Adore Me's site makes me excited to shop. The models look actually happy and like they're having fun, allowing me to picture myself wearing these pieces (vs. Other sites catering too much to the male gaze so it throws me off). I appreciate all the fun designs, the basics are really comfortable and good quality, and the more intricate pieces feel great. The search/filter experience isn't the best, but no website really nails this. I was a bit thrown off on how to find underwear packs (vs. Individual pieces) but once I found them I was successful. So all around, all good!
Awful awful company. Signed me up without my clear approval for a 'VIP Membership' that was not reflected anywhere in my order confirmation, and started charging my credit card $40 a month without my knowledge. Products are cheap quality. Customer service was able To resolve and refund me, but it's very clearly designed to get you to get stuck paying far more than you thought.
When I place my order it said everything was in stock and I would have it within 3 to 5 days they held the order for 5 days in processing then they shipped it sure post out of New York it went to California and now it's on the way to my house in Florida why would you ship this 3,000 miles out of the way it says it'll be here in 13 days that's a far cry from their original estimate. Customer service is absolutely no help whatsoever you get some foreign speaking gentleman that just repeats over and over again how sorry he is but does nothing to help. Never shopping at Adore me again

I kept several items along the way although I felt some items were poor quality or did not match my preferences. I also mostly received black bra's, no white or tan which are also very much needed in a wardrobe. Overall it was a good experience, fun items and some good sports bra's as well as lingerie!

I have returned three different boxes, each of them nicely wrapped and organized after having tried the on once for a couple of minutes. I have been charged $15-20 per item every time with notes that the items are damaged upon return. I understand USPS isn't great and could excuse being charged once, but every time is ridiculous. I don't get the items back and never see evidence of this damage. I'm just charged. This is ridiculous and a scam for money.

Adore Me is a great site to shop for women. It's easy to shop online, as well as in store where you can purchase across the whole Adore Me brand. I really like the items on Adore Me. They help me get into the right frame of mind about my body. I ordered 3 sets and I ordered them to big. It was super easy to exchange for the right fit. Thank you soo much for making this shopping experience worth my time.

I saw an add on Facebook and then downloaded the app.
Just went for what made me feel sexy when I looked at the items.
- Quality is not great.
- No free returns (it is $6 each item you return).
- They very difficult to return the items - each item has its own return information.
- The printable label is weirdly formatted - it does not look like most other printable labels, which didn't give me a ton of confidence it was getting back to the right place.
- Then, when I reached out, they fail to match the return label with the return properly. And only credit me for a single item when there should be several (although it's almost impossible for me to figure out how many because of the way they track returns on the website).
- After refunding my money, 3 months later, they charge me again, saying they have no evidence I returned the items.
Not worth the hassle at all. They charged me $150 for items I returned to them months ago.

I ordered 3 (buy 2 1 free) and all of them have gaps that exposes, They do not fit to embrace the breast entirely. With clothes over them you can see curves of the cups edges sticking out. I can not wear them without tailor's adjustment. Waste of money!

The products are nicely made. I have no complaint. I did not personally create my account. I was hacked. Also.I decided to try and purchase items I liked after looking online at promotions and discounted costs to find I would be charged full prices. UNFAIR
I emailed twice and have received no reply. Then when I received an email saying I owe almost 150 dollars.. after your store said 4 products purchased receive 50 percent off.. which was a compete lie. That i have till the 18th to pay. I received another email stating you are trying to bill my account and want to further take actions for non-payment. My bank account is jeopardized... so I cannot supply that payment currently. I'm sick.. off work with covid.. released to work tomorrow after 3 weeks of no income. As pleased as I was with the unexpected merchandise themselves... your customer service is poor. And your store and promotions are bogus. Your prices that you show are false... why get a box in the mail and pay full price?? After seeing all the discounts?? That we can't get... obsurd. Honestly. I was willing to participate... even tho I didn't make this arrangement.. until you comprising disappointed my experience. I will pay for the products I love and have worn and chose prior to your outrageous BILL AMOUNT EXPECTED AND HARASSING EMAILS AFTER I SPECIFICALLY EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH MY COMPLAINT. Love the website - easy to use. Love the lingerie that looks terrific even on a plus size gal like me - 44DD boobs and a 4X belly, my guy says I look SEXY! (And I feel it.) Quick ship, and have bought multiple sets and single items, with only one bra that was uncomfortable. Quick resolution with an email to customer service - credit for the bra within a few hours, didn't even have to return it.
Emailed about one bra where the center underwires poked my rib cage whenever I bent over. Within hours they contacted me that they had posted a credit to my account and I didn't even need to return it.
Recommendation of friends with similar bodies
First is the look, second is the style, third is the color
This company is legit. They're similar to other online only retailers is that you can only exchange for free. Returns have a restock fee. But the quality and value are good. Shipping sometimes takes a little while to process if they're backed up, but I usually receive my orders within 7-14 days. I'm in CO and they ship from CA.
Don't be worried about joining the VIP membership, it is very easy to skip a month or discontinue.
Design and Quality compared to competitors

I ordered 7 sets hoping to get a good one out of the bunch but none fit really that well and the bras were very itchy near where they hit the underarm area. I promptly returned them and cancelled my subscription thinking this was a pretty easy process. Lo and behold, I received the "return received" email today and come to find out that there is a $5.95 re-stocking fee on EACH SET, not the order as a whole. Are you $#*!ing kidding me!?!?!? I am NEVER ordering from them again and definitely going to tell everyone I know not to! I will also be leaving a review everywhere I possibly can. Absolutely ridiculous. "Easy Returns" my $#*!. Now I'm out $40.

Most comfortable bras I have ever owned! They are made really well without the $60 a bra price tag. I'm one of those women who can't shop at VS or simply walk into any boutique and every other bra place is extravagantly priced for my size. I love Adore Me! Well worth it! I placed an order a couple of days ago and my items haven't shipped out yet. I also upgraded my shipping to 3 day ground which should've been here by now. I've tried contacting them via email and phone call and no responses. The live chat doesn't even work on the site. I'm really disappointed with my purchase.

They never seem to update product count nor place items back in stocks. Customer service advises to follow several days later to the next week. I have literally checked every day for an item and it has never been replenished. It's now been over 2 months.

Adore me is great for women like me with an uncommon bra size. However, the service is so awful I cannot support this business anymore. All of my orders have been either extremely late, or completely lost during processing and shipping. Ridiculous!
