I feel comfortable with the Trade Assurance service, since it garantees me order, contract service is very clear and understaing, it is a great service for buyers, since we are not in situ, Alibaba is there for us and helps to make sure that our money is protected.

It can be difficult to work, until you give yourself time to figure things out. I am a US citizen and I would rather import import everything I need and/or want from Alibaba. Great prices and reliable shipping. I am in retail business and everything I need to supply my customers and promote my business is right here on Alibaba. Not all Vendors are reliable and have great communications skills, but the Vendors who I find that produce products for me are very helpful and caring of my product. They also teach me things in reference to the merchandise that I didn't already know. And that makes my experience way better. I love it here. I am ready to take a different route and purchase electronics and other things but I am not an expert at those things, so I do not want to risk wasting money. But overall, a great site to find EVERYTHING YOU NEED! No matter what it is. To future users and/or customers, do not get discouraged. You just have ti find a vendor who asks plenty questions and have plenty answers (that you understand) to your questions.

We need to screen companies that are selling on Alibaba. I am still waiting for my refund of what I paid from one of the companies who scammed me into selling me a car and misleading me.

They even have their own currier logistics fake site where you can see who is your item travelling. They will keep on askin for more money but nothing will ever. Well its a fake

I can't go to the exhibition in China because of the epidemic these year. So from last year, I spent more time in Ali looking for new factories and new products. Ali has good factory inspection procedures and can help me choose a strong factory through the factory's video and factory inspection report. Therefore, Verified Supplier is my first choice. Based on my 20 years of purchasing experience, I prefer factories with very strong product development ability and productivity of more than 50 million DOLLARS. Most of these factories are the best in the industry, with very professional service ability and high business integrity. There are more design choices and stable quality and productivity. Of course, their price is not the lowest in China, but the reduced communication cost and transaction risk cost, as well as the service and after-sales guarantee are very worthwhile. In addition, BY observing the products on their shop homepage, I usually do not choose suppliers with too many cross-industry products. Most of them are trading companies.
I have found the TOP factories in the industry through Ali, such as IVYDECO and other 2-3 factories with great strength. I hope to find more than 5 stable professional factories this year.
Oh, and pay through Alibaba for only $5 per transaction, a fraction of the previous transaction fee. Usually the factory can receive the payment within two days, so the production can start faster. That's the kind of upgrade I like.

I am reporting an incident that happened to me with the Alibaba international trade site. This site claims to connect international buyers and sellers. I purchased some football jerseys that were supposed to be shipped to me within a week. Its been almost 3 months. When I reported this to the site it was simply ignored. I received an email claiming that I had not provided evidence. I have submitted my western union receipt, and email communication with the seller. I never got the products and the site will not force the member to send the money back. As far as I am concern, the site is just as responsible as its fake sellers. They promise protection and give the sellers ratings that give the impression that they are trustworthy. When reporting the incident to the site they ignore what you have reported and send you emails as if they tried to work with you. DO NOT DO BUSINESS THROUGH ALIBABA.COM IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY.

I bought a steel pipe shipments from suppliers Sino Metal Material Co., Ltd. (https://liyuanda.en.alibaba.com/) Gold Supplier of Alibaba. But what I get is a steel pipe poor quality: leaks, Stainless, pitted surface and mixing impurities. Inside steel pipe. We conducted negotiations with Sino Metal Material Co., Ltd., they have given price $ 150/ton compensation for me. But it is not my loss by half. I did complain to the Alibaba and provide all the proof of quality as well as my agreement and suppliers. But at that Sino Metal Material Co., Ltd. launched a very low level of compensation compared with the original, only $ 50 / ton. I pointed out the damage and sincere resolve but do not understand why Alibaba agree that compensation levels and closed my complaint?.
According to international practice, when there is a dispute vendors like Alibaba commercial service shall have temporarily closed the supply of goods is subject to a claim and issued a warning to buyers, but sellers still normal operation and can scam more buyer in the world.
I have continued feedback and is awaiting the verdict from Alibaba and hope reasonable solution for all

1. Alibaba platform is diverse. You can find unlimited suppliers and products.
2. Chat option is good. Its a way to document things as well as makes a hassel free experience between buyer and shipper. Trade assurance is a must and great indeed. We can work off the bat to make changes catch hold of frad suppliers etc just using a trade assurance order.
3. First time customers like me are looking more to the brand Alibaba and buying on this platfrom not on supplier brand. That trust is somehthing we are keeping on Alibaba that our choice and selction and the ppl we are talking to are genuine and not fake.
4. we Also believe that ALibaba will pitch in and help us to resolve issues if may come and they indeed have since I had issues with my forwarder.
5.To be frank, I like Alibaba platform and its diverese products portfolio. I feel safe & reliable on this platform which is what makes me come back here again for more.

Small but professional unit, quality build and quality components, if you care this unit and replace the water every 30 days should last more than 5 years, of course the lamp and handle will need to be replace per use and shoots, but not less than 100K shoots on the lamp (USA made)

We ordered a large shipment of saw blades that was supposed to be shipped within 15 days. We submitted 100% payment before production started. The supplier shipped late, and we raised trade assurance dispute with Alibaba. Aliababa kept on insisting to resolve with the supplier on our own despite asking ro submit our evidence. Finally, they just decided to close the case without even providing us with any justification. TERRIBLE AND VERY UNETHICAL ON PART OF ALIBABA. Will never trust trust their Trade Assurance Agreements.

Ali bab is very good website but i think it need to be easier in some issues.

Great customer service! Willing to take photos and videos of products before order. I found the prices to be fair and even though duties had to be paid, it was still better to go through this seller.

I requested an LED spotlight with following: 5000K-Daylight, 120V, 6W, dimmable & 10 degree beam angle & an E26 base. I could not find that LED light anywhere in the USA. But, I found it in China. We wish we can have more documentation before buying one item, but we had to wait until after the payment to receive the user manual in PDF and never we was able to receive the service manual (we was told that we will receive the Service and Maintenance manual when we buy at least 10 units).
Beside this the transaction completed successfully and we shure will search again on Alibaba.
