayed me to get it. She was totally right! It's cute and makes me feel like a bad a**, with slightly bigger boobs ;). The push up is perfect and the bra and thong are comfy. And my boyfriend likes them too!

I've been trying to contact someone from customer service for the past week and no one will respond to any of my emails or messages. Your contact phone number is also a runaround. You can't get an actual person to answer the phone. USPS informed me that your company used a fraudulent shipping label and didn't send an actual parcel to my address. I've been using this service for a long time and for you all to completely ignore and blow off a loyal customer is ridiculous. I'm cancelling my account and letting everyone know what a scam this place really is.

This is the third order that has had a massive delay. I ordered items in June to take on a trip in July and they didn't show up. I got an email saying that shipping is delayed these days, blah, blah, blah. But all my other experiences with other companies is maybe a day or two longer but not WEEKS! I love these products but the wait time for the receipt of them is ridiculous

Ordered from adore me before and loved everything. Recently however, ordered May 19, mail lady came to my door today with my package and stated I needed to pay $70 customs! Never had this issue before. I paid $190 for the product Im not paying another $70. When I called I was told they were looking into it. I told her I refused the package and am sending it back. She said a refund will be issued in 3 weeks! I am beyond disappointed in this company. Never again. Myself, my mom, sisters and friends will never be customers again
Two new sets that I absolutely love, one for that fun daring side and one for the soft side.The fit is amazing and very comfortable, something you might think impossible because you are purchasing it over the internet not in-store. One thing is for sure my husband loves everything I have received so far and looks forward to that little brown "brown box".

The quality of their lingerie is pretty top notch. I'll give them that. But it's really not worth it to me for the horrible customer service experience I have every. Single. Time. I have to return something. The worst is the fact that if you try on something from the elite box and it's the wrong size or it doesn't look good on you, they charge you for it even if you send it back in perfect condition and tried it on in a sanitary fashion. This happened to me twice. What kind of company does that? A bad one. Save yourself the money and stress.

I have been very disappointed in this company. They have charged me multiple times for "damages" they claimed when I did not even try on the pieces they claimed were damaged. They've also said that pieces were missing from my return packages and later telling me they were wrong, while still charging me. Terrible customer service - would not recommend unless you want to be charged for ridiculous claims.

Terrible customer service. My order did not come with the matching panties. Tried emailing them. Basically said sorry, give us a call. Impossible to get thru to them, their line was always busy and has the most annoying song playing. Emailed them again to cancel my membership and I was not going to call them and oh my credit card number was changed. Never heard back from them or got my panties that I had paid for. Their lost because I would have been a great customer and bought a lot.
Interesting how the only time they are willing to supposedly work with me is when I post something on a website that they can't take down. My review of their product was never posted on their website. (Said I did like the lingerie, just that it never came with the panties and their customer service was crappy.) My emails to them were ignored. There are plenty of other places to buy lingerie.

I've ordered a total of four sets and have been very satisfied. I am really glad they carry my size (38H) and in more colors than just white, black, and beige. It is so convenient the undergarments are sold as sets, it's easy to get matching underwear. The lace designs are gorgeous and feel quality! The bras have great support and are comfortable. I believe they are a strong contender as one of the best bras brands.

If I could I would give 0 star! This company has been automatically charging me since last Sep WITHOUT any of my permission. I checked my credit card transaction. They took $519.34 out of my pocket already. I called many many times, but no one answered. My suggestion is to remove the phone service option since no one there. It is a waste of customer's time to call. I also emailed and have hear back still. TELL ME WHAT TO DO!

Package never came, it's a week late already! And they won't refund money... they said "it's out of our hands once it goes to USPS you need to call them and find out where the package I sand why it hasn't been delivered..." Really?!? USPS won't talk with me because I did not send the package so I don't have a claim with them, only the person/company who sent the package would. What a waste of my time trying to track the package and fix this. I just want a refund now!
