Adore Me's site makes me excited to shop. The models look actually happy and like they're having fun, allowing me to picture myself wearing these pieces (vs. Other sites catering too much to the male gaze so it throws me off). I appreciate all the fun designs, the basics are really comfortable and good quality, and the more intricate pieces feel great. The search/filter experience isn't the best, but no website really nails this. I was a bit thrown off on how to find underwear packs (vs. Individual pieces) but once I found them I was successful. So all around, all good!
Awful awful company. Signed me up without my clear approval for a 'VIP Membership' that was not reflected anywhere in my order confirmation, and started charging my credit card $40 a month without my knowledge. Products are cheap quality. Customer service was able To resolve and refund me, but it's very clearly designed to get you to get stuck paying far more than you thought.
I hate this service which is unfortunate because my fiance has spent a fortune here and I have more than 40 sets of bras and panties. Here's the problem - they always run out of the small size in thongs. The sizes aren't always consistent either so sometimes they are too big and sometimes too small. Also, once you've bought a set you can't go back and purchase just the panties. My panties wear out before the bras so now I'm stuck with all these bras and I can't get the matching thongs. It would be great if they allowed you to purchase the bras and panties separately but they don't provide that option. I like more flexibility in purchasing options and I don't have the heart to tell him to stop buying here so every time he buys me flowers instead or surprises me with an adventure, I just make a really big show of gratitude.
Tip for consumers:
Adoreme does not allow for customers to purchase new panties to match previously purchased bras sets. Supply for small thongs is extremely limited. Sizing is inconsistent.

In late November, I ordered a bathing suit for an upcoming vacation. The suit faded very, very badly after only one use in the pool – it looks like it has seen multiple seasons of summer sun. I have pictures to prove it. Since then, I have sent numerous emails to customer service, and I have yet to get any response. Do not waste your time or money on this company with poor quality products and a complete lack of customer service.
Feeling sexy all day long. I like to have my bra and panties to match but a lot of the time you can't find this in the fuller figure sizes. Also my first front closure bra. Absolutely love it. Very pleased with the comfort too. Can't wait for my next set.

After a less-than-5-star experience with my first purchase I was so happy to get this set! It's comfortable enough for literally all-day wear. Most of my bras seem to have an 8-hour time limit, but not this one! I'm not totally into the white stripe in the straps, but it's okay.

Adore Me sounds like a fun subscription for some cute lingerie -- well, it's not.
Picking and purchasing my first items was a fun experience for my girlfriend and me. We quickly received the items in the mail.
We chose to return all of the items. They turned out not to fit my girlfriend well and didn't look great. More importantly, they were poor poor quality for $40 a piece.
So we return it within the window and everything seems fine -- well, it's not.
I get an email three months! Later saying that I am charged $40 for damaged clothing. WHAT! My girlfriend just tried it on once and then we returned it. There's no way it was damaged in the mail since it's just clothes. And there's no way we damaged it at all by trying it on!
Turns out, many others have had this problem as well. I should have done my research before purchasing...

I am a Victoria's secret fan and questioned if I would find the same quality through an online sight. But I am so glad that I gave adore me a shot. I have purchased two sets so far and both are amazing! They fit true to size and are super sexy. You can't beat the price either which is truly the best part. If your thinking about it, I'd say go for it your going to be pleased with all they have to offer

I thought this would be one of those "too good to be true" type of businesses... but on my very first order, everything was well made, attractive, and fit perfectly! I'm generally a L or XL. The bras/panties fit and look amazing. The yoga pants and sports bra I got are so comfortable and fashionable. I ordered a two piece swim suit, and I might order a band size larger in the top next time, but still fit and was, yet again, super cute.

I have to let the color grow on me. But overall I loved it and it fit well. I was expecting to return it for another size because 75% of the time mail orders is never exact. However I am well pleased with the sizing. Wished they were more colors to choose from like jade, lavender, or even a dark purple.

So, my package finally arrived and the bras and panties are much better quality than I expected. The fit is great and the quality is pretty good. It did take a long time to arrive but thankfully customer service made that right with me. I will order from this company again.

Unbelievable! I ordered from this company over a month and a half ago and still have no product! Maybe the items are good quality, I could not tell you, but if this is the wait just to receive them, it is absolutely not worth it.

I have a hard time finding bras that fit well and are comfortable but adore me is perfect at that!
Been using them ever since 2021 around October time.
I had an issue with one bra breaking in the middle where the two cups meet and they replaced it with any one item I wanted from the store!
After over a month, I still have not received my order, and was finally contacted about it for the first time yesterday. Every time I have talked to anyone from their customer service, they've all been very short with me and unhelpful! I will definitely not be ordering from them again.

I stopped receiving the monthly emails to pick my items, but they were sure to continue charging me. Of course, once I realized what was going on and called them they didn't want to refund anything. Very inconsistent sizing, ordered over and over trying to find the right size only to realize that they are all sized slightly differently. I have a collection of things that don't fit and finally got some of the money back. Not a good program at all!

Im small up top and also pretty tall and got a small and it fit me good. My boyfriend loved it. Ordered another one also. Havent tried the bras or anything else but I plan too! I paid extra for expedited shipping and the items were late, not very good quality, and I never did get my refund from an item I sent back in a previous order. Every single time I order there's some "unexpected delay" for it to ship which I could understand once or twice but not with every order. Id love a shipping refund since you all didn't honor the shipping time frame by any reasonable number of days.

They get your credit card and illegally charge your account for monthly "subscription " fees you never signed up for.
I bought one set of lingerie from them for $39.95. I cancelled my account, and four months later, have received no refund and have repeatedly been told they cannot refund my "forfeited store credit". Today I just saw they billed my credit card account AGAIN... after I cancelled.
This amount now equals over hundreds dollars for which I have received neither goods not services.
Do yourself a favor, if you want to look hot and get ripped off by shady business practices... join a gym.

It appears there has been a misunderstanding. The VIP membership is one of two payment options (the other is Pay as You Go) you select during checkout with your first order. Members are never obligated to order each month, instead, they visit the site between the first and fifth and choose to either shop or skip that month.
If you do not shop or skip between the first and the fifth, you’ll see a $39.95 charge on the card provided. This turns into store credit that you can shop with anytime within 12 months! We send reminder emails, but customers are welcome to make use of our no-questions-asked 30 day refund policy: http://askadoreme.com.

Stay far away from this site! Sizes are all wrong (even when using their own calculator). I figured it was their calculator, the items were sure to fit. I'm now out $60 because their calculator was wrong and they don't have the item in a bigger size. They may say you can exchange final sale items for same item in a bigger size if they don't fit, but they're pretty much always out of them. So really, you can't. They don't usually keep the same things in stock so once they're out their out and if yours don't fit you're SOL. Also the customer service lady was very rude. I don't usually buy things online because you can't try them on. I'm now stuck with something that doesn't fit and out $60 because they can't keep items in stock. You can't even return and pay a restocking fee (which I've always been against but it'd be better than these sitting around and being out the full amount). The guarantees are just there to make you feel safe and fool you into buying from them. Bunch or garbage.

Return policy is not acceptable, if one item doesn't fit i don't understand why you have to send back the whole set. Also some of the bras ride up in the arm pit and it seems as that the sizes are not the same as other sets.

Do not buy from them! I had placed an order and received the wrong sized bra. After trying to call them 3 times and being placed on hold for over 40 mins, no one answered. I messaged them through their website and FB messenger and have not received any response. It's unfortunate I paid for an item I cannot use and since it was an error on their part I have no way to resolve it.
