Adore Me's site makes me excited to shop. The models look actually happy and like they're having fun, allowing me to picture myself wearing these pieces (vs. Other sites catering too much to the male gaze so it throws me off). I appreciate all the fun designs, the basics are really comfortable and good quality, and the more intricate pieces feel great. The search/filter experience isn't the best, but no website really nails this. I was a bit thrown off on how to find underwear packs (vs. Individual pieces) but once I found them I was successful. So all around, all good!
Awful awful company. Signed me up without my clear approval for a 'VIP Membership' that was not reflected anywhere in my order confirmation, and started charging my credit card $40 a month without my knowledge. Products are cheap quality. Customer service was able To resolve and refund me, but it's very clearly designed to get you to get stuck paying far more than you thought.
I love this beautiful, well-made set! I ordered size XL (5' 7" and 200+ lbs) and was pleasantly surprised at how flattering it is. The material is durable as well as pretty. The only thing I wish I could change is the fact that both pieces are size XL; an L top would have provided a little more support.
With being a V. I. P. Member, Adore Me has created my lingerie experience to be amazing. I love that they have sizes that are not in the norm. Plus their different styles are very appealing to the eye. I would recommend that you shop here for your lingerie and brassieres because they satisfy the needs for every woman.
I absolutely love the service. However, I am finding that they only have one style that's rates a "OMG I LOVE IT". The rest, so far, have been rated a "yeah, it's ok" not bad, but, just ok... it makes me a little sad. Because the company's service is wonderful! I can let my subscription go for a while without ordering anything and when I need a new set I can go in and browse, pick the one I like, and hit the order button. It remembers my size. I just wish they would let you reorder right from you previous orders.

I received my order in a few days, which was great because I traveled out of the country later that week. The only thing keeping me from rating this 5 stars is that there were spots in the order that had fabric pulls and strings hanging down.

Every set that I have gotten so far has been great. You feel so good in them.
They run a little different size wise. Bigger in the cups for me so make sure you pay attention. But even if you don't, the exchanges are free! Win Win!

Adore me has poor shipping and options of clothing. I feel they ship the slowest and least expensive. And the $20 fee we pay for you to put together a box for us is sad. My box has the same outfit just different colors. Need new styles.

I really wanted to love adore me and I received a couple products that I really liked from them however it's not been without its issues. On one of my first orders I return some thing that I didn't like, and they claimed they never received it. So I was charged for the full set. The whole store credit thing is very confusing. One month I forgot to cancel my order and it said I would get a store credit, yet I have no idea how to access that. I am currently awaiting money back on another order that I placed and had some returns on. The member rewards is also confusing it's buy five get one free. I've definitely bought more than five sets and it says I've earned one free but I don't have any idea how to claim it. I just overall feel like their website is not user-friendly and things are not clear how to use store credit, return processing, etc.

I LOVE this company and all of the products I have purchased so far. I am giving 4 stars only because they do not yet sell separates (i. E. just panties or just bras), only sets. I buy pretty much every month and plan to keep buying!

Don't order from this site. I spent about $100 dollars and paid for priority shipping because I needed stuff for my trip. They're now telling me I will need to wait another week for delivery because of delays and cannot cancel because it already shipped. Such a scam. I order stuff with priority shipping all the time never have I had an order be delayed an entire week! Save your money

Supposed to receive my first vip box on 5/10. Cancelled VIP on 5/19 because obviously you don't get what you're promised, when promised. They went ahead and sent the box on 5/20. And then I got an email stating that my VIP had been reinstated which I did not do. It's 6/5 and I still have no box. The tracking information they provided me is invalid. When I finally got a working tracking number it is still not out for delivery. I have a feeling If I don't get a new debit card, I will start seeing many unauthorized charges from adore me. Do not give them your payment information. They are not trustworthy.
The suit fit well and is what was pictured. However, it's not meant for anyone that has breast larger than a B. As soon as you put it on everything fits perfectly except the chest area. It flattens you like a pancake and gives no support there for you no longer have the cleavage that makes this suit so desirable in the first place

I don't really buy lingerie because I feel silly in it. But having the random items come to your house in a box that allow you to try on and send back what you don't need, was great. It took me out of my comfort zone in a good way.
I kept seeing it on Facebook and thought I'd try it out.
I saw your commercials on TV and wanted my wife to feel special with a nice undergarment set for Valentine's day in a beautiful box. It arrived in a cheap vacuum sealed pouch in a plastic mail bag. The look on my wife's face was sadness. Thanks for nothing! I'll never shop with your company again.

I've been on and off with Adore me for a few years now. Shipping takes forever so I cancel. Now they started an elite box which they claim you get a box every month with selected bras, panties, lingerie etc. Keep what you like and return the rest. Easy enough. Except you don't get a box every month, you get a box a month after they charge your account. I got charged in October for my first box ( I kept everything) and haven't seen another box since. The date on my elite box keeps changing and is now set for January! Might as well just purchase what you want and forget any kind of membership because you will wait forever!

I don't like being charged for items I don't order and was trying to reach Customer Service to have them explain the program and tell me what my options are. All you do is go in circles. Although I like the products, now I just want out and a refund on my last credit card charge.

Placed an order on 6/6, showed shipped on 6/8. No movement since 6/12. Called yesterday and was told nothing could be done until 7 days with no update. Asked what happened s after 7 days and was told I would get a voucher for their website. Asked if new order would be expedited and told NO, normal shipping! By far the WORST customer service experience EVER! No concern about making things right for the customer!

It took me a second to get my sizing down when reading reviews but everything I purchased was true to size compared to the size chart once I actually measured myself. Its such a great price for the quality of what your getting. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Nice looking apparel but the fit has been all over the place. Some bras will fit fine and the next style is either too tight, too large, or just doesn't fit. Not as consistent as other brands. Trying to exchange can be cumbersome if not in AM's tight time window.

Their lingerie sizes are very inconsistent, resulting in many exchanges, which disqualifies from their headline deal of buy 5 get 1 free. But they don't tell you that up front.
Their customer service is the worst! They are hard to get a hold of and take forever to get back to you.
If you're looking for cheap lingerie, stick to Victoria Secret sales, they are way easier and have more options and better customer service.

I ordered a generous amount of items. An item from my order was missing upon delivery so I've been calling customer service and get nothing but an automated person who repeats the same options no matter which option you chose. I've also reached out and emailed customer service via their help email and have gotten no reply. So I'm disappointed and have been cheated out of an item as well as the money used to purchase the missing item.
So far every part of the Adore Me experience has been amazing! The quality, fit, and styles of the sets, the easy website, fast shipping, adorable packaging. Love! Love! Love!

My first experience with this site was purchasing the Arlene Push-Up. The item was supposed to be shipped within 3-5 days but instead took two weeks. I am very pleased with the bra and the fit. I love the designs of all of their products. I would suggest going a size smaller for the underwear, I ordered the size I normally wear but have found them to be too big. I will probably order from them again!
