Good customer service from supplier. Excellent product quality. Delivery time to Finland: two weeks, propably due to chinese Spring holiday. Overall, very happy!

I ordered a replacement front bumper for my Jeep, Grand Cherokee after someone reversed into it cracking it just prior to me selling it. Rather than paying for one from Jeep (very expensive) I found one on Alibaba. The seller and I agreed what year and model it was. I ordered it through Trade Assurance (thinking that gave me some protection) The bumper arrived in early November ages after we agreed. I had to pay important duty on top. When I opened the carton it was clearly the wrong one and it was only the top part (so half a bumper) and it was damaged and scuffed. In addition to all that it was poor quality. I contacted the supplier immediately. Didn't hear anything so I opened a dispute with Trade assurance. They told me to contact the supplier and didn't want to know. Eventually he agreed to send me a replacement, now 2 months later he tells me I have to send half of the shipping costs or ship the wrong one back. Either way leaving me at least a few hundred pounds out of pocket with no guarantee he will send me the right one, or bother to send it at all. Trade Assurance are a waste of time. This has been the most stressful transaction and the front end of my car is still a mess. I can't even sell the Jeep now as who would buy a car with a cracked misshapen bumper. This is a joke. Maybe the Chinese government should raid their offices and arrest them all for fraud.

On time shipping. Good quality products. Only thing I wish they offer more is the Alibaba Pay Later Terms and Net 60 or Net 90 terms. That would help my business alot.

Do yourself a FAVOR and NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY anything you don't mind loosing your money for trying!
Thought I bought a working watch - August 28th - didn't receive it by promised date - although they STATE if not Received by promised date money back... FINALLY got it after buyer protection ran out - from Turkey - Watch damaged severely wrote them - "They NOT understand" "? You no got watch? Says delivered!" BROKEN! "unusual - NOT understand" -- Make complaint - they send me e-mails you can't reply to - want video's - did that - "YOU STILL say you not get package?" -- NO WATCH BROKEN -- now almost 2 months after DEMANDING a REFUND -- no give refund - send back on loose money...? WHO PAYS THE POSTAGE? ME? Why is this MY PROBLEM -- so... like I say DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT LOT'S OF FRUSTRATION AND LOOSE YOUR MONEY -- AND TRYING TO HAVE THEM UNDERSTAND?! They play "NOT UNDERSTAND FRIEND"... Be ware - be wise...

Great delivery and quality product. Box came in good shape wasn't crushed or damaged in any way. I headed to their site now to get thing hopefully before Christmas rush,

Sadly two games in the lot I purchased didnt work. So be careful and make sure they test properly before shipping as you will have to pay and insane amount of money to ship it back to them.

Same components as the ones HLG sell for more than double the price... came nicely packed, hook up 2 wires mount the driver and it is ready. Will be buying again!

Dealing with Jiyan Precision felt like they were right down the street, even though they're on the other side of the globe.

I love on line shopping. I use Ebay on a regular basis and have been reasonably satisfied with them,. If a seller scams you they come to the rescue.

By contrast if I was asked to describe Alibaba I'd personally call it the wild West of e commerce. Theres no meaningful communication from either the seller or the so called customer reps on the site when there is a problem. I have a dispute under way and doubt very much I'll ever see my hard earned money again. My advice, stay away.

An update on my experience with Albaba. I was offered the option of a 20% refund or returning the goods for a full refund. Sounds good right? WRONG. Upon selecting the respond link in the email sent to me I was directed to a page with a picture of a lock telling me I could take no ACTION! So much for Alibaba's assurances! So I'm back at square one paying in full for an item that has a 50/50% chance of being counterfeit!

An update on my update. Managed to find a way of reaching the customer services rep. Took the 20% refund as I was not sure even if returned the goods the assurance would be honoured. Now the product has stopped working properly. Hardly a good outcome.

In the first its dificult to adapt to new platform, but once you get used becomes more easier. The provider always been very friendly and that makes me inspire confidence.

They have amusement park rides eqwannas and healthy vitamins its wonderful i really like it. My order came in very quickly when i ordered from china like within two weeks

This Mr Roy Chen is a very trustful and helpful person. About the trade assurance i can`t give you my opinion about that because i didn`t needed to use gladly.

Alibaba service was OK. Aldough I am not so satisfied with supplier. The shoe sizing was different comparing with other suppliers. It´s one or two size smaller than regular ones.

I applied for refund and submitted all of my evidence but seems like Alibaba wouldn't protect their customer.
