Adore Me's site makes me excited to shop. The models look actually happy and like they're having fun, allowing me to picture myself wearing these pieces (vs. Other sites catering too much to the male gaze so it throws me off). I appreciate all the fun designs, the basics are really comfortable and good quality, and the more intricate pieces feel great. The search/filter experience isn't the best, but no website really nails this. I was a bit thrown off on how to find underwear packs (vs. Individual pieces) but once I found them I was successful. So all around, all good!

Awful awful company. Signed me up without my clear approval for a 'VIP Membership' that was not reflected anywhere in my order confirmation, and started charging my credit card $40 a month without my knowledge. Products are cheap quality. Customer service was able To resolve and refund me, but it's very clearly designed to get you to get stuck paying far more than you thought.

My order was delayed and I paid the expedited price. Continued to get the run around thru tracking. Not to mention in part of the tracking the package made it to the main branch then went south east in which I live north west of the branch, I'm sure didn't help with the delay. Very displeased with the delivery, although the package I am pleased with as expected. Later looked at my bank account and was charged for something else I didn't do. That again was discouraging. Overall not too happy with the past couple of experiences.

The only thing I wish I could change is the fact that both pieces are size XL; an L top would have provided a little more support.

I absolutely love the service. However, I am finding that they only have one style that's rates a "OMG I LOVE IT". The rest, so far, have been rated a "yeah, it's ok" not bad, but, just ok... it makes me a little sad. Because the company's service is wonderful! I can let my subscription go for a while without ordering anything and when I need a new set I can go in and browse, pick the one I like, and hit the order button. It remembers my size. I just wish they would let you reorder right from you previous orders.

I really wanted to love adore me and I received a couple products that I really liked from them however it's not been without its issues. On one of my first orders I return some thing that I didn't like, and they claimed they never received it. So I was charged for the full set. The whole store credit thing is very confusing. One month I forgot to cancel my order and it said I would get a store credit, yet I have no idea how to access that. I am currently awaiting money back on another order that I placed and had some returns on. The member rewards is also confusing it's buy five get one free. I've definitely bought more than five sets and it says I've earned one free but I don't have any idea how to claim it. I just overall feel like their website is not user-friendly and things are not clear how to use store credit, return processing, etc.

Don't order from this site. I spent about $100 dollars and paid for priority shipping because I needed stuff for my trip. They're now telling me I will need to wait another week for delivery because of delays and cannot cancel because it already shipped. Such a scam. I order stuff with priority shipping all the time never have I had an order be delayed an entire week! Save your money

The suit fit well and is what was pictured. However, it's not meant for anyone that has breast larger than a B. As soon as you put it on everything fits perfectly except the chest area. It flattens you like a pancake and gives no support there for you no longer have the cleavage that makes this suit so desirable in the first place

Supposed to receive my first vip box on 5/10. Cancelled VIP on 5/19 because obviously you don't get what you're promised, when promised. They went ahead and sent the box on 5/20. And then I got an email stating that my VIP had been reinstated which I did not do. It's 6/5 and I still have no box. The tracking information they provided me is invalid. When I finally got a working tracking number it is still not out for delivery. I have a feeling If I don't get a new debit card, I will start seeing many unauthorized charges from adore me. Do not give them your payment information. They are not trustworthy.

I've been on and off with Adore me for a few years now. Shipping takes forever so I cancel. Now they started an elite box which they claim you get a box every month with selected bras, panties, lingerie etc. Keep what you like and return the rest. Easy enough. Except you don't get a box every month, you get a box a month after they charge your account. I got charged in October for my first box ( I kept everything) and haven't seen another box since. The date on my elite box keeps changing and is now set for January! Might as well just purchase what you want and forget any kind of membership because you will wait forever!

Placed an order on 6/6, showed shipped on 6/8. No movement since 6/12. Called yesterday and was told nothing could be done until 7 days with no update. Asked what happened s after 7 days and was told I would get a voucher for their website. Asked if new order would be expedited and told NO, normal shipping! By far the WORST customer service experience EVER! No concern about making things right for the customer!

Nice looking apparel but the fit has been all over the place. Some bras will fit fine and the next style is either too tight, too large, or just doesn't fit. Not as consistent as other brands. Trying to exchange can be cumbersome if not in AM's tight time window.

Their lingerie sizes are very inconsistent, resulting in many exchanges, which disqualifies from their headline deal of buy 5 get 1 free. But they don't tell you that up front.
Their customer service is the worst! They are hard to get a hold of and take forever to get back to you.
If you're looking for cheap lingerie, stick to Victoria Secret sales, they are way easier and have more options and better customer service.

An item from my order was missing upon delivery so I've been calling customer service and get nothing but an automated person who repeats the same options no matter which option you chose. I've also reached out and emailed customer service via their help email and have gotten no reply. So I'm disappointed and have been cheated out of an item as well as the money used to purchase the missing item.

I like their style and the quality of the products. However It's been a month since i ordered my third set and I haven't revived it yet. My second set also came in 20 days. Whenever i try to call them the line is busy. Because i live in Canada i know the shipping process takes time but a month is too long. I'll ask for a refund and cancel my vip membership as soon as possible.
