I made order of full glass screen protectors 3d curved for iphone 6,6+, 7,7+ and I agree with them to provide this type not the normal one and also we agreed to be with its packages. First, they said the order will reach to my country within the week and I contact them after week and I discovered that the order was not shipped yet and they try to give an excuse because of holiday. I received the order after 3 weeks!. And the order was not the requested one. It was the normal one which is half price of the requested one and they said they sent me the right order and I did not request for different one. They did not confess about their mistake and did not accept to return the order as well as the try to ignore the costumers when i contact them.

I bought metal candelabras which turn to be not metal but aluminium. They are shaking, look horribly bad and are totally unusable due to this fact.
I asked for my money back, but the Trade Assurance responded that I have to pay them more money to make an expertise which will prove the poor quality of the service.
I have deeply regretted that I have spent so much money.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FORM ALIBABA.

There is no such a thing as Trade Assurance. They do protect only the Chinese manufacturer.

A professional trade place, with added ease of use and ease of communication. I was sceptic at the begining, but found rapidly that alibaba is a friendly companion that seconds you from the product and provider selection up the receipt of ordered goods. I certainly will remembre that in the future!

Alibaba is great for what it's meant for - finding wholesalers in foreign countries. The problem is there is usually a language barrier, and the unit price/ MOQ is usually inaccurate in the summary box for a seller.

Received a wrong tracking number from allibaba which made it appear that the item had been delivered to the wrong address.
Ordered item received on time, just a pity that the price of the ordered item including the shipping costs was noted on the package so that the import costs were rather high

All the functions in different phases are good, in fact excellent. Message center chatting option is easy and very effective to comunicate faster. Over all order process and payment process is very easy, simple and smooth.

The beautiful mat was as advertised but I want to convey the quality was better than expected! Highly recommended. I am a Physician and I am using the mat as an adjunct treatment in my professional clinic. In the past I have been robbed and cheated by Alibab Vendors with no recourse such as from the Marche-Hout Medic Co,. Ltd Company, Indonesia. However, this order from the Liaoyang company for therapy mats went without a hitch.

I ordered three Michael Korss bags, they only send me two of the bags. And I try to get in touch with them to let them know about it. I send letters to them, they return my letters, they can't deliver my letters to their address. So they took my money, but they didn't send me one of my bags. They only send me two. So they just rip people off. Don't order ANYTHING from them. Your order anything, you're not going to get all what you order for, they'll just send you a few of it. Watch out people! They rip people off.

Everything was great, very easy to understand, very detailed in explaining how everything works and what I was paying for. I also feel the price was great for the immaculate service I recieved! I got everything done in a timely fashion and she worked very well with me and got the product to me very fast!

I eventually found what I was looking for and found a good supplier at a good price. Happy ending, yes. But the alibaba.com website is very confusing to use. It is hard to search for your product. It is hard to know if you have reached a source. The messaging portion of the website is especially klunky. Not great. Not great at all.

Shipment was late, some of that due to the covid slowdown. But when I raised a concern with Jennifer HU, she was very quick to find out the information that I needed. I would work with Jennifer HU again. Things rarely work out as planned, but she is completely professional, and I would give her 5 stars. I have been dealing with suppliers through Alibaba and I am satisfied. The only supplier I dealt with directly is zhenghou Great Great Machinery Equipment Co. Ltd. 100 Science avenue, High tech Development Zone,, zhenghou city, Henan province. This supplier did not respect the details of the order like not send me the agreed spare part or other customized parts like the Logo cylinders to be embossed on the masks nor did they respect the time line for delivery. The promised 20 days for delivery for a 1+2 masks making machine and head bands welding machine has become 2 months and the ordered fabrics arrived 4 months later. I request Alibaba to help otherwise I am going to report the matter to the chinese Trade office at the Chinese embassy in Dubai and the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Dubai Customs. Please help us..
