Adore Me's site makes me excited to shop. The models look actually happy and like they're having fun, allowing me to picture myself wearing these pieces (vs. Other sites catering too much to the male gaze so it throws me off). I appreciate all the fun designs, the basics are really comfortable and good quality, and the more intricate pieces feel great. The search/filter experience isn't the best, but no website really nails this. I was a bit thrown off on how to find underwear packs (vs. Individual pieces) but once I found them I was successful. So all around, all good!
Awful awful company. Signed me up without my clear approval for a 'VIP Membership' that was not reflected anywhere in my order confirmation, and started charging my credit card $40 a month without my knowledge. Products are cheap quality. Customer service was able To resolve and refund me, but it's very clearly designed to get you to get stuck paying far more than you thought.
I love how these bras fit and hold. Just what I was looking for. I was a VS fan, but I just changed my mind.
When looking at the pictures, I just knew these bras were a great fit.
Because I needed to update my bras.
I'm not sure how I was registered to program.
"Store credit " where they were charging my credit card a monthly amount. With out my permission and calling it ( Store credit).
I made a purchase on the site, right about the same time that I found a medication that helped me with a health condition Id been battling, which caused some weight to fall off. While that was happeing, it did take awhile for the order to arrive. When it did, i found that of the three sets i had purchased, when i tried everything on, the bottoms were fine, but the brassiers were all larger than i needed. When i attempted to exchange them for the corrected sizes, i was informed that i couldn't, because i couldn't return the bottoms in an unworn state. Also, the bras dig under your arms, and scratch quite a bit. They're rather poorly constructed.

The site displays the items beautifully, so i made the purchase, hoping that the inclusive sizes would be suitable
They aesthetic and shape would have suited my body type if the fit were correct

I enjoy the products- I like to buy when I want to buy. I don't like being oversold or being required to buy a product each month.

They looked beautiful
Products when they arrived were uncomfortable and sooo stabby. A package was lost and never arrived but marked delivered and I had to fight to get an answer other than "well it says delivered maybe use a different address". Like geez thanks. It might be cute but it definitely was not worth it. Overhyped like VS.
Customer service was rude and difficult to deal with. When my package was lost in the mail they at first would only say "check with neighbors" "well it says delivered" and "next time use a different address". After some back and forth they did give a credit code to be used to order the same product. Which ironically when it did arrive the second time it was my least favorite bra I have ever worn. Should have been a sign.
They carried my size which is difficult to find
They were cute and available in my size (32H) which can be difficult to find.

I have been a vip for years. I have tried several different styles and none of them have lasted more than one or two washes. I wanted to keep trying but it's a waste at this point.
An abundance of advertising and the variety
They fit my needs at the time
Whenever I'd see an ad for Adore Me I could never find the piece, that took me to the site. The pieces are cheap and not easy to return. They fall apart easily.
Many times I attempted returns, they only worked twice, and took forever both times, only offering store credit instead of a direct refund.
I wanted cute comfortable clothing and underwear. My spouse apparently found the two pieces that were comfortable and fit well, and then every piece I tried to get on my own was poorly made and fit terribly despite taking measurement and ordering the corresponding size.
Seemed like they were cute and might work. Never did.

The only thing I do t like is when you 2 for1 sales. The same induct is sent. It should be a different color or item

We have been a Adore Me customer for several years. We like the return policy and associated customer service. The products are affordable but still well made.
Bras are not very supportive and the quality is just not there. I didn't know why they can't include some high waisted undies with their sets. I always just end up throwing away the panties

After utilizing the subscription membership for over three years, I can tell you that the quality has gone down significantly, this company literally releases the same product every month and just a different pattern and we're supposed to get excited about it. Although I love the fit I'm bored and have closets full of the same lingerie in different colors.
Unfortunately, I have had repeated Customer Service issues with this company specifically that they advertise three piece sets you purchase it and sometimes you don't get the third piece. I say sometimes because half of the time I get all three pieces and half of the time I don't. Every time I contact Customer Service and show them that it's a three-piece set. They tell me I'm wrong and refuse to refund return or send the missing piece. Every single time.
The last time I contacted Customer Service to let them know that they forgot to send me a piece. They showed me how to cancel my membership. That's how much this company cares about their longtime customers that when you contact them to let them know that they didn't send you something, they tell you how to cancel.
Also, these free gifts are complete trash. No I don't need a lemon covered fanny pack. No I don't need a hard plastic picnic blanket. That's all of 3 feet long. I know I don't need the exact same products every year at the same time. I don't need this free gift because I got it last year and the year before and it's not even a different pattern.
As I mentioned before, I was not given all three pieces of a three-piece set and when I contacted customer service, they proceeded to tell me I was wrong. That the picture showing the three-piece set was wrong and that the description that literally says this is a three-piece set and you will get all three pieces was wrong. I was then told if I had a problem with it that I could cancel and they proceeded to show me how to cancel.

Because I didn’t have a choice. Because if I chose not to purchase, I’m gonna be charged $40. So I may as well make the purchase unhappily.

I don't always keep something from my box but I absolutely love the convenience of it coming to my door. I love being able to try it on and see what I like on my body and what I don't.

I pick things I like on me or they are cute and comfy.
I have been very happy with all my products and especially the credit each month. I have invited friends to start ordering as well. The size kinda fluctuates depending on the style of the product. But for the most part everything is excellent!
Looking for more variety in my intimate apparel
To feel and be more sexy in my lingerie.
1st order got lost and needed resent. They couldn't explain why it showed in tracking going back and forth across the country. Having said that, since deliveries are tracked pretty accurately and the products are very nice and great selection.
It all worked out but pretty vague responses.
As a Christmas/Birthday present for my wife and she's very pleased with how she can modify her selections for the monthy elite box, and I appreciate how she can return items she doesn't want no charge.

I wanted to like Adore me but I have spent hundreds of dollars and hardly wear any of it now. I've tried different sizes and it just doesn't fit great nor is it comfortable. Also, I noticed that items look worn out very quickly. They do have a great return policy and monthly subscription is easy to pause or skip. Just wasn't worth it.

I like the variety in my Elite box! It allows me to try things that I would not normally try myself. My frustration was with bra sizing. I used the measuring chart on the website with poor fit. I had to exchange. I feel as I order more, I will know my size for this brand.

Misleads you into subscribing then makes it impossible cancel. Representatives kept telling me I didn't have an account. I had to threaten legal action for them to magically find my account.

Got them for a vacation over Pride weekend. Set was comfortable and the robe made me feel so sexy.

The robe grabbed my eye. Dose feels little short, but that’s my long mid section. The bonus was the matching Bra Panty set. Vaba boom!
