I bought a bulk purchase from Yiwu Hongchen Sunglasses Firm. Once my package arrived in South Africa, I was penalized R750 because of a mistake they made on the shipping documents, I notified them but they ignored me and failed to rectify or reimburse me. Do not buy from them, they make mistakes and some of the sunglasses are defective.

The ordering process is confusing, maybe translation is a problem.
We are accostumed to buy in Amazon and ebay and those sites are very straightforward, simple and with very little field to confussion.

Wasted my money time and energy ive paid aroun 6000 usd in my country along with vat and when i used alibaba for a year i found out its useless not worth the time and money i spend i desided not to renew again and i requested them to refund the remaing keywords budget which i havent used all they are playing with me and telling me to contact ur account manager how should i contac my account manager if i dont know him then i found out his email from alibaba and simply they said u must renew in order to use ur money back supports are totally useless just like robots

This Sofa advertising for $450... plus £200 delivery...
Well I ended up paying over £2000+ for this sofa set.
Photo very deceiving so is the company owner JASON AND TONY CHEN.
It took nearly 5 months for delivery.
When it arrived it was cheap cheap material that was stuck on with Velcro. Sofa is rock hard and uncomfortable...
Nothing like the glamorous photo shoot.

It is a great achievement from the chemists of this firm to obtain from a root such high purity ferulic acid with such a narrow melting point 170to 170,5°C. It is not equal for the health effect of ferulic acid for diabetes for instance. ALL IS WELL SO FAR some of the suppliers don't want to take small or sample orders and some have the decimal point in the wrong place on pricing ie postage cost of £9.50 reading as £95.0

But this is not Alibaba fault

I recieved all my products in time and the quality was good, the service was very good. Rocy our sales person was very understanding and nice with all my questions. I would recommend this site, company to others! We recieved one item that was damaged.

User friendly, payment and tracking helping a lot and save. Vastness of the product is very appealing. However, product knowledge mastery is important because I asked basic information about the product and the sales person gave me the answer "I DON'T KNOW" which I find unacceptable.

Personally, I think that Alibaba as a technological tool helps a lot to follow up on the magnificent service that I have normally received, and now it is evident with the Alion company through one of its sales representatives such as the young Beite Xu.
