So far, shopping on Alibaba has been going well. I think they should warn EU customers that because of Covid-19 the faster courier can lead to a huge price increase because the customs fee is calculated based on the price of the product + shipping if shipping costs more than 22 and, as of January 2021, even if shipping costs below 22 it will always be included in the calculation of the customs fee. It is indecent, but it is the law in the EU, so beware!

I had a wonderful experience with the supplier I found on Alibaba. My complaint is NOT with the supplier but with the crazy shipping costs charged by Alibaba. I do appreciate the Trade Assurance provided by Alibaba. Just watch your shipping costs and do your due diligence on any supplier you find on the platform.

Alibaba trading assurance always rules in favor of the Chinese sellers. I got screwed in two separate purchases,
On the first one. I bought an encruster machine for $6700, which didn't worked from day one. But they make you provide evidence, asks for documentation that is almost impossible to acquire. Even if you provide all,, Trade assurance will find a way not to reimburse or refund your hard earned money. The dirty and money hungry sellers always gets the last laugh. Buyers are not protected. Shame on you alibaba.com.
Second one, I bought a machine almost 4 months ago. Albabia trade assurance is saying, if you don't receive after 3 months, you can ask for refund. I still don't have it. Seller provided false tracking info. When the tracking showed that I was supposed to have it already, seller said, their worker left the company, they have other date, in other 2 weeks. When I contact Albiba, they automatically denied it, just saying be patient

I ordered already few times with companies on Alibaba. It's easy to use the website and I never had regret to work with them.
It's very important to be very clear and detailed on what we want to order.
I will use again ALIBABA when I need more products for my company.

Alibaba gives access to a lot of companies and products. We've used Alibaba several times and never been disappointed!
The message center on the Albaba website is a little bit hard to navigate but it's not the end of the world!

This is by far the best supplier which I ever met in China, easy to communicate (Fluent in English). Gives very professional advice, Delivers exactly the product which is ordered and keeps his word on delivery terms.

I am thanking Steaven and his team for this great success and I am definitely ordering from Pretty Steps in the future, the products are carefully made and they paid very much attention to details, which is very important for my European market and its demanding customers.

Overall ok, however at this moment in time I am waiting for Alibaba to resolve the issue I have with one of their suppliers after speeding 18K USD for 1 time and the item received is faulty. I will come back here to edit the review after they will resolve this!

Ordered trolling motors through Alibaba.com they used a shipping company that is holding my purchase hostage. After a price was agreed upon, the shipping company " zeal carriage" said they shipped to me with no notification. They said I wasn't there for signature. Meanwhile this is about 6 weeks after I ordered. Then they told me the product was damaged in transit and they were going to take responsibility and have the trolling motor replaced. Then they tell me after the money they lost to replace the damage trolling motors that they apparently damaged, it is going to cost me an additional $300 for shipping. I would stay as far away as I could. I got scammed! Shame on me. It won't happen again. Please save your money.

Good Quality, EASY to communicate with, a suggestion for the supplier would be to offer more product info, for example fit and confirmation of product graphics prior to shipment. This would be useful as a foreign buyer.

We're very happy to deal with products that supplied via Alibaba. But we mind that Alibaba and its suppliers should add detailed description and size specification on the weesite, if you would like to increase businesses with Japanese companies. We need to match our own gift packages according to the material/size of supplier's products. Only rogh information and blur photo of product are not enough for buying decision.

They lie and give you product that does not work and is different than what you ordered. I ordered manual donut machines and it took over 2 months to get them and when I did get them they where different and did not work.

Alibaba closed my order and released payment before I received it. Reminders to close order and review transaction kept coming and I hadn't yet received the order. Order was automatically closed after 15 days. I received the order after 18 days. Replying to emails didn't get any response. Last email said mailbox was full.
On the other hand, dealing with the seller was very pleasant.

After placing and receiving my second order from Hero Electronics I am definitely noticing a pattern of good service, good product and quick delivery. I am confident in Hero and their ability to execute and deliver and I look forward to our continued partnership.

I placed an order with a company and paid for it and about 4-5 days after the purchase they informed me that they didn't have these in stock and they couldn't supply me with the amount I had ordered. I had ordered it straight from there page on Alibaba which allows you to choose sizes and amounts. (I believe they shouldn't have it up there if they don't have the stock to sell) After that they tried to sell me other styles which unfortunately I didn't find any that I liked. So I applied for a refund which came back reasonably quick but it was minus $30. This was because I had wired money to them and when the money came back it was hit with another international transfer fee. I believe this shouldn't be the buyers problem, it should be the responsibility of the seller or Alibaba. Something I think they need to look at and change. Don't take the money until the order is 100% confirmed.

I ordered a dress from here and it didn't look anything like the picture, they steal pictures from other websites and bloggers and try to recreate the dress it is never the actual dress in the picture. The customer service was horrible and would not refund my money or let me send back the item. I had to open a dispute and try to escalate the dispute. They then told me they would refund me if I gave them a 5 star rating on their website! Never again will I waste my time!

I purchased a dress for my daughter from aliexpress.com and it came in February, 2016 with 2 holes at the top of it! It also was smaller than the provided meaurements as it was very short. I put in a complaint with pictures of the dress for evidence requested a refund. I was basically ridiculed by the sellor who accused my daughter of ripping it when trying it on! Unfortunately, I still needed the dress for my daughter's dance competition so I ordered another dress this time in a medium. They were out of the purple dress and asked if I would be ok with black or pink. I said I needed purple since it's for a specific dance competition number so the sellor found me another one that was similar which I agreed to get. Next email I get this am (March 10) was that I was kicked out of the Aliexpress site and no longer permitted to order from there! I tried to log in and was refused! So ridiculous! What kind of company is this?

I really love this website very much! It has A Lot choices of products. There are a lot brands I can compare the prices of product that I want to buy. The customer servise is really fast and good. The products are at good quality. The shipping is also fast. I will definitely order from this website again.

I was nervous to try this site as I've heard it can be tricky, complicated or scammy. I had the opposite experience, the seller was communicative and helpful and the product was high quality and arrived surprisingly fast.
