I bought samples from Shenzhen Plery Network Tech Co., Ltd.
They sent samples which are not working. When I asked replacement, they asked me more money for additional shipping cost. So I went Alibaba for help.
I only got refund cost of the product. Not for air shipping. From 103.00, I only got refund 42.00.
Buyers, Be careful. ALIBABA IS FOR CHINA SUPPLIER.

I ordered an UTV from Alibaba, through a company called Silveira Michele SC, and their salesman, Carver Randall. My total purchase was made in the amount of $1249 on July 23. Upon shipping the UTV, the product traveled to many countries before being off loaded in Nicaragua, instead of Costa Rica. It is now being held there, and various fees have been extorted by Carver Randall totalling $5890 and $4770. After paying a total of $11,909, Carver informed me the I owed another $9200 in order for my UTV to be released from Nicaragua! I refused and my delivery has not been made. After each payment, Carver promised that there would be no more fees. He lied throughout the transaction. I am unable, and unwilling to pay any additional money. I doubt the shipper is legitimate, having an identical website as another shipper that is easy to research. However, Wavers Shipping Company does not come up at all when searched. It appears they have hi-jacked the website. To date, September 7,2024, I have not received the UTV. I am being extorted for more money and the shipment, which was supposed to arrive within 2 weeks, has not been delivered. It's been 6 weeks. Don't risk your money! It is difficult to report any issue with Alibaba. I have filled out a review on their site, and we contacted to be told I had to file a formal complaint. I have spent hours on their website trying to do so. It's frustrating and I have been unsuccessful in doing so.

Trading through alibaba provides peace of mind that your transactions are secured and you are trading with professionals. I will always buy from this platform and I recommend it to others. We also buy a lot of things for my work. Everything I have ordered in Australia always arrives on time and buying the products and selecting them has been made so easy through Alibaba. Very happy with the service!

The mode of payment is secure and safer. The adverts that prompt the buy should have the correct price as opposed to asking the price from the supplier and find its high than what is being advertised.

Last Christmas I order approximately $120.00 of products from Alibaba. They never came. However, my credit card company has continued to bill me for those preoducts even though a wrote them a leeter telling them I never received the products they were asking me to pay for. They have billed me repeatidly, and have negitively infuenced my credit even though they were witten about why I would not pay. I will never pay for anything I didn't receive, and I am NOT legally required to. I don't know what to do to get this situation resolved.

It arrived in Romania much earlier than I expected - the quality is PREMIUM - Super - much more beautiful than in the pictures. Perfect professionalism of the seller - 5 stars are few both in terms of quality and service. 10 stars is normal

This is about the 4th time I have had issues with even viewing there site for motorcycle parts, I did order a couple items in past but never received items and fought with them for months to get a refund, as there excuse is its the supplier they use. Its BS. Now even if I view an item like last night, somehow charges ended up on our charge card from China. I have never used this card for my purchases but?. Bank Called & card cancelled permanently. Do not view site or make any purchases, some where down the road someone will access your info some how and steal from you. This time it was less than 12 hrs.

Do Not do business or even view Alibaba sites

I'm Extremely happy with my experience with Alibaba up to now. It is one reliable platform and I believe 80% overseas purchasers know this platform. Massive product range are available with low cost for the bulk purchase.it is very helpful for the benefit of my business. The problem is how to select the trusted the suppliers?", you need to do investigation and supplier qualification then you decide to trust or not.

Most of supplier honest the inform actual condition of the product, i recommend to all who will buy goods in alibaba really happy uning alibaba to do my online business local here in my country

Its totally fraud protal in India by Alibaba.com and their channel partners. We took its membership in March, 2024 and till date its 8th June, 2024 our portal is not started yet and no training is given by their channel partners they just wanted to take money for yearly subscription and thereafter they are even not answering our phone calls and disconnecting our phone calls. Worst service and worst portal.

Seven months ago we ordered over $200,000 worth of drones and parts from XCM CLASSIC LIMITED. A drone company advertising on ALIBABA. The company never shipped the parts and will not respond to emails or refund our money. IN FACT XCM CLASSIC LIMITED still advertises on ALIBABA We filed a compliant with ALIBABA with no response. We had to resort to International help contacting LAW ENFORCEMENT and US/CHINESE GOVERNMENT for assistance. We are in the process of notifying the NEW YORK STOCK EXCHANGE. [Where ALIBABA STOCK IS TRADED] Hopefully, ALIBABA will step up to the plate and help us resolve the issue. We will not stop until our drones are shipped or money refunded.

This titanium tube is slender and presents a great challenge in processing. After numerous trials and continuous improvement of the process, the final sample turned out to be extremely perfect, and I am very satisfied.The supplier is also very professional, patient, responsive and I think they are trustworthy.
