Adore Me's site makes me excited to shop. The models look actually happy and like they're having fun, allowing me to picture myself wearing these pieces (vs. Other sites catering too much to the male gaze so it throws me off). I appreciate all the fun designs, the basics are really comfortable and good quality, and the more intricate pieces feel great. The search/filter experience isn't the best, but no website really nails this. I was a bit thrown off on how to find underwear packs (vs. Individual pieces) but once I found them I was successful. So all around, all good!

Awful awful company. Signed me up without my clear approval for a 'VIP Membership' that was not reflected anywhere in my order confirmation, and started charging my credit card $40 a month without my knowledge. Products are cheap quality. Customer service was able To resolve and refund me, but it's very clearly designed to get you to get stuck paying far more than you thought.

Loved the products. Quality is good and I was able to buy multiple cute matching sets of bras and underwear as well as lingerie! Everything fit me great! I'm an A and a small so I don't need a ton of support so I can't really attest to that... BUT I can say everything I bought looks beautiful on!

I think their customer service might need some work though. It took several days to get a response and the one I got, in my opinion, was kind of a brush off. Other than that... Loved everything!

I placed an order on June 1st and still have not received my order. After waiting for 2 months I request a refund and they charged me 5.95 saying that I refused the order. How did I refuse an order that I've waited 2 months for before even complaining about not receiving it. I was hung up on after being on a hold of 12 minutes, that I was told would only be 3 minutes long. This company does not take personal responsibility, and I will not purchase anything from them and recommend that you go to Dillard's, Victoria secret anywhere but here. Your products through them are guaranteed In store and by delivery.

I am incredibly impressed with the site's ease of use and minimalism. It helps to focus on what's important, the products.:)
I was a bit nervous purchasing apparel like this online, since it means my wife would not be able to try it on for sizing until we had already purchased. But the site was true to it's word with hassle-free returns and exchanges. The bras and panties fit as indicated, but the corsets unfortunately needed to be returned twice for sizing issues, and there was no problem. The credit was added to my account as soon as I filed the request. Allowing us to purchase a replacement while the return was still in the mail.

This is my third order with the company. The first one was a horrible experience and u should have learned my lesson, but I gave them a second chance and they actually delivered. Now I placed my third order and it has been processing for two weeks. I have emailed customer service twice with no response and I have called multiple times staying on hold for 10 minutes and then being hung up on. I think it might be time to contact the federal trade commission.

I enjoy ordering undergarments online.
The quality is not that good.
I DO NOT like looking at half naked, fat women.
I was fat once and did something about my appearance and I don't want to be brainwashed into thinking it's okay.
There are women that need the various sizes and that's understood. I don't need to see them.
For this reason alone, I will leave their platform.
Like VS wanted to start showing male bodied models in women's underwear and how did that work out for them?

It has great fit. And the material is soft and I love how it stretches with me. When I move. It is a tad pricey but it's worth the money. I order from them at least once a month too every two weeks sometimes. I will put a whole bunch in my cart then when I get paid I will delete out what I dont want. I have enough right now I could wear one set every day for the next 3 weeks and not repeat the same set twice.

This company does not have quality control. My experience was incomplete orders, charges for "damaged" product that I never even tried on. When there was an easy solution they took the most difficult approach and didn't solve the problem. On and on!

Don't do business with this company unless you are okay with wasting your money.

Their return process is horrible. I have been waiting to be refunded for several returns for 2 1/2 months now. They received the items. I have proof from the return tracking numbers. The were received within their return time limit in new condition with tags still attached. I get nothing but the run around from them. This week I got charged a $5.95 restocking fee for 1 item, but no funds returned to me for the item. Awful customer service. Awful practices. A rip off. I will never purchase from them again.

I recently ordered a large order and had a ton of store credit since I didn't purchase at all while pregnant. Cancelled with no explanation. I reorder, inconvenient as the sale had ended, but placed another several hundred dollar order. Cancelled within two days with no reason. As I tried to navigate around this problem I also discovered I could not remove my credit card information from my account nor could I find any way to delete my account. I have received one bra and one bathing suit with deodorant stains which I commented on upon returning, so I sincerely doubt they are performing a thorough inspection before sending items out.

In addition, I have been charged TWICE now for a "dirty/damaged" item with no evidence or even explanation of how the item was damaged, in spite of multiple emails to them. They explained that the nature of their merchandise required a high standard of cleanliness. The last one was after I had canceled my subscription and I never even tried this item on - I would hate to think they would charge $20 out of spite for one measly subscription but... putting that out there.

I placed an order on January 14. I have yet to receive anything. At this point is still processing. When you try to call no one answers. They have no problem processing the payment. That goes on your charge right away. Never had this much trouble with any other company. This is my first time buying and I will never buy again.
