Everything went well, the supplier was really good and diligent, a little less than the Fedex courier who made the delivery in 3 times for problems related to their organization

Sent a deposit for custom-made products. Factory canceled the order, but would not return the deposit.

Transcation was performed through Alibaba.com. We filed a dispute with Alibaba, but they just blew us off and said there was some kind of communication error, even though we provided 300 MB of documentation.

Alibaba is a fraud and Cixi Tianshiyuan Sanitary Ware CO factory is fraudulent.

They also produce very low / faulty products. 50% defect rate.

Stay Away from both.

I have been having a business for a while now.
- The listing is not showing the right information.
- The supplier doesn't really care about customer satisfaction. One supplier told me that he is going to ship me a random item as its a normal thing. It was a gold supplier.
-Here a lot of supplier says GOLD but the service they are providing totally junk.
- shipping cost unmanageable. Same-day for the same kind of item from same city I get two different prices from 2 different companies. When you asked about the difference they just don't answer.
- The reason Chinese suppliers behave relax because no one is warning them from Alibaba. Whatever they do, they still do their business the way they are doing it.
-Poor quality packaging and items.
- The only good thing is trade insurance and works pretty good so you are absolutely feeling safe
- I started to choose my supplier from Taiwan, Pakistan, Japan, and Turkey more now.
-Either we do purchase or not purchase we need to able to rate suppliers, Alibaba needs to work on our review and educate its supplier.
-SERIOUSLY! We do international business, I feel like I'm in contact with the Deli which is on the corner. Nothing professional.

Purchasing product from China has been easy to manage on Ali Baba with this order. This is the third time we have used this company's product over four years abd never had any issues. Well done.

Brilliant place for unique items, if I had only 1 complaint it would be that the website does play up quite a bit, but when it does work it is all good.

Have you Noticed that if your a scam company from China there is no verification needed or done? If your an American Company you sign up then you account gets suspended for unknown reasons. They won't tell you but if you pay and send your company info to them that alone makes us vulnerable to china thieves using our info. I have sent my info already once before and found a company there in China trying to use it, But then Alibaba info center tells you that they don't share info, OH REALLY? If your prices are better than chinese companies they will file a complaint but when you purchase items the prices are outrageously high, when you file a complaint nothing ever happens to them AMAZING! IF any one doesn't understand that all chinese are scammers then you will soon learn if you try to use any of their sites This is where our own Government ruined our economy with this Free trade act.

The experience was good

But some of the chat was too laggy and buggy
Please fix it so it will be more easier to interact with the suppliers
Because most of the suppliers convert us to their wechat or whatsapp because it's more flexible

A few years ago I had a first experience with the Alibaba website, which was not good for me since they sent me non-premium products, this is the second time I use the website to buy products in China, it seems which is already better structured, with more experience and gives us more protection to buyers.

I tried to claim compensation for damaged goods, whereby I was insulted with 20$ compensation. Less than 10%.
Arrived damaged in an intact cardboard box. Alibaba says damaged in transit, I say faulty goods, or at least faulty packaging.
Alibaba says one must check contents before the courier leaves- I say this is impossible.

Alibaba service review system does not allow sub-5 star ratings! What a terrible SCAM!

I have never felt so cheated, will not touch these pirates again.
ZERO CUSTOMER PROTECTION FOR FAULTY GOODS. BE CAREFUL.
