Adore Me's site makes me excited to shop. The models look actually happy and like they're having fun, allowing me to picture myself wearing these pieces (vs. Other sites catering too much to the male gaze so it throws me off). I appreciate all the fun designs, the basics are really comfortable and good quality, and the more intricate pieces feel great. The search/filter experience isn't the best, but no website really nails this. I was a bit thrown off on how to find underwear packs (vs. Individual pieces) but once I found them I was successful. So all around, all good!
Awful awful company. Signed me up without my clear approval for a 'VIP Membership' that was not reflected anywhere in my order confirmation, and started charging my credit card $40 a month without my knowledge. Products are cheap quality. Customer service was able To resolve and refund me, but it's very clearly designed to get you to get stuck paying far more than you thought.
I tried this subscription for a few months and found some fun options for special occasions. I liked that they gave option to choose basic idea of what you receive. I also liked receiving some items out of my usual comfort zone. Most items quality was just ok and likely wear just a couple of times. Craftsman ship is not consistent and things didn't fit same. Small in one box may need to be med in another. Fun wore off as it is some work to remember to check order, keep up with emails and run boxes back to post office but it was fun treat for a while.

I am a plus size woman. They are so realistic with the sizes understanding that each body part is different sizes instead of being one size all over. These items hold "all of me" in them. I also have a lot of self confidence wearing these items. It's so worth it!
I kept seeing the adds and finally downloaded the app. I looked and looked for a couple of weeks at the items. I finally decided to order one of the boxes and try items on before 100% committing and it was the best decision I ever made.
They fit my body style and structure 1000 times better than Victoria Secret.
I've been an Adore Me VIP member for a very long time. As a mom we don't often do things for ourselves. I look forward to opening my email and seeing my showroom. Once a month I get a gift for myself. The sleep wear is always comfortable and soft. The fit is spot on and it feels nice to have a little something that's just mine.

Any large cup girlies know how hard it is to find a bra size that fits consistently. Adore Me's bras all fit nearly identical and obviously have the cutest designs and colors. I will never shop anywhere else or go back to granny-pantie status in my lingerie.
The patterns and colors for larger cup women really drew me in. I really appreciate seeing two ranges of models, petite and curvy. It really helps me envision how it might look on me.
The style, the design, the inclusive range of sizes! Absolutely amazing
Bras are more for lingerie instead of support, if worn for more than an hr or two it starts becoming very uncomfortable

I had a hard time finding bras in my breast size. Walmart just doesn't carry anything larger than a 40 DD, I'm 34 DDD. Adore Me has what I need.

Adoreme has a great collection and variety of clothes. Love their Bras and panties. Some have delicate stitching and choice fabric patterns. Their slips are unique with lace and special fabric.

The fit wasn't exactly good for my measurements. I followed their sizing and purchased accordingly, and it felt a little off.
Also, recently, the company randomly charged me for a monthly membership and I never consented to or signed up for that. Felt awful to know that they just used my credit card from a one time purchase for this mistake.
It’s okay. At least I was able to talk to someone so I give them that. Many of these lingerie company don’t offer this.
I chose Adore Me, not Victoria Secret. Recently found out they sold to VS and stopped purchasing.
I chose for style but fit was off unfortunately.
Don't bother asking for a refund!
I paid for a $300 order and put in my payment information unfortunately it took it out of my Apple Pay with the wrong card. The moment I did that I called for a refund and wanted to pay with a different card. The representative that spoke too said that they could not refund but I could return the items and they would refund my account. I explained that I didn't want to return but simply pay with the card that I entered. After speaking with two other people I was instructed to call my bank and do a stop payment. I did that on the same day. Bank did a spot payment and I had ten days to show them that it was paid with a different card or they would charge my bank again. I emailed back to adore me and now I always being told that they could still not take a payment from a new card because purchase was paid and again was told to simple return the items. These items were now used and could not be returned. The simple solution was to take a payment using a new card! They could not do that. I asked to speak with someone higher up this was done. The result was that I got the items for free. I explain that this is not what I wanted but to simple pay for the items. I thank them for the kind gesture and assumed this was now over. When I went to show the bank the back up that I had they still went ahead and changed my card to my account. Since this is now a waived fee Adore Me would now have to refund my account. I sent all that information from the bank to adore me showing that they reapplied my charges back to my account and I have yet to hear from Adore Me. Now this account has cause me to be overdraft as I was trying to avoid that from happening. Again my fault for not double checking payment card but I was still trying to pay with a different card in the same day. So now I am out the $300 and overdraft fees with no one calling or emailing me back… so if you expecting a refund save your breath they dont work with you at all and the only refund they will give you is if you return your used items! Makes no sense to me! In going issue since June 25,2024

I would like to see more dresses, tank tops and short sets. I keep getting way to big clothing even after I have verified my size. Also! I have received already opened bags and the items are 2x's than my size.
They took and take care of my issues in a timely manner. They are very understanding.
The first few boxes-I liked the items and quality.

I have ordered multiple items of the same size, but the fit is inconsistent, with some being signatifanctly too small even though others of the same size fit and I never know if what I am ordering will fit or not.

I've lost count to how many orders I have made from Adore Me, but have been FULLY SATISFIED with each and every one of them!

Quality in the product as well as making me feel sexy again
I wanted to love these bras. Of the three, two have lost their underwire through the side. The exchange process was also complicated and cumbersome.
I was helped with my exchange but later communication wasn’t responded to.
