Bought some items. Love the short pj set other things sent were a big miss.

My package was never delivered even though USPS claimed that they did! I called the customer service representative was amazing not only did he listen he gave me credit and I was able to reorder everything again!

I always look forward to the box of the month sharing this with my loved one and having new things to wear!

I asked for items that had padding in the cup area and lingerie items. I received several unlined items, if they had lining, there was no padding. I also received a lot of pajamas. Not lingerie that I had requested, pajamas. I also had several items on my wish lists and was never sent anything similar.

Most everything I have been sent I have loved, even the stuff I looked at and thought I don't think so! Looked great once I tried it on. I have been pleasantly surprised by how much I like the stuff. Even the stuff thst isn't right for me seems to still be great quality

I didn't want to order monthly but I did enjoy everything I purchased. I was a member for about 3 years, but had more than enough after one year.

I bought mediums per the site and what I formally wear. The 2 I bought were tight and not comfortable. I returned but decided I wasn't buying larger in them since I figured they would be too big.

Now the problem… the return process is awful! I couldn't get 2 items that would have been the same price as the other 2. I could only swap one for one. If it was cheaper, then I didn't get the money back, that was the exchange. If I went over since I was getting a 2 piece set, only one piece would be covered and I had to pay for the other piece…. It wasn't for me.

I got my 2 pieces (but would have rather chose something else). The larges in these were big! I didn't want to do the return process again so I kept them. Money down the drain for me.

The customer service is very friendly. I spoke to them about a possible exchange, but I ended up needing to wear the bra due to time constraints.

The gentleman I spoke with about a possible exchange was fantastic help. I appreciated his kindness.

All of the items I have bought have been great, I love the designs, the variety, the availability of sizing and pushup options. The only thing that is really frustrating is that one can't buy the panties separate from the bra. Sometimes I would like to buy both panty options or just the panty or just the bra, it's frustrating that I have to buy the set. That's the only downer.

Adore me is a great place to buy lingerie! My husband adores all the sexy lingerie and I love some of the comfortable styles and everyday bras as well!

I have ordered many times and I will continue to shop at Adore Me. They are truly the best.

When AdoreMe has a sale, it is usually a good one. Their full-price items are a bit expensive, and the "monthly showroom" feature is deeply annoying, but their size range is great!

Ordered bra in my size 38dd the cup was fine but the band was about 2 sizes to small had to buy extenders. Removed the straps as it was a strapless but had to keep pulling it up.

I joined 5 years ago after seeing what a great deal it was - a new set of undergarments for a reasonable price and after buying 5 sets at full price, I would get one free. After the first couple of purchases, and their rise in popularity, the prices became less reasonable and everything seemed to be "on sale". This confused me as the agreement stated the sets had to be at full price. With only the very expensive sets displayed at full price, I inquired and was told that I had to purchase the sets at full price to eventually get the one for free. Still didn't answer my question but okayyy... I was eventually able to complete my end of the deal and as soon as the free set arrived, I cancelled my membership.

I asked how to understand the pricing listed on the app. My agreement was to purchase 5 sets at full price and I would "earn" a free 6th set. With the only "full priced sets" being way out of budget, it seemed a bit extreme to fulfill my agreement. Their response was just that I had to purchase 5 full priced sets in order to earn the free 6th set. Nothing more. No further explanation of how to understand the pricing.

Customer service is top notch! Anytime I have had an issue (very few) customer service was easy to contact, VERY pleasant and easy to deal with. They were quick to resolve my issue. Love the products- sexy and practical and fits perfectly if you follow the measurements they provide. I've been a customer for over 4 years and I've never been disappointed. I would have given 5 stars if there was a way to purchase panties to sets separately. My initial bras always last longer than my panties and at times I would like to replace the ones to sets I've purchased. Luckily there are enough new cute things every month to keep me coming back. Love AM!

The service is horrible. The products are repeated on elite. I got 3 boxes recently and they all had an item that I already owned. I don't need 2 and they wouldn't allow a refund or anything. I could only return it for a new color. Which I also didn't want. I wanted a new option. So i cancelled. I was tired of dealing with getting the same items all the time.

They were nice but never helpful or wouldn’t offer any solution but just apologized. There wasn’t any urgency to help me or give me a refund. This is the 2nd time I’ve tried this company and we met both times with problems. I will not ever renew or buy from again.

Elite box too a super long time to arrive this month.

I purchased two swim suits and very satisfied with fit, price, and quality.

I was subscribed to their elite box subscription where you pay a $20 styling fee that gets credited towards your purchase of anything in the box. There wasn't anything in this last box that I particularly like but as to not have the styling fee go to waste I decided to keep a jogger and tank top set. The pants were too big so there's an option to exchange them which I do for a smaller size. During the check out it showed the joggers at full price but the styling fee was not credited. After contacting customer service I was told that the styling fee would not be applied since I did an "exchange". So in order to not lose the styling fee I would have had to have kept an item that doesn't even fit. Customer service didn't seem to care about this fact so I went ahead and canceled my membership.

The item was really cute that's what caught my eye but to small so size up
