Adore Me's site makes me excited to shop. The models look actually happy and like they're having fun, allowing me to picture myself wearing these pieces (vs. Other sites catering too much to the male gaze so it throws me off). I appreciate all the fun designs, the basics are really comfortable and good quality, and the more intricate pieces feel great. The search/filter experience isn't the best, but no website really nails this. I was a bit thrown off on how to find underwear packs (vs. Individual pieces) but once I found them I was successful. So all around, all good!
Awful awful company. Signed me up without my clear approval for a 'VIP Membership' that was not reflected anywhere in my order confirmation, and started charging my credit card $40 a month without my knowledge. Products are cheap quality. Customer service was able To resolve and refund me, but it's very clearly designed to get you to get stuck paying far more than you thought.
I signed up for the monthly adore me deal but things didn't fit right so I tried returning them but never got anything back for my returns.
I’d give zero stars if I could. I NEVER heard back from adore me. I was ripped off bc I paid for nothings.
I made a purchase a while ago, and now that they have my credit card information, they keep withdrawing money every month as part of their VIP program (Which I did not sign up for). And there is no way to cancel this. It's so annoying and I'm so upset that a company would handle my personal information like this. Stay away from this company

I find the Adore Me website easy to navigate, the information and pictures of the products are very helpful and the reviews very useful. I have only had to return one product for exchange, and the process was straightforward, easy and quick. I did once have a problem getting a promotional discount to work on the website, but a call to Adore Me was handled quickly and efficiently.

I once had a problem with a promotional code, not being recognized on the website. I called and a very confident and professional representative fix the problem very quickly. The friendliness and competency of the representative was excellent.
Recently, I ordered a product that did not fit and the return process was quick and easy.
Adore Me is the go to company for buying special gifts for my wife. The variety of products carried by Adore Me include many items that match my wife’s taste in lingerie. The products I have purchased have always been high-quality extremely beautiful, the pricing is reasonable and the many promotions are very helpful.
My wife and I both have been very happy with every purchase.
The products I choose fit my wife’s style, are made with good quality materials, the craftsmanship is good quality and of course they are very beautiful.
I was charged 3 different times for all the items in the box, which is usually $200+, because they didn't get the box back in time. Every time I returned the box to my post office within the 7 day period for trying on. Every time they charged me it was for a box that was a few months ago. Why don't they notify the customers sooner that they didn't receive the box? I don't know, maybe they just want to try charging people for old boxes to get more money. Either way, I have had to cancel my subscription to this site because of the terrible return policies. I have attached the response I get everytime I complain about this happening

Returned an unopened box well within the return window and they lied and claimed I didn't. Charged me over 300 dollars for a product I don't have THREE MONTHS after I returned it. Customer service refuses to help. They say it's against their policy to refund me. Currently reporting them to the authorities. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

We love the products and have been very satisfied over the years. The problem is their shipping. Our order last December took over a month to arrive. This year I chose Express shipping to prevent this. We are now on the final day of the delivery window and the product has not been shipped, and no one can give me any idea of when it will.
The items received didn't really match the product pictures as the items were lower quality. Also very ill fitting. It was a waste

I've worn Adore Me for a couple of years, so I can honestly say the products are fantastic. From lingerie to swim to loungewear, I've worn it all.
However, this is the second time my order has been lost in the mail, which I realize is not the company's fault. Last time, customer service was through the roof with refunds and quick fixes to make up for it. We're still within the margin of 'maybe it'll still get here' with this last order, but I have no reason to believe the customer service will be any different this time if my order doesn't arrive.
Anyway, mostly satisfied for this reason, the shipping service seems to have more issues than any company I consistently buy from.
Otherwise, A++++ on every level.
The first time I tried a bra from AM, it fit perfect. I've lost a LOT of weight over the last year, and even as I downsize, they continue to fit perfectly.

I had been waiting for my order for 2 weeks so I called customer service to ask where my order is. They told me it had been cancelled which was new to me, especially since they still charged me. I contacted customer service to ask where my refund was. It took a while but they did eventually refund me. I am still disappointed in the situation of cancelling my order and having to call customer service to get a refund.

Bottom line is I was looking for something similar to a chemise/babydoll I already have. I bought the closest looking items that I thought might work, they don't look good on me at all. So I'm pretty disappointed and probably won't buy again. It's not exactly the website's fault, but it shows the limitations of guessing how things will look on you. And another thing is that they didn't have the colors I was looking for (a vibrant red).

They were a little loose in the breast area. I wear a DDD. I did not like the fit. They are very sexy in the pictures and just ok in person. The material is cheap.

I contacted them multiple times, and although all of their customer service reps were friendly, there was no helpful follow up action. I find it ridiculous that a multimillion dollar company feels the need to scam a customer out of $85. For a brand that touts "easy returns" on its website, this whole thing has been a nightmare, and although the items I kept are decent, what customer wants to buy an undergarment with no option for an easy return...?) 0/10 will not be shopping from this crappy company ever again, and will be forever advising my friends to steer clear as well. Save yourself the hassle, the time, and the money, and shop at a brand that's actually worthwhile.

Ordered a set for valentines day with express shipping. It has been FIVE days, and my order still hasn't left their warehouse. Could have spent my money elsewhere on something nicer. Although they have a wide selection and good deals, they do not care to provide the same service when you use promo codes, I guess.
Will not give them my money ever again.

I've tried the VIP thing twice with this company, and I never will again. This last time one of the pieces did not fit me, it seems they cater more to certain sizes than others, and their product just didn't fit me right. So I followed all return instructions and sent the set back. I don't receive any confirmation that my return has been processed for over 2 months, and then I get an email saying I was charged $20 for damaged product?! No photo evidence, and the piece was brand new when I sent it back. I had tried it on once. What kind of a scam are they running? Customer service was no help, so I guess I'll have to eat the twenty bucks but please don't put your money into this company people.

I've ordered from this site about 5 times now. Shipping always takes between two and three weeks. By the time you get your order it isn't even fun anymore because you're just so mad from waiting. The company will always send an email apologizing for the delay but nothing is ever don't to fix anything. I will be moving on to a different company which is a shame because the products are decent.

I love everything I've ever purchased from Adore me. I do find that the bras run big. However, the shipping, which used to be quick, is awful. It took 5 days for my order just to process. Then it took another 2 days to get tracking information. Now, it's saying that my package hasn't been received by UPS yet. This was for an important occasion. If there are shipping delays, the prices should be lowered and customers should get a warning before placing their orders.

I've been waiting two months for my package. I got no word on shipping information for a month and a half and then it declared itself as shipped but has been sitting at the Jamaica ny airport for three weeks and hasn't moved. No one will help me or get back to me but they send me multiple emails a day on all this new and "wonderful" product I should buy. Ya right. I'll never give them another cent

They have a $6 restocking fee PER item PLUS membership fees. Ridiculous. They make it sound like it is so easy to shop, find your size, and then hit you with all the fees when you actually need help. I hate companies like this. Not transparent enough.

After making a return I saw $20 was charged to my credit card a week later. I contacted customer service to ask what this was about and they responded saying that I returned both the top and bottom of a matching set I had bought dirty. This is ridiculous because basically all I did was place the bra against my chest and felt that the cups were too small (inconsistent sizing seems to be another problem with this brand, as the other bra I purchased in the same size fit fine). Of course I didn't even bother opening the panties once I knew the bra didn't fit. I'm really disappointed with this brand and recommend that you don't purchase anything from them.
