Adore Me's site makes me excited to shop. The models look actually happy and like they're having fun, allowing me to picture myself wearing these pieces (vs. Other sites catering too much to the male gaze so it throws me off). I appreciate all the fun designs, the basics are really comfortable and good quality, and the more intricate pieces feel great. The search/filter experience isn't the best, but no website really nails this. I was a bit thrown off on how to find underwear packs (vs. Individual pieces) but once I found them I was successful. So all around, all good!
Awful awful company. Signed me up without my clear approval for a 'VIP Membership' that was not reflected anywhere in my order confirmation, and started charging my credit card $40 a month without my knowledge. Products are cheap quality. Customer service was able To resolve and refund me, but it's very clearly designed to get you to get stuck paying far more than you thought.
My husband works overseas, and we just had a baby so I wanted an underwear and bra set that was sexy and comfortable to help us get back on the band wagon. I absolutely love the choice I made. It was very comfortable, nice materials, and it made me feel sexier than I have in months. I will definitely be purchasing from here again.
I have been an Adore Me member for approximately 10 years. Customer service has never been great however it's become absent as of recently. I ordered items over a month ago which I never received. There was no rep to answer on the phone, my email was never responded to nor my social media message. I made the decision to cancel my membership today.

Wearing the adore me items I have purchased has made my attitude feel good even when know ones. It just make me happy and that is what counts. I love everything I have gotten so far! I had a credit on my adore me account which one day just disappeared. When I contacted them they said that they gonna send me e-gift card which I'm waiting for more then 2 years already! Every time I call them I'm hearing the same thing "we promise you gonna receive it in 1-2 business days". I never do... The worst customer service! I'm
getting to the point I'm gonna report them for stealing my money!

I have purchased 6 sets of lingerie in the last month and love them. I am a plus sized girl and it is hard to find pretty lingerie in stores, so this site is great. I will say though that some of the panties run small, so that was kind of a bummer. But not enough of a reason for me to stop buying from the site. Think I'll go see what's new right now... Lol!
I ordered a few sets and panties as part of my first order. One set didn't fit so I replaced it with something completely different and it fits amazing. I also love the color choices available. I'm beefing up this side of my wardrobe and think I've found the perfect fit. The exchange was simple and fast. Looking forward to more!
I got the first box in March, tried the items on, kept two and sent four back. The second box has already been shipped, and today I received a notice that my half of my returns were dirty/damaged and I would be charged $40 (half the price of the items) as a consequence.
They weren't dirty.
There's no way to fight the charges. There's no prior warning what is considered "dirty" (including a stray hair, or "a smell" which—hard to disprove), they only define it in the email where they charge you. And only after the second box is on its way.
Do not get their elite box, or anything where you are interacting with returns. I've been waiting on their help line to cancel my subscription.

Same as everyone else. Bought a relatively nice set of lingerie and was fairly impressed. But NOT worth the $40 a month they take out of my bank account each month. Tried the 1800 number AND the help email with no response. I guess I'll have to cancel my card/contact my bank to assist in getting this handled. DO. NOT. BUY.

Shipping is not at all timely to say the least. Orders are places, stuff ships, and then I get emails that the stuff is out of stock and have to re order something else. I get things in to fit based on Adore Me web site and they don't fit. Not another return… credit, re order and Wait weeks again for something else we hope fits.

I've shopped at Adore Me for years and I love their products. But lately their service has gone completely downhill. I've been trying to get one set for over a month. I've ordered it about 10 times and it has never been shipped and its continuously cancelled. Each time I speak to a rep, they assure me that it will get sent out but I have yet to receive anything, and that is with purchasing expedited shipping. Nothing seems to be happening. I've over it and very close to cancelling my subscription at this point.

This was my first buy from Adore Me. I got this set because it's the one that caught my boyfriend's eye. I have never bought an unlined bra before, but I'm so glad he pushed for it. This set is so incredibly comfortable and sexy.
Usually I have to try bras on to make sure they fit well. I recently was fitted properly for a bra and the bras here are definitely true to size! This was my first order and o totally am addicted! Thanks Adore Me, I'm hooked!

Products did not fit well even though they were the right size and I tried three different sets. Then when I returned all of them they only gave me partial credit and said a set was missing. I sent back all three sets so if one was missing it must have gotten lost when opened at their facility.

They require you to become a paid monthly subscriber in order to purchase their products. You also cannot easily cancel subscription and they build it in so its easy to miss that you'll be charged every month until you go through the cancellation process. Horrible

I never received my August box says it was delivered a few days b4 my September one. Was charged for all items anyway. Sometimes my boxes come late as well or not at all! But the products I am happy with when I receive them!

First time buying from this site. Can say that I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality of everything. As well as one of the few sites that have my size. Being a plus size woman with a big bust is a curse when it comes to bra shopping. First purchase was the 5 for $20 panties deal. Love every one of them. Then bought a shirt bra and panties set. The bra is comfy, soft and I can't wait to wear it when I go out. Love this site! I'll be buying more in the future.

I've been using Adore Me for 3 years as a VIP subscriber and I love it. I purchase my first one a few months before my wedding and decided to get them all from them. Returns are done promptly and easily and you can exchange your size and color with no obstacles. They keep money as credit if you authorize debt by don't make a purchase and refund you if you request so, all without issues via their app. They have variety of colors and sizes and quality! I love my Adore Me pieces so much I started buying even the day to day pieces from them cause they last so much more than my regular store findings. Worth the price. The only thing I wish is that there were more cotton underwear available. Cotton is so much better for the health of private parts!
I am a VIP member and i was happy with their products. Unfortunately I had to request a refund on my VIP charge. It's very ridiculous how they claim they have hassle free refunds. It's been almost a month and i have not gotten my money back. I did everything they told me I called my bank and nothing was done. I call the customer service # and i get no help. They tell me the same thing every time I call that I'll receive an email 3/5 business days. They are quick to take out money but have poor customer service when we need their help. I have taken this to social media and it looks like I am not the only one who's been robbed of from this company. I also reported to better businesses bureau. This is unacceptable and such a shame because I did love their products. I've asked them to cancel my VIP because of the horrible service but they refused to do so as well. I'm pretty sure they will just delete this review
There have been a few recent instances where i complete and submit my order, to have it in "processing" for 1-2 weeks, only to receive a message stating that an item from my order is not actually available in my size, and please accept an apology and coupon code to replace the item. So then I replace the item, which takes another 2-3 weeks to get to me. I've got no complaints once an item reaches me. Overall I'm satisfied with the fit and quality. If I'm not a fan of a particular item, the exchange process is super easy :) That being said, teh extended waiting periods kill the excitement of getting something new...

They advertise that they are a Canadian online but charge in American... The quality of the products are terrible and extremely cheap and when I tried to return my item then they made me pay more money. Terrible service. Will never order from them again!
I really enjoy the products I have ordered from Adore me and have recommended to so many people. Now that its a B corp it makes me feel even better about ordering from there. Keep it up - you all are awesome!
This company is a complete scam. They say your credits don't expire but after 1 year they cash them into an "e-gift card" that they NEVER send to your email. I have talked to someone weekly for over a month to get my money and it still NEVER comes. There is apparently no supervisors and I can't talk to the department that actually sends the gift cards. Please beware before signing up for their monthly credit!

I've always had so much trouble finding bras in my size in general, let alone pretty. I was skeptical at first but since the first set i bought would be at a reduced price i decided to try it out. The bra fit perfectly and the set looks great! I will definitely shop here again.
