Alibaba is great for finding private-label product suppliers for nearly anything you can imagine. Combining that with the security of Trade Assurance is a winning combination for online merchants.

I use Alibaba's Trade Assurance widely for my overseas wholesale purchases and imports. Their charges are quiet low and they provide a fantastic service. Very reliable and I recommend.

Transport cost appear to be very hight and we had to pay an extra 35 $ for delivery from port of entry to our place even though shipping cost have been payed fully in advance.

By far Alibaba has been nothing but pain. I was a victim of fraud through their website. I'm trying to resolve this matter and there none a single person that you can speak by phone, everything is by automatic email and now even I filed a claim in my account this claim is gone! It no longer exists. I don't know what Alibaba is thinking but it looks like that they are the one and the reason why people like me getting scammed. Because they don't really seems to care what exactly is happening. There is also a huge language barrier with this company as don't really understand what the exact problem is. This has been noting but frustration and money lost. I don't recommend to anyone even bother to deal with this company or there platform. Plus the prices and quotes they give you are joke. They asked me to pay $100 for a small bottle sample and the prices are almost the same as on Amazon. This company should be out of business. Outrages business practice, no customer service at all, I guess there working only computer and robots, not common sense. Keep doing what you dong and you'll get what you deserve!

Depending on what you are looking for, this site could be the best place to buy or the worst. There is almost no recourse if your order arrives and you are not satisfied with it, I have never successfully gotten a return or reimbursement. However, most suppliers are willing to ship you a small test order so that you can see and handle the product before ordering in bulk.

There are a lot of fake products on this site. If you are buying fakes to sell I would highly recommend asking the seller for a private catalogue of their good and bargain HARD. Never take the first price given.

If you are here for a custom product, this is probably the best place for you to look, but I would recommend consulting a professional, as the process of setting up a supply chain is not something that can be learned easily off of YouTube and absolutely should not be gotten into without information or advice. Too much is at stake when MOQ is in the thousands for a custom product.

Out of all the things I have bought from here, I was least satisfied with the electronics, and most satisfied with the toys and collectibles. These are by far the best bang for buck if you are selling on a small scale in the US or Western countries.

Seller provided FAKE merchandise that I could Not resale and all the Alibaba Trade Assurance did was keep giving the seller an opportunity to provide Excuses, meanwhile I lost my Money and wouldn't recommend this website because you do Not have any USA protection when your money is Stolen.

I purchased very expensive doors at NF Build mart with owner Norman Chen. He made a "mistake" in the contract writing "EXW". Then without my consent he ships the goods without insurance and correct labelling on boxes such as "glass" and "this side up".
When doors arrive in my country (but still in international transit) they are broken. Now he claims he has insurance, but will not provide documentation of this. I dispute at alibaba, but all they say it is my fault because of EXW. This means when buying EXW a seller can just push your goods onto the street and claim you have taken ownership and picked them up. Also alibaba dispute asks me for shipping insurance and paper - but it was seller who shipped items without sending me information and without my consent and approval. So how can i contact sellers insurance? It is ridiculous situation. I tell this to alibaba dispute, but they ignore this fact. In alibaba buyers protection it says seller must provide proof of legal change of ownership, but in reality the dispute manager ignores this rule.

I'm very satisfied with the ingot antimony received.
The supplier has been quick, kind, and consciencious.
I will order one more again some product in the coming months.

I ordered 2000 male bullet connectors, they shipped promptly, and were packaged well. The connectors themselves are of good quality, and fit snugly in a 4mm female connector.
