Adore Me's site makes me excited to shop. The models look actually happy and like they're having fun, allowing me to picture myself wearing these pieces (vs. Other sites catering too much to the male gaze so it throws me off). I appreciate all the fun designs, the basics are really comfortable and good quality, and the more intricate pieces feel great. The search/filter experience isn't the best, but no website really nails this. I was a bit thrown off on how to find underwear packs (vs. Individual pieces) but once I found them I was successful. So all around, all good!
Awful awful company. Signed me up without my clear approval for a 'VIP Membership' that was not reflected anywhere in my order confirmation, and started charging my credit card $40 a month without my knowledge. Products are cheap quality. Customer service was able To resolve and refund me, but it's very clearly designed to get you to get stuck paying far more than you thought.
The one piece swimsuit I bought ran small even though I checked measurements and the second swimsuit didn't fit right. I wanted to return it but I never heard back from the company when I contacted them
They never responded to me about my return

Sizing is difficult at times the carts don't seem to be what matched other sites.

… honestly i could deal with the loose stitches in some of the items, especially for the price of a cute set. But about every 3 months or so i would get a $200+ charge from adore me because i "didn't return my items" but one phone call later they would tell me i did return my items and my money would be back in my account. To be fair, i did always get my money back. But i cant afford to just have $200 or more taken out randomly and hope the charge is reversed before my bills autopay. I still wear my items, and if i didn't have to worry about my money being taken, i would still be subscribed to the elite box.

I subscribed to adore me elite boxes with the promise I'd only pay 20 bucks,but of course in the fine print theh tell ypu they charge for each individual item you keep, I ended up overdrafted 222 dollars, nice stuff overpriced

Often feels like anything in my size is thrown into a box. There needs to be a "don't ever send me this" option— I've gotten the cheap-feeling satin robe at least twice and I hate them… got knit boxer shorts last month, not something I have indicated any interest in. My color preferences are blues and greens, and I often get a whole box of mainly black.
Boxes are often late, a couple were lost and replaced. Customer service got the situation fixed, but I wasn’t really sure it was going to happen when I got off the phone because explanations weren’t very clear.
Wanted to up my lingerie game

They have great products and wonderful sales but their shipping needs kicked in the rear end last few orders have been late leaving the warehouse so makes delivery late like a week or so late

I've always hated the classic underwire bra. They were always too uncomfortable for all day wear. I have fallen ASLEEP in bras from this company! And so SO CUTE
Prices advertised are false. I called customer service and was basically told that despite the screenshots and emails I received, I had to pay a MUCH higher price and no explanation was provided, outside of "the sale/discount is based on your account'.
Customer Service was a joke. I was offered no explanation, and pretty much told that there was nothing that could be done. Long story short, I received an email and the website quoted one price. When I went to check out, the price was more than double. The “customer service agent quote, said that, the discount I received via email and on the website was based on account activity. They still would not offer the discount that I received via email and on the website.

Mostly good. Some items are too small, some are too big, nothing washes well.
I received a damaged item and the customer service representative was very helpful and it was an easy fix.
I was looking for matching bras and underwear that was more fun than basic.

I have trouble getting a free set. Extra purchases dont seem to count.
I did reach out. They explained why - how program works. It is only for full price on tour monthly.
I did edit my earlier review. I gave an additional star.
