Adore Me's site makes me excited to shop. The models look actually happy and like they're having fun, allowing me to picture myself wearing these pieces (vs. Other sites catering too much to the male gaze so it throws me off). I appreciate all the fun designs, the basics are really comfortable and good quality, and the more intricate pieces feel great. The search/filter experience isn't the best, but no website really nails this. I was a bit thrown off on how to find underwear packs (vs. Individual pieces) but once I found them I was successful. So all around, all good!
Awful awful company. Signed me up without my clear approval for a 'VIP Membership' that was not reflected anywhere in my order confirmation, and started charging my credit card $40 a month without my knowledge. Products are cheap quality. Customer service was able To resolve and refund me, but it's very clearly designed to get you to get stuck paying far more than you thought.
This is super cute and was a good choice for my first set. Fits comfortably and the front close holds the cups in place just right. The panties fit well too, though I would have preferred a different cut, maybe?
Please know that the shipping process takes like a month to get from order to arrival. I feel like honestly quality has gone down along with style and choice options. Before you use to make a thong, bikini, and whatever but it seems like underwear are no more choices.
We dont normally order lingerie online so I was really hoping the outfits I ordered for my wife would fit properly and look as sexy in person as they did on the website. Wow is all I can say! Not only do they look even sexier than I had hoped, even more importantly, she FEELS sexy wearing them because the sizes were true and they are comfortable for her to wear. She looks simply stunning! We will certainly be placing more orders in the future.

Horrible customer service. It took 3 months to receive credit for a return. Out of the 4 bras I bought not a single one fit right. They were more than 2 cup sizes off and at least a band size off. Gave the bras to friends who wear smaller sizes but the bras were not even shaped right for them. The material looks great but is beyond uncomfortable, even on the basic bras that are marketed as comfortable everyday wear. Waited over 30 minutes trying to cancel the membership. They delete non supporting reviews on the bras(even if the are extremely objective).

I placed an order may 17th and still have not received my 3 bathing suites. I honestly forgot but I leave for my trip next week so I reached out via text and email. I got a very automated response about how my package somehow got lost in transit and to use some voucher codes to reorder (myself) online through the website and all costs would be covered.
What a load of s***! One of the three bathing suites are out of stock and the codes don't work for the other items!
This clearly happens a lot and I NEVER write reviews or quite frankly read them but I very much wish I had read the REAL reviews about this company before ordering. But then again I've NEVER been cheated like this before. So sad that places like this are even around.
Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money on this fake business!

They say on the site and after ordering they'll ship your order in 2-3 business days. I ordered almost 3 ago becausr I need a strapless bra for a wedding tomorrow and thought "even if there are delays it should still arrive in time." It wont. I got an email every 3 days saying "sorry we're behind and we haven't processed your order yet." Finally got an email saying they shipped my order two days ago. Go to track it today and what does it say? "Label created. Carrier waiting for package." When I sent them an email after the first notice I said I understand and I need my package by tomorrow's date so please tell me when it will be shipped. I got a response of "we don't know but expect in the next 2-3 days, here's a $5 credit." Again, this was about two weeks before I got the notification that ot shipped. I'm leaving this review to say thanks for wasting my time and my money which they were more than eager to take before order processing and they can shove their $5.

I really have been pleased with everything Ive ordered. Im a very petite woman and have had a hard time find things to fit. The bras Ive purchased at other stores usually pucker or gape, which you can notice from the outside of my clothes. I also love that I am able to have matching pieces. This was my first purchase from Adore Me, and I was very weary based on bad reviews I had read. I was very pleasantly surprised when I received this adorable blue lace two piece set. The bow details on the shoulders give it such a soft look. I wore this for a boudoir session and it looked amazing in photographs! I did have to cut the tags out of both be uses they were pretty big and you could see through the material. Both pieces fit fantastically. I would definitely recommend this set!
I love the thongs I ordered. They're of good quality and fit and arrived within a reasonable time. However, I do not like your "monthly credit" program as I don't need to purchase from you that often. I have put my account on hold for three months. After that, I will reconsider staying with your company.
Within 1 day, the green underwear lost all its buttons, and within like two or three wears the thong tore. Note i was also treating everything gently. The lingerie was nice and has held up quality which is the only reason this isn't a 1 star review. I won't be buying from Adore Me again though.

To quickly have this fixed - you just need to start an exchange online so you can reorder a new set at your earliest convenience.
To start your Exchange or Return, you just need to log into your Adore Me account, using a laptop/desktop, and follow these steps:
1. Go to **My Orders**
2. Select the order that you'd like to Exchange/Return by clicking the **Arrow** sign found on the right side of the screen, pointing right.
3. Click on the **Create Return/Exchange** button that's located at the bottom of the next page.
4. Choose whether you'd like to Exchange or Return then, click **Continue**
5. In the next page, click on the **Print Label** button and follow the easy steps to Return or Exchange your order.
Useful info: At this time, you can return your set(s) within 30 days since the order's delivery date.
Please refrain from returning packages to self-serve drop boxes as this may result in delays.
*Some more useful deets: you can only use one voucher code at a time, which means you need to place multiple orders if you're exchanging multiple sets.*

I made one purchase with a VIP account without understanding the terms. They are absolutely not clear on this. Since then, I've been charge every month and though they have refunded the fee every month, cancelling the membership is ridiculously difficult. I called and they said they cancelled it, but I was charged the next month. It is impossible to cancel through your own account, as their link for cancelling doesn't work. Be very careful if you order from this site.

The title says it all... However the sizing I'm still getting used to. Usually buy 36, but they seem a tad tight so I'll have to go up to 38... Other than that Im super pleased with every set I've bought so far! :)

Im a petit woman at 5". Finding a bra that I dont have to alter the straps is hard. But it has finally happened. I did need to order the next size (same cup size) just larger band. Return was super fast and easy.

Love this set. Super cute, comfy and unique! The only thing that could be improved is that where the fabric meets in the top, it puckers outward some. So it looks like my nips are hard with my shirt on lol. Although if you have a bigger bust this wont be a problem for you since it would stretch that out.

The bra fits wonderfully and is very pretty, but what I'm especially happy about is that the panties fit perfectly! Whenever I've gone to a certain well known lingerie store, all they usually have are low rise panties, and that doesn't always work for me. These fit like a glove. Love em!
