Adore Me's site makes me excited to shop. The models look actually happy and like they're having fun, allowing me to picture myself wearing these pieces (vs. Other sites catering too much to the male gaze so it throws me off). I appreciate all the fun designs, the basics are really comfortable and good quality, and the more intricate pieces feel great. The search/filter experience isn't the best, but no website really nails this. I was a bit thrown off on how to find underwear packs (vs. Individual pieces) but once I found them I was successful. So all around, all good!
Awful awful company. Signed me up without my clear approval for a 'VIP Membership' that was not reflected anywhere in my order confirmation, and started charging my credit card $40 a month without my knowledge. Products are cheap quality. Customer service was able To resolve and refund me, but it's very clearly designed to get you to get stuck paying far more than you thought.
My package said delivered but was no where to be found. I waited a couple of days just in case and then contacted customer service they were polite fast and gave me back my store credit. Absolutely appreciated that as I had waited a while to be able to get myself these treats!
My order - a bathing suit - took a week to even ship and then was lost in transit for two more weeks - no updates at all on tracking. When I reached out to customer service to figure out what was going on, I was initially told I'd be refunded, only to get another email from the customer service rep a few days later saying she actually won't be refunding me yet, I needed to wait. My order finally showed up 3.5 weeks after I placed it. I no longer need it, having given up on it ever arriving and purchasing from elsewhere, but of course now if I want to return it I have to pay for return shipping.

Know that it could take almost a month to receive your order.
One of the items I bought far surpassed the quality I expected. The corset was slightly less than I'd hoped, but still, for the overall price (with discounts!) it was worth the money and has already been put to use.
I really didn't expect the items to arrive in as splendid condition as they did- if one is seeking a budget option for lovely lingerie, this is the place.

Save yourself the time and money. There are a lot of cute products. However some don't last as they should. I bought a really cute pajama set and the seam on the pajama bottoms split. I reached out and all seemed to be good. I was given a code to apply to my next purchase so I could replace them. I've tried repeatedly for the past 7 months to use the code. There is always an excuse as to why I can't redeem the code. The most common is it can't be combined with other offers. There is almost always a sale (and yes that counts). If you really want to get an idea of the complaints go to the Better Business Bureau site. Definitely don't fall for their membership scam!

The products themselves are good. Cute stuff, they definitely listen to what you like/don't like, though I didn't like the last box I got. The real issue, and why I will never shop here again, is because TWICE they have charged me for not sending in my subscription box (which is not true, I have proof of shipping the box back) each time taking $250 out of my bank account without even so much as a warning! When I called to see why I received the email saying my box was returned but did not have any items they said that the warehouse just didn't receive my box? So they charge me even though they have proof that I shipped my items back. If this happens once, okay whatever. But twice is just ridiculous and I'll never use this company again and will not be suggesting it to any friends. I will say they were quick to remedy the money issue but it doesn't make up for the root issue of them not managing their items well.
I've ordered several swimsuits online in the past and they NEVER fit right. Usually the top fits and the bottoms are way off. So to be honest, I was expecting the same because I have a hard time finding bottoms that flatter my bum. Surprisingly, they fit PERFECT. My bum looks awesome ha! The sides of the bottoms don't hug my hips giving me muffin top. Overall, so happy with this swimsuit. I plan on buying more for sure!

THE WORST customer service!
Placed my order on Dec 4 with 5 day delivery at the LONGEST expected date. Here we are 16 days later and still cannot get anyone to communicate with me via email or socials as to when to expect my order. Port customer service. Over promising and under delivering. Dissatisfied. I also politely tried to solve this without having to give bad reviews- and still no answers or attempts to solve the problem. Do not order from this company.

I have not ordered from This site in over 10 months. They recently changed my card almost 400 dollars and refuse to give me the full amount back. They will only allow me a "refund as a one time courtesy" this site is a scam and doesn't care about the happiness of their customers. They are hard to contact and when you do put in a customer service request it takes over 24 hours for them to get back to you.

Very convenient way to buy high quality lingerie without going into stores. We live in the middle of nowhere and have young children, so going to a lingerie store in-person wasn't a convenient option.
My husband said he wanted me for Christmas, so I wanted lingerie that mimicked a wrapped present ;)
Customer service is terrible. The sizes differ wildly from set to set. Refunds are almost impossible to get. It took a month to receive my products. Another month to receive my refund. Customer service won't give any information. They block bad reviews on their website. Don't waste your money. Most frustrating experience I've ever had with a company.

The boxes were fun and I loved being surprised. However if you are not plus size but are busty, it won't work. The regular Elite box will work for bras and clothes but they will send you corsets that will definitely not fit you-per your bra size-and refuse to exchange for one that fits since a bustier corset will run into the plus size. So if you are just buying things, probably fine. Their stuff is ok price and quality. But don't do the boxes if you don't completely fit in one kind or the other we even customer service won't mix it or exchange into your size for you.
Tip for consumers:
If you don't fit completely in the elite or elite plus box, don't bother. They will send you things that clearly don't fit, after having sent things that do (so they have an accurate size for you) and are unwilling to exchange. This is specific to busty people.

I joined the "elite" thinking i will have more options, i received a box with items that had nothing to do with my taste. A dress that looked like a sack of potatoes and some cheap looking workout clothes. I've sent everything back and now I'm charged $100 because according to them i kept the items?

Their products were decent quality and fit as described, but the items (like everything else nowadays) seem overpriced to me... Delivery went well, but no i get emails from them constantly, even though i unsubscribed, they sill reach out to me... not really a big deal, but a bit shady...
Some of their underwear sets and lingerie are very cute, they're just so incredibly uncomfortable to wear! I kept a couple of things here and there but barely ever wear them. Most of the stuff also seems like it was picked out through an algorithm and not a personal "stylist". After my 4th box I decided to cancel it, mostly due to the very low quality of the items as well as how uncomfortable everything was to wear.

I used to purchase the elite membership that arrived monthly. Now the site says it is "unable to be built" - no issue with my payment, and I've reset all the setting to be the most inclusive- like I'm not eliminating too many things. I reached out to customer service about this as advised, and they basically said, yes sometimes it takes a while. That was 4 months ago. And the response just completely unhelpful.
Instead I just shopped online. I've made purchases before and been pleased with the fit & quality. I found them to be true to size. Firstly, I could not don't a like to get back to my shopping cart ANYWHERE on the site, until I had to add, and subsequently delete an item I didn't want. And then the standard shipping, which I believe was free, took 10-14 days to arrive.
Again, I'm happy with the products but they need to invest some time in customer service! Especially if they want any repeat customers!
Absolutely not helpful, and the reply took so long I didn’t even remember reaching out initially. They said, yes we see the issue - left it unresolved on my end as the customer. Basically, there was no “service” component.

One of my items was completely incorrect. I ordered a white lingerie set for my wedding and instead I received a cheetah swimsuit. There was no email stating they were substituting my item due to stock. I am extremely disappointed. When I tried to call, no one was available to take my call.

I have been trying for three weeks to get in contact with their customer service help. I called multiple times at first then reached out via email. It's been six days since I sent the email and no one has answered me yet. No one answers the phone calls nor the emails. The website glitches all of the time at the sign in screen.
The quality is just Meh but they will also charge you with a $20 "dirty/damaged clothing" fee every time you send items back. I would only try everything on once, put it right back into original packing and return immediately the way I received it but was somehow charged the $20 fee for TWO boxes through Adore Me! Please be leary!
