Adore Me's site makes me excited to shop. The models look actually happy and like they're having fun, allowing me to picture myself wearing these pieces (vs. Other sites catering too much to the male gaze so it throws me off). I appreciate all the fun designs, the basics are really comfortable and good quality, and the more intricate pieces feel great. The search/filter experience isn't the best, but no website really nails this. I was a bit thrown off on how to find underwear packs (vs. Individual pieces) but once I found them I was successful. So all around, all good!
Awful awful company. Signed me up without my clear approval for a 'VIP Membership' that was not reflected anywhere in my order confirmation, and started charging my credit card $40 a month without my knowledge. Products are cheap quality. Customer service was able To resolve and refund me, but it's very clearly designed to get you to get stuck paying far more than you thought.
Love this set but they changed Ox to XL and it just sits low under the belly in front other then that a it's beautiful

AM is a great company which has a lot to choose from. The online ordering is easy to use and the customer service is excellent. Any question I had was quickly answered by a customer service representative. We love AM.
We had a question about a certain garment, but everything was resolved; great customer service/support.
We wanted to try something different and AM did not let us down.
Items were “sexy” and not at all expensive like other companies. Everything was true to size.
It's fun getting the box, seeing all of the different colors, items, seeing what it looks like on.
Some items are well made and some show considerable after wearing a few times! Also, sizing is variable on each item.
Ease of shopping.
In the past year or so I have bought numerous items from Adore me. I've been surprised at how comfortable these garments are, while being sexy and beautiful. I always get my packages in the time given and often they arrive early. I also like that they remind you in the days leading up to the "shop or skip" days, so I have time to skip the month, if I choose to do that.
I started looking at the website, at the beautiful lingerie. I didn’t buy right away because I thought $40-$50 was too expensive for a bra and panties. But they were so beautiful! And then I realized that the price wasn’t so expensive, especially for the quality. I started out by buying something on sale. When I got it, I realized that it was a high quality and comfortable item. And it fit me perfectly!
I chose the products, and continue choosing products that are beautiful and that will fit under various items of clothing. Like, I’ve started buying bras that will work with T-shirts. I choose what grabs me.
I ordered one nightie and I loved it. I kept going back and looking at all the wonderful négligées, but I didn't understand how the subscriptions worked. Finally, I just started buying things and now I think I'm addicted. I love wearing the sexy undergarments. They're remarkably comfortable and they make me feel good. Sometimes we need to just splurge and treat ourselves to things that make us feel good. Adore me offers just the right kinds of things for that.

AdoreMe runs a scam where people who purchase their products are automatically enrolled into a subscription program and charged $40 each month. You can't get your money back, and the way they get you to agree to the scam is by hiding it in the small print. It's unethical and ridiculous to scam money out of your customers. I'm never ever going back.

I am very disappointed with the treatment I've received with my last interaction and will never shop with y'all again. I've had shipping issues in the past did not receive one of my subscription boxes one month. I had an email confirmation that I would not be charged for that box. When I decided to give y'all another chance and ordered something nearly a year later all of a sudden I got charged for all items in that box. Absolutely disgusting! Now I am out over $200 for items I told you I did not receive. I am absolutely done with your service.
The last time I tried to resolve an issue I got no response. I have email proof that I would not get charged for something and you charged me for it anyway.
I wanted some new under garments.
They looked cute…at least the ones I actually received.
Wrong sizes, like x-large and I am a small-med. Padded bra's. I only do unpadded.

The deal was absolutely awesome. Was a little bummed that the sizes I ordered fit, albeit a bit tight and that I couldn't exchange them. I ordered the size I usually do. Products were still awesome!

The items I have purchased from AM are all such high quality & they are all beautiful & fit well. I read the reviews on the items & they were very clear on the material & fit & helped me to order the correct sizes. I've consequently ordered more of the same items in different colors!
Beautiful items advertised that I knew I’d like. The website was very easy to search & navigate.
Items I needed or wanted that were in various different colors & sizes. The online reviews helped tremendously in choosing the sizes that would fit.
The company used to be great but now the shipping is garbage, the customer service is awful, and the items have diminished significantly in quality. And now every comfy item (like joggers and pajamas) have a fee called "comfort lane." Pretty obnoxious to charge for the item as well as a fee. They're going to lose a lot of customers with this.

For something sold as an Elite experience the quality of the items sent was disappointing. It seemed as thought most of the items were returns or clearance level garments. It also seemed to make no difference for me to make my preferences known because the items sent didn't reflect those preferences. There are lots of nice items on the Adore ME website but none of those made to me.

This is the only place I get my bra and panties from, they fit every time I order I've never had an issue, I love the designs the fabric everything they last so long I still have some of my original bras and I've been shopping here I want to say 3 years going on four? Love it

My last order with Adore me, I received a bra that I did not order (and was way too small for me) instead of a pair of pants that I ordered. When I emailed adore me they told me to send the bra back and that I wouldn't get the credit until I did that. I don't have a lot of extra time and money to send something that I didn't even order back to the company. Plus, I still never received my pants or a credit for the amount of the pants that I never received.
I was told to send back the item that was accidentally sent to me. But I never received the product that I ordered and I didn’t get a refund either.
I loved the styles and the extra sizes that I need.
