I have tried to make about 50 different purchases and ALL of Alibaba's vendor want you to bypass Alibaba and pay them through money gram. There company is full of nothing but scam artist. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

The Alibaba trade assurance scheme wherein they charge a premium to supposedly guarantee product is a massive fraud perpetuated on innocent customers. If more money was involved, I would have considered litigation. Their entire "trade assurance" consists of asking for the fraud suppliers for an explanation to your complaint and then rejecting it when the supplier rejects it for whatever flimsy or false reason they cite. There is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at Alibaba to speak of, the complaint keeps getting pushed from one bot to another in circles till the time you get frustrated and write off your money. KEEP AWAY!
