They dont respect customer interest, they just take your money and when you loose your package... Good luck if you can get anything out of them. USA customer for them is a $$$$$$ source only. They have no rules for customer satisfaction or customer appreciation, I bought $800 worth of material and when received I was missing 6 pieces for $50... it has been 67 days trying to get those pieces... and dont think I will get them... they dont speak english well and they dont understand you well, even the Trade assurance who should be english speakers. Also they dont. And you will drwon in a chinese ocean where you can communicate and at the end you give up...

Alibaba protection is a joke. So convoluted, Links don't work, inhouse review none existante. All PR with no result. Blew my $42. I've been to china and liked the place but this lot are just plain crooks.

I am amazed with the answer time. Eleven days from the quotation to my office, it was to fast for me. I started repairing my machine as soon as it got at my office. Sincerly I thoght It will take more than 25 days.

As another person wrote on this site, Trade Assurance offers absolutely no assurance what-so-ever. You only have 15 days to report an issue from when the item arrives at your port! In our case it was ordered from China and was held in Customs for 10 days. Then we had to arrange collection and as it is a treadmill that needed to be assembled (it weighs over 250kg), we didn't even get to test it until after the 15 day time scale.
Don't go near Shandong Jiahe Sports Equipment co., Ltd - practically won't leave you alone until you order then goes silent when you advise there are (many) issues. Monitor faulty, fits together poorly with ugly gaps, fittings fall off when in use and agreed logos / branding to be included (proof in emails) but was completely unbranded. $2k down the drain but glad we tested the one machine before placing the full order of $80k for full set of Gym equipment!

My only complaint is the site is cumbersome, everything opens a new Window or Tab. Supplier sites do not "Drill Down" smoothly, you have to search and sift through almost everything they offer.

I've ordered several items on alibaba.com, and for the life of me I don't know why more people don't use them. Great service, helpful, easily track your order, etc. Highly recommended. Period.

Got product (photo mats) from Yiwu Haotuo Arts & Crafts Co., Ltd.
That turned out to be very very poor quality (on their site it said hight quality) but couldn't even leave bad review! Because already confirmed that I recieved the items. $400 in a trash. :(( (( No reply from seller, no help from Alibaba "live chat". 2 hours of chatting about nothing and $400 wasted...

I am dissapointed with the quality of a product that I was sold and Alibaba jumped to help me!
