We had an issue with a supplier that changed shipping terms from pre-agreed terms and over-inflated their charges. Alibaba took the gold rated suppliers side whatever evidence was uploaded. Supplier blamed Brexit for spiralling costs, but Brexit hasn't even happened. We will be looking elsewhere in the future. Trade assurance provides very little extra protection other than that you would have by law anyway. Considering the fees, Alibaba should be providing buyers with more customer support / protection but instead have an antiquated dispute resolution and a biased service that leans heavily towards gokd rated suppliers in their country of origin.

Do not do business with Skymen Cleaning Equipment Shenzhen Co., Ltd.

Skymen delivered $8,000 worth of defective product to a business partner of mine, and despite their acknowledging of having delivered defective merchandise, Skymen - after one year of being mostly silent and not responding to emails - are not standing behind their product and are not offering full replacement of the faulty merchandise.

Instead, in addition to tacking on new costs that they sell as price increases, they demanded a full order from my business partner (another $8,000 out of his pocket) and offered to send only a partial (originally offering only 5 replacement units per new order of 500 units!) of all 400 defective units at no charge.

This company is not honorary, does not stand behind their product, does not offer customer service and ultimately does not care about its customers. Constantly cheapens their product with lower quality components.

Thanks to Justin Lam of Zhuhai Weemay Print Imaging Products Co. Ltd I can now use my Lexmark copier/printer as it has been well over a year since the machine ran out of toner.
I have been using several stand alone printers but to have the multi function machine back up and running again is great to say the least.
Dealing with this company was made so easy as Justin was extremely helpful both professionally and with organising delivery.
My thanks also goes to FedEx for delivering the cartridge in record time and undamaged.

Excellent service from Alibaba, supplied 2 replacement displays for my Pure Evoke F4 radio. The display is nice and bright and easy to fit. The service from Alibaba was excellent and I would highly recommend Them!

The company Fohan Honggan furniture so bad quality, I bought pedicures chairs, facial chairs, stroller, Ect…massage chairs it's doesn't work, most my furniture are damaged when is arrived, also they send me different items that ordered.
I discussed to them all they tell me send it back to them. Me the one have to paid for shipping.
Fee its could be $3000 so not worth it.
Should shopping in USA now on it's safe and better quality. You can have free return if it's their fault.

I had issues with products received not correct. I have evidence of my change request to factory. I i filled claim. I had issues with the alibaba system allowing me to upload the photos. It would not let me complete the final requested information from alibaba. I had a time limit to complete this and i did not make the deadline because the system would not let me continue if i loaded the required requested photos. I could not find any customer service contact to let anyone know. So now my dead ran out and i have no way of reaching to anyone at alibaba and now cant get my money back. Why can no one in USA contact aliababa? Worst service.

Supplier personnel is very accommodating & straight forward. The saleslady of the supplier is very patient in assisting me in choosing the good products that I needed. Communication is continuous from the shipping process up to its final arrival, the saleslady deserves praises for her unselfish service.

I was really very pleased to buy from Alibaba, as this is my first experience and I'm very satisfied with the services, the follow up, the quality of the items as well as with safety in paying through Aliababa.

There are some really amazing suppliers and maybe I have just gotten lucky, but everyone we have dealt with has been professional and helpful with everything. We currently use 7 different suppliers for different items and it has been a positive adventure so far :) We have never been scammed or ripped off. Communication is always prompt and some have even gone above and beyond and keep working into the wee hours of the morning for them so it is a convenient time for us in the states.

I bought couple white water rafts from Qingdao Ilife Industries Co., Ltd.The rafts were okay but they took a very long time, 2 months longer than they said it would take. Not to mention they shipped the worst paddles ever and when I asked them to send me the correct ones they said the ones they shipped were better. I complained and said I wanted the ones I paid for and they refused. Said they would ship it on the next order. Sure thing, I'll order again... NOT!

Gilberto Diania represents several items but specifically representing Angetic Auto quad Srl. for this purpose. I made an agreement with seller to ship 2 atv's and we would ship and pay for remaining upon inspection in the states. These people made a fake courier service website GDMXTC.COM and showed my package in Spain. Then I was emailed and told that the company shipped the entire order by mistake and I need to pay for the entire order before they can release it from Spain. I saw the writing on the wall and checked their IP address for courier service web site and reported to fed ex there name and invoice numbers are being used to show false proof of US business. They had company certificates made and everything. I tried to do my homework and it still failed. Stay away from Alibaba.com period. It would be better and more cost effective to fly to China and find your business needs yourself.

But if the sellers on Alibaba could sell, in smaller quantity and have cheaper delivery cost, (i live in french West Indies) ans i order for myself. But i become, after my experience with Huey Shya International a loyal customer and not only for cosmetics.

I have been shopping on alibaba for years now and i have had all but good experience there is only once i got product that was a poor quality but that was the seller not alibaba so now i buy from verified suppliers, and i use their alipay system.

First time I used Alibaba but it was a good experience. Very straight forward and understanding, including Trade Assurance from the time the order was paid, through to processing the order, sending the items and then finally delivery of items. Communication with supplier was prompt and quick.
The only thing I was concerned was the timeliness of the shipment, due to Covid-19, but in my humble opinion, it still managed to get to me quickly with only a slight delay, but overall good.
