So far things arrive in a week. Pretty amazing from China mainland to Florida. We are just purchasing sample materials right now. Obviously containers are gonna take longer:-)

Best website to make online orders and find providers for buying in large quantities.
The web interface is very friendly and you can do secured transactions.

Many supplier, easy to find items and suppliers.
But, still can't sure they are trader or factory.
And, prices on web page is little bit different with real price.

I was able to find products pretty quickly and found a reliable vendor. The trade assurance visibility was very helpful in determining which vendors are trustworthy.

Item was correct and shipped on time. Good product quality. Very nice customer service. Easy to talk and understand all the products they are selling.

Easy payment method and good products available. Alibaba is great platform.
This is my first time i did not have any issues.
Let hope for the best in future.

2 transactions and both were simple easy an on time. There are some funny things in the set-up of the actual site but mostly due to automatic translation.

Excellent but they have to verify the ordered goods before send. Because Customer spending money and purchasing at last if its not same material then waste of money.

Nightmare, waste of time and impossible to get refunds.
Placed an order then told on day of expected completion could not do... no support, poor communication.

You guys are the best intermediary between buyers and sellers, i have heard easy time communicating via both your app and website which is quite impressive.

I made 6 orders. Five of them were very good products for a nice price. The 6th was a dispute due to Holliday s but Alibaba confirmed that they give back the money. So no problems at all.

Had a few issues communicating between companies from far different time zones and language, but once I figured out the website the process was very smooth.

As per all reviews here. We were ripped of by a supplier to the tune if $4000 and Alibaba.com have done everything possible to protect this supplier. They my be cheaper but its not worth it.

Good experience all around. Shipping was direct without import issues, boxes were slightly damaged but the product was not harmed. It gives me confidence in managing my next shipments.
