Adore Me's site makes me excited to shop. The models look actually happy and like they're having fun, allowing me to picture myself wearing these pieces (vs. Other sites catering too much to the male gaze so it throws me off). I appreciate all the fun designs, the basics are really comfortable and good quality, and the more intricate pieces feel great. The search/filter experience isn't the best, but no website really nails this. I was a bit thrown off on how to find underwear packs (vs. Individual pieces) but once I found them I was successful. So all around, all good!

Awful awful company. Signed me up without my clear approval for a 'VIP Membership' that was not reflected anywhere in my order confirmation, and started charging my credit card $40 a month without my knowledge. Products are cheap quality. Customer service was able To resolve and refund me, but it's very clearly designed to get you to get stuck paying far more than you thought.

I've ordered from them several times now and I am pleased with the quality of their products. They also have excellent customer service and fast shipping. Their packaging is awesome too. Even when i've had issues with the post office disposing my package from them, they were very understanding and accommodating. 100% recommend!

Placed an order and almost a month later I still haven't received it. Contacted adore me and the only response I get is oh sorry but we can't track it. So what now? No refund, no clothes. This is a scam and they will steal your money. Go to the mall and leave with what you buy. If I received my order but didn't pay them for a month I'm sure they would have a problem with that. This is BS

I would like to inform you that our warehouse is located in New Jersey, and orders to Canada typically take 7-10 business days without factoring in time spent at customs. Unfortunately, we can not account for the time spent going through the international customs and border services. Canada's border is especially strict, and has been known to hold packages for up to five days). Our Canadian customers usually receive their order in two weeks; however, the delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.

I ordered from Adore Me as a fun gift. BIG MISTAKE. As usual, once the product arrived and I decided to keep, I washed and dried prior to initial wear.

I wore the pj set to bed in my NEW sheets and woke up the next day only to find black stains ALL OVER. The black PJs STAINED MY SHEETS. I cannot get the stains out.

I contacted Adore Me and included pictures of the damages. Instead of refunding my purchase, as requested, they offered me a voucher!?! They also said they, "cannot offer compensation" for the sheets ruined by their product.

The product is cheap, obviously, but I expected much better customer service. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I was being charged every month to be a "member" and was completely unaware. Apparently it's some fine print sh*t that they don't make you aware of so they can rip you off every month. Don't use this site unless you know it. Worst experience ever and it's not even good quality $#*!.

I like their style and the quality of the products. However It's been a month since i ordered my third set and I haven't revived it yet. My second set also came in 20 days. Whenever i try to call them the line is busy. Because i live in Canada i know the shipping process takes time but a month is too long. I'll ask for a refund and cancel my vip membership as soon as possible.

I have just received my order of four sets. They are all beautiful and fit perfectly, except for one bra, that is a bit too large in the band. I'm going to exchange it asap and I hope the process will be as smooth as my last exchange. I'm very excited and I can't wait to wear everything. I'm looking forward to July, as I know they always have new products coming in at the beginning of the month.

They never deliver anywhere around when they say. Since they didn't deliver when they said, I told them not to ship it because I was leaving town and they did anyways. I was told I'd get a 10.00 credit and never did. Ordered three more items and it's been 10 days, still not delivered! I'm going to ship every piece back and dispute charges with my credit card company. Don't advertise dates that you can't follow through on! Customer service acts like they can't do anything other than wait and see approach. Oh, and zipper broke on one corset and strings broke on another corset, only wore them a couple times.

It's really disappointing to see the same lingerie all year long, with each passing year. There are so many new regular size lingerie - teddies, etc - why not have the same options available in plus size? I can filter my size and it says 76 styles but they are all duplicates, different colors. And literally the same ones for years. It's sad.

The sizes are a bit off, I think. And it depends on the style bra you get. I got three today (all the same size) and one of them was clearly too small cup-wise. The other two were exchanges because i originally ordered a cup size too big. Exchanging is fairly easy but you can only use the exchange codes one at a time (if you exchange two items you get an exchange code to use at checkout but you can only use one exchange code at a time). Shipping times are ok but the tracking is annoying. For days it just tells you that a delivery date will be provided shortly. Not sure how comfortable the bras are because I have been waiting all this time to get the size right and for them to be delivered.

They said my item would be delivered 2/2/22 today is 2/15/22 the item still has not shipped. They will not respond with information just generic emails that the item has shipped and how it is the shipping companies fault. Which is not true. They only created a shipping label the items have never been given to a shipping Company. It's been 3 weeks from day I ordered and the item still hasn't shipped. Horrible company. Can't even get a refund from them or a replacement.

Every product Ive gotten from Adore Me is so well made and high quality and everything fits true to size. The underwear to one of the sets I got puckered forward at the front a little bit, but I think its just because its thin fabric with a lot of elastic straps, so there wasnt a ton of structure to the front section. I still love it nonetheless!

I have gotten a lot of lingerie over my marriage but this is one of the best quality yet with a price amazed me! I mean go to any VS and just one piece is at least $40. But a set for under $25, yes please. Now I can update my lingerie more often and keep him guessing.

Many of the pieces were of very flimsy quality and absolutely not worth the price. It was not apparent to me when ordering that EACH item required a stocking fee to return. I never would have purchased multiple sizes/styles to try knowing that. It is hard to tell how these pieces will fit and I wanted a few options to see what worked best. Very disappointed, would not order again.

I will keep my subscription to Adore Me because I thought the product selection was wide enough for someone like me with a varying style. I thought the site was shopper friendly, but I still do not like the auto draft from the account every month with no text alert. The sizes were great and I loved my sets. The fact that it showed up in a box was so great! The items were safe and sound in there.
