Adore Me's site makes me excited to shop. The models look actually happy and like they're having fun, allowing me to picture myself wearing these pieces (vs. Other sites catering too much to the male gaze so it throws me off). I appreciate all the fun designs, the basics are really comfortable and good quality, and the more intricate pieces feel great. The search/filter experience isn't the best, but no website really nails this. I was a bit thrown off on how to find underwear packs (vs. Individual pieces) but once I found them I was successful. So all around, all good!
Awful awful company. Signed me up without my clear approval for a 'VIP Membership' that was not reflected anywhere in my order confirmation, and started charging my credit card $40 a month without my knowledge. Products are cheap quality. Customer service was able To resolve and refund me, but it's very clearly designed to get you to get stuck paying far more than you thought.
I've been searching for a new line way before Victoria secret stopped selling my bra size, im finally home! The bra looked and felt amazingly comfortable, no pouring out! The underwear felt so light and fit so well. I cant wait for my next two sets you arrive!
It is so nice to have cute options for us bigger girls in the way of matching bra and underwear sets! Not something you can find in just any store and if you do, they are way overpriced. Adore Me is so reasonably priced, I absolutely love it!

The panties I bought were too big, but that's my fault because my mental image of myself hasn't caught up with my recent weight loss. I ordered XL's when I only need L's. I will reorder the same undies tho. They looked and felt great to the touch.
Really great. Huge selection of sizes. I've been recommending to all the ladies I know that struggle with finding the right size at the right price. At least for me, these bras consistently fit well and never fail to fit my pocket book. In my area, I can't buy just the bra in my size for what I get the whole set on this site. All returns are super easy and free. Love that. Just an all around great place to get what you need and feel beautiful wearing it without regrets.

After ordering two items and waiting a couple of weeks I was notified they were sold out. Instead of a refund I was given two separate credit codes that could not be used in the same order. With taxes, etc. the site made more money off of me.

I'm not sure what is going on with this brand, it could have just been the warehouse that the items came from but they smell like feces! We had to wash it immediately and take the package outside because it started to make our house stink. Buy somewhere else!

Its hard to shop on the website as it is clunky and even when you put in the sizes you want it still shows you them as options when they are out of stock. Also if you like something you never can tell if its part of the current sale or not. Just a pain to shop on.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!
It's been over a month since my purchase and I've yet to receive my order. Customer service told me to call back in a couple of days if the package had not arrived. Called again since the package did not arrive and they gave me the same canned response to wait longer (another week).
When asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, I was told they could not transfer my call.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. Customer service has had ample opportunity to resolve the issue, but has failed to do so.

I was a subscriber for a year, so I earned two free sets. The amount of the monthly purchases definitely covered my "free" items, and the items I purchased first are already worn out. Quality slightly less than what you'd find at Lane Bryant, but different enough to may sticking with it for a year worth the time and money.
Loved everything about this site when I found it. Quickly became a VIP member and have been since early this year. Packages have always been on time if not early. This experience has made me a VERY dissatisfied customer after customer service basically rushing me off the phone unwilling to help me. They claim that the package was transferred from UPS to USPS but there is no record of received package by USPS. When asked what to do, I was told that "if it is lost you can file a claim" So with that, I have sent 5 emails over the last week with absolutely NO response. Tried calling and was on hold for 30 minutes + with again, NO response. I understand there is a process, but actually knowing what that process is has been a nightmare. Trying to surprise my girlfriend was ruined when 11 days after ordering, still no word on its location on the 3-5 day shipping. 2 items as well, not refunded or replaced. Frustrated and feeling cheated.

Beware the cleaning fee! When you get the box they tell you to try on the clothes to make sure they fit and look good on your body. I returned two items from my first box and got charged a $40 cleaning fee because the items were "dirty/damaged". Apparently if you get a little deodorant or even a strand of hair from your head on the clothes, you get charged $20 for cleaning. I did email customer service and they refunded the fee but I have another box being returned right now and hope they don't charge me again.

Okay well I found this site through a friend and thought hey might as well try it first order was nice even though it didn't fit which was an extreme disappointment it tells you to order a size up from your normal size so i thought not to risk it order 2 sizes up but it fit like a medium i would say. So i thought hey I'll try order something else in a different size so i ordered 2 and paid 32$ more for express shipping which on their site says air next day delivery! Its been a week now and nothing I feel extremely ripped off, and their live chat is a joke! Seems like a computer! And i have no way to call their 1800 number! So all in all im going to cancel my vip member ship and never order again! I advise people never use this site EVER!

I've placed two orders with this company so far and both were severely delayed. I bought with enough time for it to arrive by Valentine's Day and it did not. My second order should've arrived by my birthday and it did not. I'm very disappointed because of the delays. Also I was given a $10 off coupon but when I tried to apply it with another coupon that I had it did not work. I feel like if I'm going to get a coupon for convenience then I should be able to use it however I please. I would never recommend this company to anyone because the delays are just too long and the coupon just seem like a switch and bait to buy more product. Instead of compensate for the inconvenience. I've ordered from multiple companies within the same time frame and had no delays so I know it has nothing to do with the mail system it's the company itself.

The colors were amazing and they feel so good on. Two of the sets are cut in a way that fits my body perfectly. The other one looks and feels good but the bra doesn't fit my breasts as well. I'm still very pleased.
They are absolutely awful. Sign you up without your knowledge to VIP membership where they will charge you $35.95 a month. I would have never realized it until I checked my credit card statement. Following that they make it an absolute nightmare to unsubscribe.
I absolutely love my swimsuits! I rated only 4 stars because the top was too small, and the process of returning the whole suit would require me to change the bottoms I chose since they were now sold out. Otherwise, I am very pleased.
